Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was shown a variety of options. The gentleman was patient and explained all the features of each product. I felt no pressure to buy and once I made my decision the transaction was easy.

They are amazing. We bought our second set of furniture from them. The first set we bought out right and the second we going on a plan. They use a company called snap that approved us with bad credit and the process was beyond easy. The furniture is beautiful and good quality and the people are good to you here They dont oversell or harass. They just make themselves visible if you need help which for me felt just right. They can deliver and they can install...FYI. Lastly you cant beat reasonable prices. We will be back soon for our next set soon.

Furniture shopping can be such a pain but Nasir & Mody made it super easy. I came in looking for a particular sectional & they took their time to help me find an alternative option that would better fit in my space. I went to Furniture Mecca in west Philadelphia really took care of me. The staff was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable . As soon as we walked in we were greeted and allowed to rome around freely until we were ready to purchase. Nasir checked out with no problem. If you want some nice furniture, you know where to go!

Nassir helped me pick out a really comfortable mattress set and sectional. He also explained everything clearly, I’d buy from here again.

I placed an order, the day of delivery I received a call that one of my items was out of stock, yous didnt know that prior to today. I advise to delivery the rest of the items since their on the truck. Nope nothing was set for delivery that day. I go to store to place order again, delivery day come no call nothing. I tried calling them no one answered. The phone sends you in loops just to talk to someone. I get threw the next day only for my 2nd order unable to locate, I receive a call back and was assured my delivery for the next day. I called at 4pm the day of delivery the woman advised they are on their way in my direction, more lies... nothing delivered, no call nothing. Just UNPROFESSIONAL... tomorrow Im going and canceling my entire order... DO NOT AND I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE... UNLESS YOU LIKE THE RUN AROUND..

I had a terrible experience with Mecca …I didn’t want to give the review one star…My furniture set that cost me 1,800 dollars was left in my living not even to attempting to go up the stairs after waiting all day for delivery. I waited three weeks for my set so I can prepare my room properly by emptying and painting it, So therefore I was really disappointed to have my living room set in boxes in my living room…I will not return to purchase new living set that I saw .. I will buy somewhere else or just look for a new set all together if I can’t find the same set.

I have more than 10 days waiting for the delivery of my bed valued at 3,600, I am PREGNANT and sleeping in a piece of furniture because you told me that I had to take out my bed to be able to enter the one I bought; if something happens to my baby and me is going to be your responsible! I am very disappointed, I have called and I have gone to the place and nobody gives me an answer. All I want to do I cry ! I was going to buy more stuff from you but NO ! YOU Can’t do something like this to a pregnant woman. I am very very disappointed and mad. Service was good while Shopping but today was my delivery day and no one showed even called ahead and confirmed lady said my furniture would be here between 3p-5p and they stopped answering the phone at 5:45p even though they close at 7p. No one called me from the store to say it was a delay so I’ll be there early in morning to get my refund!

No low cost couches.

I placed a mattress delivery order for a specified Saturday and listed my phone number as the primary number along with a family members number as the secondary number. Guess who Furniture Meccas delivery service decided to text 5 mins before arrival (although calling would be way more effective) - the secondary number. I had my phone (primary number) connected to my speaker all day to ensure that I dont miss the call. My phone never rang nor did I get a measly text message. Unfortunately, my family member (secondary number) did not see a text message until 2 hours later since she wasnt expecting any correspondence as the secondary contact. We contacted the driver who texted her and they promised first day Monday morning for delivery since they refused to circle back on their delivery route (slightly understandable). I called Furniture Mecca at least 10 times to follow up on the Saturday - no answer. First night in my apartment is spent sleeping on the floor.Sunday afternoon I went to the store since nobody answered the phone on both days to discuss my mattress order. I was lucky enough to work with the same salesman I originally placed the order with. He was nice enough to contact the warehouse manager but returned with bad news. My mattress is now out of stock. How in the hell did that happen?! Fortunately, the salesman allowed me to choose any mattress in the store and honored the same price I previously paid. He also threw in a comforter set for my troubles. Guaranteed delivery for Monday and the receipt said in bold letters Call 1 hour before arrival along with the removal of the secondary number.Monday came and I didnt hear anything regarding a window of time for delivery. I fortunately got through to someone on the phone to confirm my delivery time and phone number listed. The representative started to recite the previous secondary number. I had to cut her off midway through and let her know to remove and burn that number. Only contact the primary number. She removed the number and was able to confirm my delivery will arrive at about 6:30 pm. 6:30 pm rolled around and I received a call stating the delivery is 5 minutes away. -_- Whatever. Im still grateful. I ended up having to convince the deliverymen to bring the mattress to my 4th floor apartment since they said, we dont usually go to the 4th floor. Although, I was told 4th floor wouldnt be an issue at the time of order placement and carrying a mattress up 4 flights as a single woman is just ridiculous. The deliverymen also refused to set up the box spring and take off the plastic for me to thoroughly inspect the mattress prior to signing and stated, We dont usually do this. Ive been doing deliveries for many years mama. I do not appreciate being called mama in my household.With all of that being said, the salesmen at Furniture Meccas Lancaster Ave store are wonderful and accommodate you as best as possible. The third party delivery service that they work with can use some lessons in effective communication and common courtesy.

