Very nice and professional people. Went to metro to activate my phone and transfer my information they tried charging me $25 and wont switch my stuff over. Thanks to these guys they activated my phone for free and transfered everything for me for free while they were busy, I really appreciate their service

They are terrible. They charge you over $300 for a iPhone 7 (not a plus but a regular 7!! ) used phone, but when you are trying to sell them an phone they only want to give you $100. It’s ridiculous. I had an iPhone 7plus, I bought it for $350.57 at apple. I was selling it to get an upgrade and they only offered $100. Everything is brand new! No space was used and it’s unlocked for every Carrier. I would’ve expected at least $250 but they insist only $100. I wouldn’t go to them! I wish I could give them 0 stars.These other reviews are people they told to write and then they will give them discounts.When they fix any of my phones, the sides would still be faded out and your phone will go completely black after about a month. Worse store ever!

My iPhone Home button stopped working. TMobile told me to take it to an Apple Store (call for appointment first) and it’d probably be at least $150-$200. Then she tried to sell me a new $400 phone!I decided to try Plugz, down the street, and I am so glad I did! Ash was extremely helpful, polite and professional. He told me my options every step of the way, and said it’d be $20-$40 depending on the problem. Ash had it fixed in about 5-10 minutes and charged me less than he originally said it would be!If I have any further problems with my phone, I will definitely return here! Thank you phone plugz for replacing my screen. My kids are constantly cracking their screens on their phones and normally I would go to a different place to have the screens fixed. I have never cracked my phones ever up until this phone. Within a month, I ended up cracking my screen twice. I called the normal place I go to to see if they could order the phone screen without me going into the store and they said no. My boyfriend found the phone plugs on Google and called them and sure enough they were able to order my screen without me taking my phone over there first. So needless to say I had them order the screen. I will say, it did take about a week for my screen to come in but when it did they called me and I dropped my phone off. Not only were they super nice and fast, but they were also a little cheaper.
