I was on the highway and a bolt hit my windshield and cracked the glass and the hole was size of a nickel.The guy that answered the phone was named mark he was so professional and polite. He told me what time that he could do the job and he was on time,also while he was working he treated my car as if it was his own. I am definitely recommending him to everyone I know. When he was finished I didnt even look like anything was wrong with it.

I had actually gotten my windshield repaired twice within the past few months by Mark, but thought this was the better time to write about it after having some hot and cold weather roll by. You can make an appointment and give details of the damage by text (great for me since I have phone call anxiety) and both times Ive gotten an appointment same week, the second time was actually the very next morning, and they come to you. Being an engineer with some background in material science, I was worried about how the stuff used for patching cracks would do with the seasons, but it does expand and contract with the glass and is just as strong. Most of the time I forget I even had any cracks on my windshield and no one would ever be able to tell. Im so glad I looked into local repair places because this is infinitely better than taking it somewhere and waiting forever and paying more. My comments are based on the facts that Im busy, Im not super into cars/projects, and generally dont know much about diy repairs that are actually safe and effective (theyre usually not). If you had an unfortunate crack from a rock another vehicle kicked up in front of you on the 95, this place could save you a lot of time and money to fix it up.

And I had a bad experiencelast time I had my windshield replaced on my previous car.Im so glad I found Superglass. Mark came right out to my job finished the job beyond my expectations!! They go to lexus of cherry hill for glass repairs. brought my IS in for a routine service and a glass chip repair which ended up further cracking my glass and pictures were sent of the chip BEFOREHAND and they claim there’s nothing they can do and not liable. not only does this company not try to help customers afterward, but also does not fully examine a crack or chip before attempting the repair.

Mark the owner is an absolute professional in his field. Very professional and had a exceptional experience. He resurfaced my entire windshield and repaired two chips. Mark is awesome. I tried to fix my windshield myself with a DIY repair kit - I was not successful. Mark came to my home and tried to remedy my work. He tried his best, but ultimately my DIY effort left the windshield beyond repair. Mark would not take any money for his help. Really hard to find stand-up people like Mark. I will definitely call him back if/when I need a windshield repair, and I would recommend anyone else do the same.

Mobile service, which was so convenient! He came to my work and within 20 minutes the windshield was fixed. I couldnt even notice where the crack was!! I thought I was going to have to replace my windshield after having a gravel truck chip up my windshield. I called these guys after being recommended them from a friend and have to say they took an hour and made what looked close to a couple bullet holes look like nothing had happened at all.Thanks guys!
