My Daughter had these beautiful rugs in her living room. So I decided to get me some. I got 2 rugs and 4 pillows at a very reasonable price. Iam so happy. Next week ill be going back to get 4 more pillows. Thank you so much Boss furniture.

THIS STORE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! They tried to get over on me and charge me $500 for a mirror that was NOT the one I ordered. They gave me a REFURBISHED couch which I’ve had to make multiple complaints about. The delivery assemblies were very unprofessional, I only had my couch for one month and they had to come and take it back to fix it from coming apart after only one month. I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION. The one on Allegheny is way more professional.

Lets just start off by saying Sam is an exceptional sales rep. He goes above and beyond for his customers, and he sure did for me. Was passing by on Germantown and decided to stop in...best decision ever. They have a variety of furnitures and home items at unbeatable prices. They even have payment plan available. I picked out my furnitures and Sam helped me with the measurements so that the pieces would be able to fit in my apartment. The sectional I initially selected could not enter my apartment building, however, that was not a problem as Sam went above and beyond to put together a sectional that would fit. Sam even had us pick out a rug which was COMPLIMENTARY! Customer service at its best. Delivery was quick, easy and flexible. I received my furnitures about a month and a half ago and the quality and comfort is still great. I highly recommend Boss Furniture, you will not be disappointed.

I bought a living room set and a dining room set the couches was dirty when they delivered it and also the furniture looked like it was already used pieces of the couch was falling apart and the dining room set was messed up they used a sharpie marker to hide the marks and scrapes and refused to replace my living room set and I’m still waiting on a replacement for my dining room set customer service was horrible
