Worst place, didnt know how to put my hub cap back on. Handed it to me in a bag. Would never recommend a place like this. Not to mention taking 8 hours to install tires that I PURCHASED AHEAD AND BROUGHT MYSELF. Better off at pep boys.

I changed tires in my car around 10 days ago. Im standing right now on the closiest parking I could find since I heard strange sound while turning. I inspected all wheels, and it tourned out that I have only 3 bolts instead of 5 in my right front wheel. Im glad that I paid attention to this sound. Now Im waiting when my husband will come and save me. Our safety is in our own hands)))

I’ve been taking my cars here for years, and no matter what I happened to be driving, I’ve had no complaints.There was one time the threads on my wheel hub got jacked up and they insisted that I take it to the dealer to have the threads fixed. After a minor amount of frustration, I got my car back from the dealer and the donut back in the trunk.Their decision to admit they weren’t the best place for the job is why I trust their work.

The brake service i had was good, but the rear pads I could have got for 21.89 they charge 67.99 for same brand. I think It was too high of mark up.

Made an appointment for Saturday May 18th to get a potential issue with my tire looked at. The guy at the counter came outside to inspect, saw the nail I was mentioning in my original appointment contact and pulled it out safely, while checking to make sure it was not leaking. Great service within two minutes of getting there and I didnt even have to leave my car for my scheduled appointment. Truly a great experience. Ill be spreading the word

My husband and I love going here for tires, oil changes, and brakes etc. The prices are great compared to other shops weve used. The warranty on the tires is so beneficial and affordable. They do quality work in a timely matter. We dont take our cars anywhere else. We highly recommend them.

The people in here are nice and helpful. The prices are kind of high but its right across the street from me. I bought a set of tires there a couple years ago. They seem to have a lot of knowledge about things and usually will try and help you out. They dont seem to try and push to many things on you there. Not a bad place.

I work full-time & attend school part-time, I was extremely happy when I called and they gave me an appointment for 7:30 AM on a Sat. The service was fast. The sales advisory was polite and knowledgeable and the waiting area was comfortable.

Tire plus is the best tire play I’ve ever delt with.It’s Sunday truck sitting on the side of the road and I went to 4 other places and nobody would help me. Tire plus fixed tire in 10 minutes and got me back on the road.Great bunch of guy!!!!Thanks

Replaced 4 tires on my SUV. The front counter rep & service techs were great. Price for the service performed was comparable to other service providers I researched before going with Tires Plus. It did take at least 3 hrs to replace 4 tires and the original estimate was 1-2 hrs but thats the only critical thing from the experience.

Had a punctured tired. Mike and the mechanics had me back on the road in record pit stop time!! Great work!

Not thrilled with this place....got new tires here years ago. Never left a review, but it has literally been eating at me everytime I look at my wheels.They changed my tires out and STOLE my chrome valve stems!!!!! Replaced them with rubber valve stems! I will never go back!!!They also put the wheels back on incorrectly (Wheels and tires in the back are wider than the front). They put the back wheels on the front and the front wheels on the back.

I went to the Franklin Mills location the day before I left for my vacation to get my tires rotated and an oil change. The prices were excellent and it was even more convenient that I received $20 OFF because I have a credit card with them. I was greeted the moment I walked through the door and was spoken to like a valued customer.

Ok place cheapest quote I received out of 2 other places STILL very pricey,went into get my back breaks & routers done of course they requested to do the front too. Plus side is I received Warranty on ALL parts they replaced. 3stars till I see how my brakes turn out in a few month.

Call in and ask for oil change price, I got a price and ask if I could use a coupon from their website and they said the price is included with coupon. Didnt even ask which coupon I am using as there are a few online. customer service sounds rude on the phone.

Had a flat at the location and they said to come back another time, leaving me stranded had I not had my own portable air pump. Didnt even offer air to help. Horrible company and even more horrible service.

Crooked! I take my car here to have my tires replaced & I come to pick it up & get told my car needed numerous hot shots cause it did not start. Now, coincidentally I had my battery checked and full inspection not even 2 months ago & it all came back good. Naturally I thought they were lieing so I went to my car dealer to check battery immediately and of course it came back with no issues. This place is full of crap and I just wanted to share my experience because what they tried to do was very wrong!!

