I made an appointment to have my trucks windshield replaced, and when I went out to take my truck to their shop I could not get it started. So I called them, and they said that they will come to me instead for a little bit more. Set that up, they came out, and installed my new windshield in under an hour. Great quality, and great value! Shattered my back windshield late last night by mistake. I was hysterical trying to find someone that was open late. I called them around 9pm and sure enough someone picked up and was able to help. Dropped my car off the next day and had my windshield replaced that same day for a reasonable price. Safe auto glass was charging double what trip 7 charged and was making me wait a week for a replacement. I would recommend this company to anybody. Great customer service.

Contacted Anthony yesterday. I have a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee which has 9 different windshields and I had no clue which one mine had. Sent a few pictures of my windshield. Was referred by my brother to come here. Called them on a Monday and said they would have time Wednesday so I called Tuesday to see what time would be good and got no answer until the next day. They then texted me to come in the following Saturday but never gave me a time or price. Unprofessional, maybe your experience will be different but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I looked all over the county and couldn’t find anyone willing to fix my window and at a reasonable price. My driver window was shattered and the door wouldn’t open at all, he fixed it all, his shop was the cleanest shop I’ve ever seen. No need to keep looking for a glass repair man! Read on.Looked around for someone to repair/replace a rear passenger window on a Toyota Camry. I called several places in the area and no one picked up.I then called Tripp7. Tony answered and was out several hours after our phone call...on a Saturday! Horrible customer service. Failed to confirm appointment/time and showed up unexpected. Glass was left in car even after I asked to put a sheet down. I was charged a different price than I was quoted and ten days later have yet to receive an invoice.
