Great place to get Body and Fender work done

I was involved in a hit and run, was recommended to go to cars r us by a family friend. When we went there they were welcoming and helpful. Gloria calmed my nervous self down and called the insurance company and from there everything was perfect. I got my car back quickly and they were very responsive and accommodating. I will forever use there service and recommend it to everyone I know.Thank you!!

Brought my car in to have my control arm fixed as it was bent and also to have a new radiator put in. They did absolutley nothing to my car except get a dent out of my fender. My car runs and drives worse than before i brought it to them . They didnt buy or use any new parts they just slapped my car back together. I got ripped off for $486. Do yourself a favor and avoid these guys at all costs.

I walked in, said hello... nothing.. walked up to the counter the Lady and gentleman spoke. Ok cool! I asked them for an estimate because I got rear ended. They wanted to know if I had a claim in which I do. I told them they came out to take a look at my car and the adjuster said they might total it. I told the people at Cars R Us that I just need an estimate because they haven’t deemed the car repairable or not and I want to get the car fixed at my own shop if it’s repairable. The guy starts saying well if your car is deemed totaled then you don’t need an estimate... I said, My car has not been deemed anything I’d like my own estimate please. He just kept give me a rebuttal to my request so then I started to get frustrated and asked the lady. “Ma’am I just need an estimate can I get that done here or not, honestly I don’t know any to be here if I’m going to be serviced like this” she tells me to talk to the man that just gave me a run around and clearly didn’t understand or was being smart in regards to my request.. he then goes, “If you’re gonna have an attitude you don’t need to be here” I reply “I’m just tryna figure out if I can get an estimate, you’re making it more than what it is” he makes another remark about my attitude in the middle of me asking another question and I just say Bye and walk out the door. The man was so rude and disrespectful. I swear it be Black people that treat their customers like that. At no other establishment would I have gotten treated like that. I will happily take my black money service requests to a WHITE MANs establishment .. Dont go here!! Don’t waste your time or money.. clearly the other reviews say the same about their professionalism, glad I didn’t spend money here.

This place is over priced for body work. However, they do good work. I just wish I didnt have to haggle them to get a decent price the first time around.

Great family owned business that takes care of the customer I’ll never go anywhere else when I need work done on my car l.

I dont like these guys at all. They always have an excuse and everybody covers for the owner. I wouldnt do business with them twice...