They told me that they were busy that I would have to wait so they said come back at 2 my car was done in about 20 minutes it was awesome and they were very nice

Great prices. I called around 2 about 8 or 9 places and Tires Plus was the best price by far. They have plenty of options to fit your price range and the service is quick. I also had some damage to my rim that wasnt even on the tiree being repaired and they took it upon themselves to fix the problem and didnt charge extra. I will be going back here everytime.

I would love to rate it higher because the staff that I dealt with was nice, however, I was overcharged and under serviced. I went in thinking that I needed rear brakes. I also asked for an oil change. The counter person insisted that my vehicle required full synthetic oil. After arguing with him he found that his computer says it could also take synthetic blend. I hand him a coupon for the $39.99 Synthetic Blend oil change and go on my way. I receive a phone call stating that I did not need rear brakes that it was making noise because of rusted rotors. I thank him and ask him to put wipers on my car and await the phone call to pick up my vehicle. I go in to get my vehicle, was told they did not have wipers in stock for it, and proceed to pay for my oil change. Thought it was a little high priced, especially given the coupon, but I assumed there were fees and things in small print on the coupon so I do not pay much attention. I get home and look at my invoice only to find out I was charged for a Specialty Oil Change and they used Dexos oil. $46.00 just for the oil!!!! My car does not require Dexos oil, nor full synthetic. I drive a Ford and worked for the service department in a Ford dealership for years up until a few months ago. Not only was specialty oil used and not needed, but because it is a specialty oil change they charged an additional $5.00 labor!!! Are you serious? Is it harder to pour my oil because it is a specialty oil????? I ended up paying $60.00 for the oil change and that still included a ten dollar discount. To top it all off my tires were not rotated, I did not get a courtesy check checklist AND my fluids were not topped off. How do I know? Because two days later when rock salt was splashed on to my windshield when it was snowing i went to wash my windshield only to find out my washer fluid ran out halfway through me trying to get the rock salt off!!!! I can get an oil change, tire rotation, fluids topped off and a full vehicle inspection at the dealer for $39.95... normal price, every day with factory trained techs and OEM parts. This is the last time I will ever use Tires Plus. I do not appreciate being ripped off.

Had screw in my tire . Told me they could nt get it out that it was near shoulder of my tire and could not be patched . Told me I needed to buy a new tire . Went to different shop they just pulled it out since it was only on the tread and was not leaking air I dont know if its cause I was female and they think I was dumb . But be careful and get a second opion prior to this i spent almost 2000.00 in repairs on my car here now I am wondering if I even needed half the stuff done they did. .will never go back there.

I took my car in because I was hearing a loud squeaking noise. They took my car around the block to check it out and found out I needed rear brakes. My car also seems like its stalling out when I have my air conditioning on. They said they looked at that and that nothing happened when they drove the car. They also mentioned that it could be of old age since my car is 9 years old. Well as soon as I turn on my air in car and accelerate I have the problem. So I dont know if they actually looked at that. Since they needed to take my car around the block, they needed to use the sun visor which they got oil all over and broke. I called to speak to the manager and he told me to bring it in and they will look at it. Again after looking at it they said we cleaned off the few spots we saw and the visor is old and it split. Well my car is 9 years old but pretty much in good condition. My visor was not split until I brought my car in there to get serviced. I will never bring my car back ever again. The manager Jay was also rude as well.

Terrible experience they left my window down in a rain storm so everything was soaked the GM looked me in my face and said yea we got some towels lol & I quote thats the best we can do so head here if you want the best customer service your money can buy....... NOT!!!

Been going there for 10 years. They are a sister store of the Firestone store. I have the unlimited all wheel alignments that I purchased at the fire stone in Tucson Arizona and tire plus honors that .

Friendly, quoted $20 and an hour till done for an oil change and thats what it was. Recommend but didnt push for new tires which I do need. Free top off of air and fluids.

They didn’t even honor my road hazard warranty. 3 of the 4 tires were leaking air and they kept telling me they found nothing. They just didn’t want to give me new tires. They were giving me the run-around, I will never go back there again.

I got two tires. And the prices were firm

Every 90 days for almost a year I would come to them for oil change and check ups and they would tell me nothing is wrong with my car . Come inspection day they told me I had over $1000 worth of problems with my car .
