They get 5 stars hands down. I called about 2 hours before showing up asking if I could drop iPhone off for screen replacement because I didn’t have an appointment. He gave me pricing over the phone and said I could wait there for the repair. I was in and out within 20 minutes and to make it even better they switched my SIM card back over from my temporary phone and reactivated my iPhone so that I didn’t have to stop at the Metro store. Very polite and helpful guys I will refer everyone I know to them. Thanks so much guys for the quick service and great music playlist while I waited !!

I took my sons iPhone X to the Genius Bar at the Apple store because the battery was only operating at half capacity. The guy told me that Apple would charge over $500 to replace the battery because the store would insist on fixing a small crack on the back and other minor issues that dont affect much of anything. He advised me (confidentially) to check out an independent repair place. The cart at the mall quoted me $90 and couldnt get to it right away. A Google search sent me to 215 Wireless. Mike answered my call and said it would take under an hour and would be $60. The store was clean and professional-looking. Mike did the job in no time and I was on my way. Hes a hero!

My grandson took his iPhone 6s there every month since February of this year for repairs. It was a different repair each month. Until I told him to look for a new repair shop this month because they were taking advantage of him to the price of $90.00 or more each month.

They were able to fix my cracked screen on my Note 10. It feels like I have a new phone. Great sevice

Fixed my phone within 20mins like he said yesterday and was very friendly. Fast and efficient. I know some people don’t get it done as fast and there’s still problems with their phones but the guy in there fixed my phone fast and it’s perfect!

Ive been trying to be able to afford to get my phone fixed for the last 6 months I called and talked to Mike who encouraged me to come in and review my options. Took care of me for a fair price and fixed it faster than I go to grab a bite at mc Donalds. Im referring all my friends and family to come see Mike for any phone repair needs.

To say it was a great experience would be a total understatement. Apple jerked me around for 2 days with needed to get an appointment and then made me drive to Cherry Hill Mall just to tell me they could not help me. Was in and out with a new screen in 25 minutes no problem. These guys are legit and would recommend to everyone to try these guys before giving Apple any more of your money.

I cant thank the guys at 215 Wireless enough. My phone was no longer working after dropping it. The screen would flash for a moment and then go black. I took it to Xfinity Mobile for help. Everyone there said nothing could be done and I ordered a replacement phone. I didnt realize my photos and videos werent backing up to my Google Drive. The time that had passed between backups was easily over a year. It appeared I would not be able to retrieve many memories, mostly of my children. Needless to say I was devastated. I researched online to see if anyone specializes in this type of recovery and found 215 Wireless. I was crying when I spoke with the gentleman at the store, but he assured me they could help. I drove over a hour to their store with one last ditch effort to save my memories. Thankfully, they were able to get my phone working so I could transfer my files to my replacement phone. This was all done within 60 minutes. Again, I am so thankful to the gentlemen at 215 Wireless for helping me with this. I would recommend anyone to seek their help if they have any problems with their phones.
