Patricia was an angel, she helped me notarize documents, email all my documents to my lawyer and helped me organize everything! Im a customer for life!

I sent my son to get some documents notarized & faxed. The PROFESSIONAL NOTARY, attached her stamp to EVERY PAGE he signed even though it was only required on 1. She stated thats what the customer wanted & proceeded to charge $66 for her services. Complete rip off, if the customer doesnt know or understand whats needed the PROFESSIONAL SHOULD explain it to them & DO THE RIGHT THING. Hope you enjoy the extra money you made.

My experience @ Hoggards was Great!!! from the time that I walked in until I left Ms.Patricas customer service skills are top notch she made sure she didnt just sell me insurance she made sure that I received the best price,services they offered,and that I would be ok with everything that involves this company.Its been along time since Ive received good customer service let alone great service.So yes I would recommend anyone that doesnt want to feel like your just being taken advantage of just to buy insurance come see Ms.Patrica!!!!
