Pretty cool five below, first time going to this one, pretty great experience, lots to choose from.

I went there on a Friday to buy earbuds. Battery life was terrible. I exchanged them the next day for a different brand, doesnt work at all. Now I do like the customer service on this place, but it does not excuse the fact that their bluetooth earbuds that they sell are trash.

Could not find earpods I want it. Ask employee doing stock. Told me if its not on the back wall they dont have it. I asked her to look for me because I did not know what Im looking for. She said they were not there. And when I went to check out with a different pair. They were at the register. Felt like a stock person should have known a little better where they were but I understand its the pandemic and nobody wants to work because unemployment paid 500 a week to sit home. I also work with the public and it is very frustrating because no one appreciate the people who do work

Great bargains for summer they have what you need bathing suits Beach towels, noodles, goggles and sun screen all for five dollars or less. They also have a great selection of fashion tees and foot wear.

First time there didnt have cover for my phone. I purchased several items love the price place was clean service was fast

Their name should be officially ten below since now they have a section for $10.This one is not my favorite five and below... but I have to say there is ample free parking and their selection is pretty much the same as others.

Found everything I was looking for and got excellent service to top it off.

Five below is always organized!! Was looking for gumballs and squirrel nuts candy. Didnt have any this time. Found some quality soft and large winter scarfs though.

Store was clean, fully stocked and ready to navigate. Was not crowded. Checkout was fast.

Insane that the mayor/governer are closing small businesses and allowing corporate money machines to operate with little to no restrictions. They only started monitoring number of people in store after a customer was heard complaining. Nothing worthwhile that makes this store necessary to stay open completely non-essential junk. Unfortunately kids like it.

Its the place to old for quick buys for the grandchildren. It has old time candies that you dont find in some stores.

I understand i came in late but the lack of knowledge or even caring what I came in for was shocking. I bought 3 items...I returned 2.

Major complaint about this store. Some of the customers like to use the parking lot as their personal trash can. Literally throwing trash out of their car and kicking it under their car.. its disgusting, and ignorant . It ruins the neighborhoods where these stores are put up in.

It looks like there are a lot of fun things available here for younger people. I visited the store with someone who was looking for a specific item. I browsed around but couldnt find anything that might appeal to me. Its not that Im someone who doesnt like to enjoy himself. But I am approaching sixty and my time for the goods that they sell is long passed.Three stars because I would of liked a store like this a few decades ago

They always have surprisingly cool stuff. And this is the best Christmas gift spot for my son. I went tonight (December 23, at 8:30) and it was much more stocked and less chaotic than Target. Super friendly staff all the time too. Thanks, Five Below team!

I love this place very well stocked. I gave 3 stars because the wait in line was really long and only two cashiers were on as soon as I got to the register the cashier was called away to assist a customer and left me standing at the register for 10 minutes!!. I asked the other cashier could she ring me up and she called for assistance. Finally another employee appeared but was not happy when she was told to work the register!

Great prices, but be careful which items you choose to purchase here as quality may vary. I tend to avoid the headphones as their quality is NOT good (as can be expected for a $5 pair of headphones), but cell phone cases, chargers, tees, books, toys, games, and sports gear (for the selection they have) is great. Good stop for a quick gift, especially for children or random gift exchanges. Something for everyone.

Nice five below location. Employees seemed to be kept busy making sure the store was kept clean and items were pulled to the front. One of the nicer five below stores I have been too.

Volunteer for some Christmas gifts for the Toys for Tots Drive super super busy and everybody was so pleasant I couldnt believe how much they were

One of the better dollar type stores with all the typical items, phone cases, chargers. Candy and games etc. Some sports equipment and other items.

I was greeted by the happiest associate in the world. Made my visit happy.

Experience was fine in the store. Customer service did point me in the right direction for what I was looking for twice so kudos to them. There was no line so I was pretty much in and out of there within 5 mins considering I slowed the process down by looking for something else.

What is there to say? Everything is five and below

This store was crowded and great. Spent over 100$ mostly on stocking stuffers. They had plenty of employees on hand and the only thing I suggested to the cashier was that they didnt carry boxes to go with the loungewear.

Food was good

Surprisingly clean. Decent selection of cheap novelty goods. Nice candy section and the clothes are decent quality for $5. Ive only made novelty purchases but the quality exceeds my one-and-done usage for most of the things I go here to buy.

I just recently discovered Five Below and love it! They have good stuff cheap. Very good name brand makeup, toys and alot of accessories for phones/radios etc. Also, we get a friendly greeting everytime we come to this specific location. Nice staff!

This is one of my favorite locations. They offer more items here, than the suburban locations. If I cant find something in the locations near me, it is almost always here.

I love coming to Five and Below they have a big variety of toys clothes and accessories for everyone in your family and everything really is five or below so you dont feel like youre getting jipped or walking into a store that advertise one price and when you get to the store its another not to mention they have some snacks in water or juice if you get thirsty or hungry while youre shopping around

This is one of the better layed out of their stories in the area and I feel has the best selection. Store is well lit and clean. Staff are helpful and friendly as well.
