Kemery was beyond helpful and knowledgeable on steps I should take after my car being totaled out. God forbid, if I ever happen to have an accident again or need body work to my vehicle, I’d do business with him.

This is a bit of an unusual 5-star review. I went over there to get an estimate for a body repair on my 2008 Honda--and they actually recommended that I dont repair it. I was taken aback--pretty unusual for a business to turn down money! But it shows their integrity and that theyre looking out for the customer, not just their bottom line. Will definitely go back if I need body work in the future.

I can’t express how much I love this place, not only did they fix my car and made it look new again but they also detail my car. The staff here is very friendly and they keep you up to date on the progress of your car. Thank you so much Philadelphia auto Body shop you guys deserve a million stars🥰

I asked Philadelphia Auto body to pick up my car after it was hit in an accident with the intentions for them to fix it. After towing my car to their location they were supposed to contact me with an estimate. I never heard from them. After I didnt hear from them I contacted them and was given a round about estimate of over $8000 filled with bogus repairs. When I told them that the price was too high and that I would just retrieve my car I was then told that the insurance would not give me my car and that they want to keep it. He also told me that if I dont leave my car there that the insurance company would not pay. I then contacted the insurance company and they assured me that that was a lie. They also said that Philadelphia auto body was just trying to keep my car to salvage it themselves. After I told them that the insurance company said that they were lying to me they then said that if I wanted to pick my car up myself that it would be over $600. $175 administration fee which I never received any written estimate, they never contacted me or the insurance company. There was no administrative services done. $75 Covid-19 cleaning fee which was never performed when I looked inside of my car nothing was touched or wiped. $100 Prescan fee? I have no idea what that is and they have yet to explain. $100 Photo fee for pictures that they claimed to have taken but no one has seen. $135 storage fee for 3 days when they failed to contact me. $225 towing fee for towing my car 3 miles. Thats an outrageous towing price but at least that was something they actually did. I never asked for any of these services that they claimed to have done, they didnt contact the insurance or me, I only gave them permission to tow the car and to contact the insurance company. Anything else that was performed on my car shouldve been discussed with me prior to them doing anything. I also want to reiterate how aggressively they tried to convince me to let them keep my car. This business is a scam!! They charged me over $600 to do absolutely nothing to my car.

I could give them more than 5 stars if it were possible. I was greatly impressed by their service. Let me just say their customer service is out of this world. I appreciate the fact that they took their time to explain to me all the possible options I had in fixing my car. They did an amazing job!

Very impressed with the service at Philadelphia Auto Body. Not only was the repair done in an efficient manner, the staff was fantastic and easy to get in touch with. Truck came back looking spotless, cleaned the entire inside and gave an honest fair price. If you need a repair in Philly, youd be a fool not to come here.

Ed + his team were so pleasant to work with! I randomly picked this car shop, as I’m new to the Philly area, and was surprised at the efficiency and quality of the service. I was in an accident that required my doors to be removed/replaced. Ed + his team fought for me when dealing with the insurance agency of the person who hit me and provided a quick turnaround on my car. I went to Philly auto body because of their review, but if I can give them 10 + stars, I would.I had an unfortunate situation where an underinsured vehicle hit me and only cover 5000, but Ed, Keith, and Denery took care of my car more than they were requiredThey worked within the budget and practically gave me a new vehicle at no additional charge. Not only did they do that, but they also solve my rental car situation & plenty more for me.See, they care tremendously about their customers and will go above and beyond to give you full service. My car was hit while parked during the Thanksgiving Holiday. A friend recommended Phila Auto Body to get the repairs done. I checked out some reviews on Google and Yelp and the reviews were great. I gave them a call, they came and towed my car for me and the process seamless. Denery was great from start to finish. He explained all of the work that needed to be done and made sure to check in with me weekly to provide updates. When I went to pick up my car, it looked brand new. The work they did was excellent. I also had some other scratches on my car that werent from the accident and they fixed those as well. They did a fantastic job. If you ever need work done, you wont be disappointed with Phila Auto Body. The entire process was easy and stress free.

Dave and the team took their time to make sure I got the best, even though I got into a little issue with the insurance company. Its not gonna be cheap but if youre looking to get your car looking like new this is the place to go.

Ed and team are great to work with! I brought in my Chevy Tahoe on Monday for a 15 minute consultation on a broken door stop mechanism (door swung open due to blizzard wind) and brought the car in the next day to get repaired with a new part. Whole process was fast and the repair took 45 mins. Just like new!

Best body shop in philly hands down. All employees at the shop are all knowledgeable and very helpful. Ask for Ed when in doubt, he will do right by you no question.

Someone knocked my Suzuki SX4 drivers side mirror off the base and it was dangling by a wire on Friday night. Saturday morning, I go down to Philadelphia Auto Body in a panic and am already thinking of crazy ways to duct tape this thing back on. If you dont know Suzukis, by the way, the short version is that they dont make them anymore and its a pain in the you-know-what to fix them or get parts. Dave, who was the only one on desk duty, comes out to my car and shows genuine interest in my concerns and listens to my babbling while giving an estimate and some ideas. He offers to take my car in and asks me to stick around to see what can be done. I wait for about 30 minutes and Dave comes out with my keys and tells me it is fixed. I tell him thank you (completely shocked still) and ask how much, he tells me have a nice day! and thats that. Im still blown away and am truly grateful. In total, I spent maybe a hour there and was on my way. I have some more body work that needs to be done on this car and I know this is the place Im going to.

I moved to Philly 8 mos ago...not knowing anyone and randomnly choose 4 different places to get estimates...immediately i was shown concern of my fender bender within minutes on the lot and i felt the assurance this place was going to do a goodjob....immediately Ed and Denry cld the other parties insurance, i didnt have to do a thing but hand over the key...i was set up smoothly with Enterprise, they dealt with the others parties insurance co whole time as they kept my car to fix it...and when they finally cld to say it was ready for pickup...they didnt do a good job....they did a fabulous, amazing, great job!..i have had fender benders bf unfortunately where i moved from 3 hrs away and tgise places there did a good job..but this place, these guys Ed and Denry and all their body, paint and detailing experts are on point....i hope to not have a future fender bender but if in future i do...this place has gained me as a future customer and i recommend anyone skeptical as i was in beginning (mostly bc i knew no reputation of any place just moving here) hands down, their the best!