They take your phone number and then blast you with spam text messages for years. They give no way to opt out.

I have received a reply from whom I believe to be the owner of this furniture establishment regarding the poor service multiple times regardingG the same order, I was told I would be getting my refund with the correct spelling of my name on the check because they actually issued me a check with my name misspelled so they’re bank wouldn’t let me cash it and here I am almost 2 months later STILL NO REFUND ARE YOU KIDDING ME.

Our salesman name Jamie was absolutely amazing. Not only was he willing to help us, but his customer service was beyond great. He took care of me and my sister from the minute we walked in to the minute we left. I’m so excited to finally sleep comfortably, all thanks to Jamie. At first I loved this store because they had what I wanted and I got credit easily through Acima credit. I know the deal when buying cheap furniture...Not a problem.FYI- If you ever get credit approved to purchase from any 90 day yada yada store....(cell phone, furniture, whatever) plan to pay it off before your 90 days is up and youll only pay the original charge price plus taxes, their fees...yada yada...unless you dont mind paying double for your item, which is an ok option if thats what you choose or dont mind if its the only way to get what you want.After my 2nd experience, I will never give them another cent ever because they charged me double for something I priced just the day before, although I liked the furniture that I purchased. I was satisfied with what I selected because for the price it was gonna have to do. I was not even upset that they delivered my furniture on one day and it took forever for them to come back to put it together (almost 3 weeks, and they had to keep coming back because each time they did not have the proper tools). Still not my issue....My issue was I was given a price for a QFX SPEAKER for $300. For over a year, everytime I was in that store Id ask for the price. Everytime $300. I asked on a Thursday...same thing...$300. Come in the next day Friday with $2500 credit and now its $600 plus tax yada yada yada. Questioning them was a waste of time. They could care less about you or whatever your issue is. The only reason I purchased it anyway is because I needed it for a block party on Saturday.So the block party was epic because that QFX SPEAKER was the bomb! Bluetooth, Mic ports, radio, USB ports, SD Card slots, light show and it records too!! So I was pleased with its performance on that day. Low and behold months down the line I removed the logo sticker to find out it was just to cover a large dent. It is supposed to charge while plugged in, it never does. In addition, some of the source selection buttons stop functioning. So I was double charged for something that Im sure they knew was defective! Now I have over $3000 credit that I refuse to use if I have to purchase only from that store. Also dont believe the No Money Down or the $20 down! Its all hype to get you into the store.One last thing. Take the time to look over your delivered items with a close pierced eye because all the dings, scratches, chips, and dents must be pointed out right then and there. Once they leave your house youre stuck with it!

Purchased a couch here and had over a 2 week waiting period for delivery, which wasn’t ideal but we were fine with. Got a phone call 2 days before delivery to inform me that the couch is out of stock and I have to drive to the store in order to receive my refund. Don’t understand how you can sell more items than you know you have! I don’t recommend

Their furniture won’t last. I got a dining table set, couch, mattresses from them. 1 year later, the screws of the chairs are loosening, the stitches in the couch are coming off. Their delivery was good & prices are reasonable but only buy furniture from them with an understanding that it won’t last long.

I just stopped in to look around, but walked out with a new Sofa and Love Seat. My salesman, Jamie, showed me around the entire store and after a few minutes, knew exactly what I was looking for. Jamie had it delivered within a couple of days. I am very happy with the set. Make sure to ask for Jamie if you visit the Lancaster location. Youll be glad you did.
