Amazing store for all your hair needs!

I always find the hair care products that I need at this store. The staff are very helpful and kind. Love this storeAtmosphere is good. Clean and neat. I bought hair products by Cream of Nature. Service was very good.

People were nice and very professionally took care the customers. They knew what they exactly did sell, and great product selection.

Ive been in here a few times now, and they always have wonderful staff and a great selection of products for all hair and skin types and needs. I used to order my beauty products on amazon, but now I just pop across the street and get them here! I also love the selection of nail polish, hair accessories, tights, and hats. The staff is super knowledgeable, and they clearly were familiar with all of the products in the store (which is impressive, because they carry a LOT of things!), and gave me tips on how to use some of the new stuff I picked out. Overall, excellent selection and fantastic people!

Yesterday I experienced something I never had before. I am a licensed stylist, until yesterday I was a loyal customer. I went to purchase a product as it was an emergency and I never buy beautiful browns anywhere besides Knights Beauty as the price is fair. However I was going to purchase anyway u til price was literally 2 times what I pay usually. I did say that I was a loyal customer at Beauty Expo. I mentioned to the young lady who is always very nice it was too expensive and I would buy somewhere else the owner began yelling at me. Which became a teaching lesson for my son who was with me. In a flash I realized how important it is to me to shop where I am respected. NEVER have I experienced this but had been warned. I do not recommend and unfortunately will not be there again as I did shop there for other items but ne er again. We went to another store and saved 7.00......

Un-easy experience. When Im shopping its ok to ask if I need help ONE TIME. In a beauty supply store u usually know what your going in for & if help is needed your sure to ask. The blck older lady made her presence to available for my liking. I dont need help, & yes Im finding everything ok for the 3rd time!! Now Im annoyed😠The eyelash selection is mediocre, not a wide variety, selling Kiss brand lashes, which I do not like. Lets just say Ill keep going elsewhere.

They were the worst people there ever. There is no doubt about it. They are not knowledgeable about their products at all and will sell you something with false advertising.
