Ben over at Twins was awesome. They handled all the communication with insurance to get this whole side of my truck bed replaced after I was hit. It turned out great, the paint job is a perfect match, and he got the whole thing done in a very timely fashion. Highly recommend Ben over at Twins!!

The sign out side says auto detail $125 but I was charged $200.I had my whole car cleaned out so nothing to remove.Now I keep having battery issues. Not sure if it’s the cold but I never had to deal with this before.I really can’t blame this on them.Just odd after bringing to a dealer now my battery dies multiple times and it’s not that old.Just know even though it says $125 for an auto detail it’s not.They did send a Christmas card which was nice.

Great place, great people. Detailed my car and it looks like it’s just off the showroom floor. Will use again for sure.

I’ve used Twins a few times now following a car accident. Ben is great at working with insurance companies to see that all necessary repairs are covered. I love that he takes his time to explain everything so that you know that satisfaction is his top priority. You can tell that he loves his work and values his customers. Ben has always been honest and fair and I feel 100% confident recommending Twins for your auto body repairs.

My car got hit while I was in the supermarket a friend referred me said they did great work I took it in on a Tuesday by Thursday they had my light ordered and delivered bumper repaired and painted and I was out the door Friday morning definitely would refer any of my friends communication was good and service was even better!

Over the summer I got into an accident and had my car towed here. First off they refused to take pictures of the car for State Farm (they wanted to be paid to take photos) since they were not sending out adjusters due to Covid. I was told by Ben how awful State Farm is. Eventually he sent the photos and State Farm told me how much they would be sending the shop to fix my car. I call to check in with Ben and he said all the parts were ordered and everything was on track now and it would be done by the end of the week. I check in person a few days later and was told that they never got the estimate from State Farm. He checks my file and lo and behold there is an estimate! I was told AGAIN the car would be ready soon. I check in again and he blames State Farm for the delay and NOW says my car was TOTALED?! State Farm wanted proof of this but the body shop went in circles claiming State Farm wasnt helping them. It took a little over a MONTH to finally total the car out. I rented a car via Bens recommendation and was charged a ton for it since it went over my limit (but I needed a car.) I firmly believe they were holding my car there to collect the storage fees from State Farm and were likely in cahoots with the rental company too. If the car was totaled why were parts ordered and why did it take 3 weeks to determine it was a total loss? Wouldnt ever come here again.

I was hit in rear while parked causing considerable damage to the trunk of my 2010 Infinity coupe with scrape marks on bumper cover and trunk lid crushed. I was quoted a price told it was “ soup to nuts” to include as requested headlight lens treatment because of faded dull lens and complete full detail. Even pointed out scuff in front bumper cover and was told it would be all be taken care of “ soup to nuts” with full detail in quoted price. Went and picked up car after them having it for a week and nothing else was done except trunk lid replaced. I stood in shop for 1 hour (late for work) when picking up car so headlight lens could be buffed out along with front bumper scuff. Exterior or interior of car was never detailed. Still damage to rear bumper cover. Called back to tell them reverse back up camera isn’t working. They told me that was separate they would need my car back for two more days to have someone come in and calibrate that. It worked when I took it there!!! Ben and Mike are sweet talkers, but don’t stand up to promises, quotes or make sure their words are delivered!!!

Only place i trust to fix my car!! Had bad experiences with other shops. Got my car fixed here twice both times i was super happy The owner Ben is honest and fair.

After my work truck was hit and waiting almost two months for a State Farm suggested body shop to get my vehicle schedule and obtain the parts, I received a call with them saying it would be another few weeks.My work truck is an image for my company and driving it around smashed up for over two months does not sit well with me.I called Benny, told him the situation, and he met with me the day afterMemorial Day. He ordered the parts and texted me the next day to bring the vehicle in.After receiving the vehicle and going over the repairs necessary, he wrote the necessary supplements and met with the adjuster numerous times.The adjuster was trying every trick in the book to under cut the job, but Benny remained persistent and got the approvals needed to do the repairs properly.After three weeks, the truck was ready for pick up.I went on Thursday June 21, 2018 to pick up the vehicle in the morning.Upon arriving the truck was out front waiting.The repairs, paint and prep made my work truck look like it was practically brand new.Benny even touched up numerous other chips and scratches, then buffed the entire truck.I am completely satisfied with the work and professionalism his shop did and showed.I will be bringing in my personal vehicle in for some much needed tlc.I feel fully confident in giving my highest recommendation to Twins at Fox Chase Auto Body.

If there was an option to give zero stars I would. The owner did a classic bait and switch. I dropped off my boyfriends car after an accident.He stated numerous times over the phone and upon dropping off the car that he would be waiving the deductible in order to get our business. However, On the day the car is finally ready he has his worker call me with a $375 bill. When we got to the shop to dispute this he began yelling, insulting me personally and threaten to use physical force to remove me from his office because I didnt agree with paying this bill. Basically he held our car hostage so the end result was us paying it just to get our car.The owner has a napoleon complex, hes very rude, unprofessional and a classic hot head. Do not go here unless you want to be baited and switched and verbally attacked when you disagree with his methods. The owner (Ben) is a classic bully who makes his money on intimidation and holding your car hostage.To make matters worse this bush league operation also lost our alarm device and returned it back cracked and damaged.

All I can say is that they keep their word. Even after some confusing or misunderstanding .

I brought my truck in to Twins after I scraped the rear passenger quarter panel while pulling into a tight garage. Things started out very well. Ben and Mitch were great; they were very friendly, informative and honest. If I could rate just the customer service those guys provided, they would get a 10 out of 5. A few days later I dropped the truck off and came back 4 hours later to pick it up. They were going to buff the whole truck and touch up areas that needed to be touched up. I show up, and from a distance the truck looked great. I payed for the work, headed out, and thats when I started noticing things. The first thing i noticed was the floor pans were filthy; it looked like someone walked though mud and stomped all over the floor. As I was preparing to pull out, I waved to a tech in the shop thanking him, and he just looked and stared like i was an alien. When I got home, I noticed they had not buffed the top part of the bed -- almost as if I wouldnt notice. Then I started looking closer and saw that they poorly applied the touch up paint; everywhere. It looked horrible -- it was very lumpy and uneven. I am not a body technician by any stretch of the imagination and I could have done a better job with the touch up paint. They also chipped my passenger side door at the bottom rear and didnt touch that up. To make things even more interesting, they put an oil like substance all over my bumpers and tires and it looked horrible. I had never seen an ugly tire shine until then. So for the next few weeks, I will be slowly trying to fix the nasty touch up paint job and the nasty oil stuff everywhere. The buffing was ok, but there was a lot of nasty residue everywhere that somebody forgot to clean. Overall, based on work quality, I would not recommend Twins if you are looking to get similar work done to your vehicle.
