Someone hit my bumper.. and I was recommended this shop and they didn’t fix my bumper right it’s looks like I did it myself you can see straight threw the bumper.. on top of that some one went threw my car and flipped down my sunglass console and stole my sunglasses like I wasn’t going to notice a 400 dollar pair of sunglasses went missing so unprofessional later on about 11am the sunglasses reappeared… will not be back

First time possible customer I called for a vehicle inspection report before I purchased any SUV nearby at a dealer. Ricky didnt even know me personally, but he took his valuable time to explain to me in detail the pros & cons of purchasing used vehicles. “Don’t get caught with no deductible deal.”I got my car done there because it wasn’t far away from the accident location so I took the car. The first thing he is going to ask is you to sign a paperwork so the money goes straight to him from the insurance. I advise you guys this “ don’t sign this paperwork” or you would regret for life.Concerning the work done on the car, they did a worst job. The deal was to repaint the whole car, and they painted it without prepping anything. They layered the new color on the old that even from far away one can notice the poor quality of the repaint. Here is some noticeable issues:1. The bumper paint starts chipping on2. The inside door paint wasn’t painted so there is obviously two different colors when someone opens the car doors3. The door glass won’t work properly4. The passenger side back door still has nioticeable waves due to poor body work.In conclusion, don’t waste time and money there.It took them a month to finish the car even though he promised 4 days. My insurance gave up on my rental because he couldn’t be reached. I ended up picking the balance.

I have a 2013 Chevy Cruz that had a smashed front end as a result of me rear ending someone. I took it to a bunch of different places around the city to get a quote for it and i was starting to become very discouraged because of the quotes I was receiving for the repairs. One morning while i was driving into work, i was approached by an employee of collision 1. He asked me if i intended on getting my car fixed. He made a call to the owner of collision 1 to have him come out to my job to take a look at the car and give me a quote. Rick Janishek is the owner and he was literally out to my location within 10 minutes. He was very straight forward about what needed to be done and he gave me a quote that i could not turn down. I paid HALF the amount i was quoted at multiple other locations! I dropped my car off on a Sunday and it was finished the following Saturday. I was amazed at the work that was done. it couldnt have turned out better! It looks like it did the day i drove it off the lot! I strongly recommend going to see Rick at Collision 1 with all of your auto body needs!
