I love Pret A Manger’s sandwiches. They have an Italian mini sandwich with prosciutto that is delicious and only $3.99, which is great for a late morning snack or early breakfast. I visited the store around 7:05 am and the sandwich area was completely empty. The only sandwich and mini sandwich available was tuna. Yuck! Tuna, of all things, in the morning, for a “fresh” breath! /s. So, I decided to pick up their little pot, which I have had before. As always, it is absolutely delicious. The salmon was cooked medium well, so the texture was perfect. I had to add some salt (I am lucky I grabbed some) and lemon, and more salt, and then it was perfect. I am not a fan of slices of avocado, but with the salmon and grains, they taste amazing. I do not know where they get their avocados, so I plan to ask; I hope these are not from Chile; their farming is not done in a sustainable way and the agricultural corporations are destroying the ecosystem and availability of water for the natives people and local population. To summarize, the flavor and size of this meal is perfect, and I only wish they would also place arugula on the bottom of the cup, not only the top.
Great organic coffee. Well priced. Nice employees. Overall great.
A welcome experience when Im travelling: wholesome, fresh food and cheerful service. The fare here is, understandably, limited, but we have always found something to satisfy every member pf our very picky family. Convenient, fast and GOOD! Who could expect more when youre hungry and travelling? Highly recommend!
I love this place for whenever I need something quick to eat. The food ingredients are high in quality and at very reasonable prices. The hot sandwiches are my favorites.
It’s temporarily closed even though it shows that it’s open.
First time at a Pret. Impressed with the variety and healthier food options. Low score due to the latte. It wasnt that hot and the flavor wasnt that great. Didnt finish drinking it.
Their spinach mac and cheese is awesome. I also like the unique drink selection. Its a little pricey for a full lunch, but worth it to me. I particularly enjoyed the posh fruit cup and brownie.
We had a great experience at this cafe. The food quality is excellent and the coffee is delicious. Quick and pleasant service. Very clean place.
Truly wonderful customer service. A delicious almond croissant. Real human kindness on display here, and just a great experience overall.
Beware! Only shop here if burning your hands are on your bucket list! The Donald Trumps behind the counter forgot to tighten the lid on the boiling hot coffee they gave me. what do you think happened as I was walking to my train?
Came for the first time while it was very busy and had my Chai Latte come out as a regular latte, the guy who messed up was very courteous about remaking it correctly and when he did it was delicious. I gave the place the benefit of the doubt and came back and Im so glad I did, never had a mistake again and the food is really good!! I try to arrange meetings here whenever I can!
One of the better places to eat at 30th street station. Not that theres a strong stable of eateries at 30th street station... thats more of a knock on 30th st station than Pret, though. Pret is doing what it does, and what it does is good.
The food Is freshly made and a well professional atmosphere
Excellent coffee. Rare event outside of Starbucks.
When purchasing specialty drinks be sure to express how much foam you desire. Otherwise an excellent alternative to Starbucks and other major coffee chains.
Friendly staff that knows the products available at the store. Always a positive experience when I visit the store. Never seen the food selves empty.
The sandwiches are always fresh and well priced
Great lunch spot for Travelers and localsPret Manger has a location on u Penn campus as well. Was shocked to see stores in Philly since theyre so huge in New York. Philly must be really bgrowing. If you grab a salad dont forget your complimentary salad dressing and bread which is located in the same section its not really organized correctly so it can be overlooked.
My favorite new spot at 30th street station..you must try the egg salad with avocado breakfast sandwich...all the salads are amazing and dont forget to try a harvest cookie...a little pricey but everything is made daily so its super fresh. Enjoy
Warm coffee and burned breakfast burrito. Not my favorite place.
Good food but prices are high
Best spot among all the cafes at 30th Station.
Rating is reflective only of the espresso which was god awful. Tastes like burnt water
Adequate, grab and go pre-made sandwiches are fast, designery/trendy, but kinda lightweight and expensive. Not a lot of drink options. You can watch the train status board from there as its in the main waiting room, there are plugs for charging.
I love coming to this place! I pretty much eat here Monday through Friday and all the employees are the best so friendly and the service is excellent 😍😍😍😍
I was so thrilled to find somewhere healthy to eat at 30th St. station. The salad I got was very fresh even have avocados in it that were not brown. 30th St. station really needed somewhere like this!
Clean and comfy place with good food options, both hot and cold.
Blueberry muffin was full of wonderfulness! My other half said the chocolate chip brownie cookie was mmmmmmm!
Obvious lack of good management at tgis lo ation. Bunch of kids working with no adult. Place is a mess. Half the coffee is empty. The coffee available was luke warm. Creamers need replenishment. Saw 4 people on shift on a Wednesday night and cant operate. No professionalism.
Does not “pret a manger” mean ready to eat?!?! Sooooo, if they open at 6 am and it’s 7:40, shouldn’t their breakfast shelves be stocked?!? Should it not be “ready to eat”?!?!!Asked when the egg white omelet would be available. Waited while he went in search of the illusive egg white omelet (the sign is there but I’ve spotted the egg white just once in four early morning tries). He returned and advised the egg white sandwich with mushrooms was next to arrive in about 5 more minutes. Does “pret a manger” mean “ready to eat when we’re ready for you to eat it”?!!!? It’s a train station! Be ready, sell it quickly, or the customer goes elsewhere. Breakfast shelves should be all stocked at 7:30 am. Au bon Pain is right next store and they need not worry about competition. Their egg white was “ready to eat” when I was ready!!
Im back. Two months later. Why do I keep coming back? The people are nice and the food, when you can get it, is good and its healthy. Im reducing the stars from two to one. No small cups, Ill just take a medium; they no dont care. Its breakfast, so Im told theres no lunch food. Oh, and theres very little breakfast food either. Its like the people who work at Pret have little clue why theyre there. The menu is unreliable and unpredictable. Several weeks ago I stoppedby@ 7:30 AM and they had lunch wraps and no breakfast omelets today they tell me, at 10:30 AM, no wraps, omelets, just lunch salads. The chef is like the wizard in Oz. He or she has all the control. Why do I return?!?!! Oh, well. If they dont care, why should I?!??In an effort to provide customer service the counter experience is soooooo slow. Walked in at 9:35; 5 minutes to train departure; waited and waited for the one person working the counter to end service to the person in front of me. Do you want berries with your oatmeal? Are you paying with a credit card? Hold your card for just a moment. Please insert your card. ITS A TRAIN STATION. People are trying to CATCH A TRAIN. Needless to say at 9:45 I was on the train minus a delicious egg white omlet and Ill think twice before stopping for the slow service again. Who has one open register in a train station?!??
This store is located in Philadelphia 30th Street Station. A google search says they open at 5:30 AM. I arrived this morning at 5:55 AM. The door was ajar so I walked in. However, the staff working there said they were closed. I left and went next door to Au Bon Pain.
Friendly service, great food quality.
Their chocolate brownie cookie, carrot cookie, and hazelnut iced coffee latte is DELICIOUS
Fresh and delicious food. Friendly staff!
Pret manager chargers $2.50 cent for one small cookie I can just buy a bag of cookies for the same price at Trader Joes its two blocks down from 30th street.
Pretty straight forward pret situation.
Always love Pret, and was just here 5 minutes ago and the woman at the counter hurried things along for me when she saw I was in a rush to catch a train. Thanks!
Happy employees and excellent service!
Beats S bucks
Great customer service
Burned bagel, open 30 minutes late.
Good place
Its ok
