A THEFT! If you want your car’s parts to be stolen go there. Had to call cops since he’s hard to deal with. I replaced the car’s roof fabric He replaced these two interior light pieces as they look NEW to cheaper ones and they’re not even working now. The black dots is just coming off since they’re cheap!

Had my windshield replaced and they did a terrible job the rubber for the molding came off right away. Came back to get the rubber glued again, and they told me I had this crack. This crack was not there when I came to them and they will not accept responsibility for it. All they had to do was re-glue the rubber and they ended up cracking my windshield which they replaced once already, and now saying it was there when I came. Really disappointed that they operate like this.

Went there today for a jeep soft top rear window repair. Got me in right away, fixed it while I was waiting, quick turn around and price very reasonable. Was able to address the problem and have it fixed and have it out the door In less than 20 minutes. Can’t beat that, will definitely go back for any future upholstery repairs needed. Thanks.

Awesome service. I originally got a quote from safe lite for $425.00. I later called raydon after safelite had canceled twice on me and they fit me in immediately and got me done in an hour. Great work and great price. WAY BETTER THAN SAFELITE

Owner is super cool and does more than just glass work

My initial experience was great and Steve and his staff are outstanding.HOWEVER, these last few times have been terrible...and Im done!! Steve was supposed to do a certain repair on my vehicle, but I found out the hard way that it was not done. I had to cover my car with a Tarp and it sat on the streets for weeks. Every week I called and was told to call next week. Today was a result of a call last Friday. There will be no more calls. I will take my business elsewhere.

If you doubt the quality of their work and you have questions, the boss may start swearing dirty and accuse you of lying !!! The boss hates customers with questions !!! Never contact this company!!!

I was hearing the air on the upper part of my driver’s side window. Instantly, they determined it was loose molding causing it. Steve showed me the difference between both sides. Within 5 minutes it was resolved. They didn’t charge me anything for this! Now I can drive in peace. I highly recommend Rydon Auto Glass!!!

It was really horrible, I dropped off my 2016 VW golf to fix headliner on one side ( after an accident airbag blew), the owner told me, “dont worry it will be fixed its gonna look the same as on your other side (the other side was untouched) the same following day I picked up a car and It was fixed really badly, charged me $150 and I told him its a bad job you need to redoit he said ok come next week. After a call every other week he had an excuse saying that his guy is on vacation or his guy is sick, today I called him, he told me to drop it off, I came there and he said he cant do anything today drop it off other time, he just wasted my time and lied to me. And he said he wont be able to make it look good he just going to “try”Overall its horrible never gave your car to this guy, he does it a really bad job, not to mention the glue was all over the car when he attempted to fix it the first timeIf I could I would give -5 starts

The owner Steve was a little rude. I came in for a leaking sunroof. He unclogged the drains that took literally 2 mins. And he charged me $75! Price gouging. Usually this is around $35-$40. Place is dirty and the tech who helped me smelled like pot. Dont go to this place.

This is week 3. I’m picking up my car tomorrow morning. I took it in because of a leaking sunroof/moonroof. Because the age of the car I asked him please to replace the seal and clean out the drains. 3 weeks later he was asking me where I seen water leaking from. I already had removed the headliner so this should have been a straight forward task. The gentleman acts as if I’m bothering when I call to check the status and never gives me the same answer. Do yourself a favor and look else where.

Its boring and overpriced

When I told Steve my convertible leaks, he said Id have to leave it for a day or so. One day turned into 2 weeks and only then because I insisted I was picking it up. I never got an estimate, just a lot of delaying. In the end, he wasnt sure if it was fixed or not but charged me $135 anyway. The next rain and Ill know. But besides no estimate and keeping my car for 2 weeks it was returned to me in deplorable condition. Mud all over the tires and sides of the car. Sticky goop (that wasnt there before) all over the windshield. Carpets and upholstery were filthy. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU RETURN A VEHICLE TO A CUSTOMER. He knew I was picking it up and could have cleaned it up. He chose to ignore it. His service stinks but sadly, he doesnt give a hoot. I will soon see if it still leaks but my guess is it will. Dont settle for lowest price people. You get the lowest service with it.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO KEEP AWAY FROM THAT SHOP. 4 weeks ago I visited that place to replace windshield on my Maxima. They messed up with my rain sensor. It looks like around sensor a lot of air bubbles and it works not like before (but still glad that it works, because with this guys you never know). When I pointed it to owner of Rydon shop Steve, he told me that they forgot to apply some paste and he does not have it here, will order it tomorrow. When I came back week later he told me that he forgot to order it so I need to come next week. Every time when I get back to shop he found excuses to not fix that. Finally on my sixth visit he took my car. And guess what he didn’t do a sh**t, it was acted and looked the same way. When I tried to talk to him he just ran away took his phone and made a look that he is very busy and don’t want to talk with me.I’m surprised that that business has 3.8 stars it really deserves ——-5*. I thought that the price is good but now I need to redone everything.

The best prices but worst customer service in the world. Hopefully there is nothing wrong with your windshield like there was mine, because he will continuously tell you to bring it in, then upon arriving hell say my guy isnt in youll have to bring it back another day. (Keep in mind that I took off of work for both of these occasions). Once he gets paid on the job, your vehicle gets put on the back burner if there is something wrong with it after he has done his initial fix or repair....youve been warned.

People, DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY!!! Completely screwed up my windshield replacement, had to come back 4 times, ended up going to a professional place to fix what Steven broke. THIS IS WHY THIS PLACE IS SOOO CHIP! Steve and his team have no idea how to change windshield properly.

If ever you wanted a Consumer Advocate, here I am. Ive been doing business with this company for 28 years. Ive done leather/vinyl tops, sunroofs, glass repair, full upholstery and more done. Ive referred countless people to Rydon Auto Glass. However, I WILL NO LONGER DO BUSINESS, NOR REFER ANYONE TO THIS BUSINESS. Steve, whos the owner, is a complete Ahole. He will do a repair and take your money. You have issues with the repair and he still cant get it right, yet doesnt want to refund your HARD EARNED MONEY. Steve is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL and uses profanity towards his customers. I referred a friend for a very minor roof leak. His worker explained/showed us the problem and the repair was authorized. (Cost $80 to blowout front drain plugs and remove wind visor)The very next day, the roof began leaking again.....this time worse. The car was taken back to him for repair, (Rear drain plugs blown out) which was supposedly made. Two days later, we get into the car and theres water on the front/rear passenger floor. The car was brought back to him for a third repair. Now, the car needs a sunroof/track, ($394.00) which we later found out was used and had issues. Finally, we figured the cars will no longer leak. WRONG!!! Theres now more water coming into the car and water is in the rear passenger door. We went back to him again for a refund. He refused to give the refund and basically told us to get out of his business. Im now forced to take legal action against this business. Spare yourself the headaches and losing your money.........Take your vehicle to a business that cares about its customers and more importantly, DOES THE WORK IN WHICH THEY WERE PAID FOR.

Not only did they not install my convertible top correctly they left out a seal along the front which presented a 1/4 inch gap along the front where it meets the front windshield frame. They broke one of my door handles,installed seals incorrectly,bent my convertible top framing,replaced front windshield and left glass all over the interior. When I asked about the things I noticed and called out on his many screw ups he made many excuses,offered no explanations,then retreated back into his building...... As an automotive professional of almost 30 years myself this is the last thing you do to a customer..........

My experience is this - the place is a very well disorganized dump for those who want the cheapest possible price followed by the worst possible service. Workers fool around all the time: slow pacing, taking their time to work on vehicles, stop in the middle of the job to eat lunch at 10 am while customer is waiting. No sense of responsibility or even an attempt to make good for the customer and generate more business. Owner obviously has no control over the workers, since they do the work when they feel like. Owner is friendly, but only to get you to come and buy. Workers do whatever they want and the owner does not care. On top of that, they damaged the interior of my vehicle and of course did not take any responsibility for that. This is a place only for people with cheap vehicles, who will not care if anythings scratched or damaged. Definitely not a place for a decent car. This business was recommended to me by a friend and I did not go there for a deal, but the quality of work and it turned out to be a negative experience. Stay away.

I specifically mention that I am going on trip for 12 hours on vehicle and ask them to replace the windshield. They did not mention anything about 24 waiting before driving. I would come later to replace that windshield. Now, I had to cancel my trip. They working every day with windshield and need to tell this before they replace the glass. Steve (Owner) is a horrible businessman. He will take your hard earned money and leave you with a lifetime problem. Hes rude and has absolutely NO CLUE what real customer service is. Save yourself pain and money. Take your business elsewhere.

Steve completed a job for me a couple months back. I was very satisfied with the results so I decided to take my vehicle back to him for another job. Hes had my car for 3 weeks at this very moment, and its still not done. I just wanted new carpets. Also, he has been lying to me about the work that he says hes done on my car. He told me that he completed something and then accidentally told me afterwards that he didnt do it yet. Im picking my car up done or not, and I will never do business with him again. He does horrible busines and his attitude matches his business ethics. You may have a good experience, you may not. In my opinion its definitely not worth taking the risk. Save yourself the headache please Go elsewhere.

Noticed a hairline crack in my windshield while warming my car this morning (3-5-19). By the time I got to work, the crack was all the way across my windshield and turning upwards..I was franticly trying to find a place to replace my windshield. I was not comfortable driving anywhere to get replaced, so was in serious need of mobile replacement.Everyone must be having similar issues, because I had called 4 places near me (and not so near me) and couldn’t get an appointment until tomorrow earliest.Desperate, I tried one more place. This place (Rydon) I asked if they could do mobile replacements. They said no. But asked where I was located. I wasn’t too far from them,So Steve (I’m assuming he is the owner) said he would have my car picked up and dropped off if I wanted.Of course I said YES!.. They were on top of this for me.. After talking to my insurance co. We got the claim # all figured out and within 30 (maybe less) minutesJeff from Rydon was calling me telling me he was at my place of work with my car.A few hours later, dropping my car back off to me.Total A+ customer service.Highly recommended place for vehicle replacement windows!

He matches your lowest quote (windshield replacement) to get the work, but does sup-park work. Promises you warranty for the install but will refuses to put it in writing after taking your cash (which he encourages btw). Had a windshield replaced here, but now the windshield makes swishing noises (like if you have the window slightly cracked) when going above 30mph... very annoying, Didnt even bother going back because i dont want this guy touching my car again. Wish I paid a bit more and went to another other place with better reputation/ratings.If you have to use this guy, pay only by check or credit card never pay cash. Get everything in writing before you give him the money. (He will not otherwise)
