Store owner is a fraud.. He sold my daughter a phone and had to change several pieces on the phone. First it didnt have a speaker, when we took it to fix he messed up the camera. When he fixed the camera he messed up a microphone and took her screen protector while fixing it. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING FROM HIM. (Rodger) Had to put a star to post.

He stole my husbands IPhone 8+ & 7+ and hasn’t picked up our calls. Every time we pass by his store he’s never there. I do not recommend anyone this place. Very unprofessional & ghetto.

After having my phone screen cracked for the very first time at work I needed to replace it ASAP. After checking out a few places and hearing their extremely high prices that were through the roof, I stumbled upon Mobile Shop Wireless. I decided to go there to check it out and see how much it would cost me. All I can say is that the customer service was outstanding. The young man that worked there, Yousof I believe his name is, was extremely helpful and respectful and he thoughrouly answered all of my questions. He gave me a fair price that was honestly way lower than the competitors and I decided to take the deal and leave my phone there to get fixed. Within 2 hours my phone was ready for pick up. When I received the phone it looked like it was new and I was extremely happy with the quick and amazing work that was done. I would rate the place 10 stars if I could. I was really satisfied and would recommend the place to anyone that needs a cheap but correct way to get their phone screen fixed.

Bad service and did not lend I was texting to buy the xr iPhone and they had me waiting for an hour and a half after I did not answer the lousy service messages I will never go back to that place I do not recommend it
