Fabulous service! Shop looks run down, but they found the leak in our tire after 2 other shops failed! Patched it right up and it took no time at all! We would definitely go back here! A+ service and they know what theyre doing!

The service I have received so far has been excellent! My car was involved in an accident late Saturday evening (Labor Day weekend) and Automotive Collision was called by the police department to tow it. Upon speaking with Marc, I was reassured that my car would be safe and arrangements were made for me to come look at the damage the next day. Not only did Marc take the time to speak with me on a Sunday and a holiday weekend, but he came to pick me up and drive me to the shop! Based on the excellent customer service and professional treatment I have received so far, I look forward to getting the repairs done here.

I have been getting my car inspected here for years but recently I needed a tie rod end for my 2008 Lincoln MKX and not only was the job done to perfection the price was even better. Today my daughter needed both rear axles on her 2011 Hyundai Sonata and once again Tony and the crew at Automotive Collision were able to do the work but finished in record time. And the icing on the cake his prices were at least 1/3rd the price we were quoted elsewhere. So in short if you need an honest mechanic that does every kind of repair you would ever need. Allstate gave me a check and they excepted the amount without anything coming out of my pocket!!! They truly care and work for their customers. My car was towed here after an accident on 676, and Im glad it was. The car had significant body damage to the driver side panel and hood, headlight destroyed, etc. Got the car back today looking as good as it did when I bought it. I have had work done twice on my vehicles over the years. My 2003 Honda Accord coupe was damaged by a hit and run. The rear bumper needed replacement, driver side mirror, and damage to the whole driver door. I had my car back in the time specified without any delays, and they polished my headlights. The car looked brand new when I picked it up. I ended trading the car in, and the dealership gave me more for my trade because it was in excellent condition. I have been going there ever since. Its hard to find a good and trustworthy shop anymore.

Overall, I had a great experience at Automotive Collision. My car was hit by an uninsured driver in a 15-foot UHaul truck, causing quite a bit of damage (insurance adjusters estimate was $4k). My car was taken to Automotive Collision that night, and it was smooth sailing from there. Tony was very responsive and happy to answer questions. My car was actually ready a day early, and I had no trouble picking it up. And in the end--they were able to do the repairs for quite a bit less than the insurance estimate, and passed the savings on to me, which I greatly appreciated. This occurred four months ago, at the beginning of July, and I have had absolutely no issues with the work they did. Overall, I would definitely recommend these guys.

On the recommendation of a couple of friends I took my car to Collision One for an inspection. I mentioned that there was a noise coming from the undercarriage and asked Tony to check it out. (I had taken my car to another mechanic and was shockingly given an estimate in excess of $3000 for brakes, struts, sway bar, rotors, new tires - but hey he was going to throw in a new pair of wiper blades for FREE! Given the condition of the streets in Philly it could have been believable EXCEPT the car didnt sound or feel all that bad.) So I was shocked when Tony called and said he had checked the car over, tightened up a few things and that the car was inspected, ready for pickup and quoted me an extremely reasonable price for the inspection. No other repairs needed. Thank you Tony for being so honest. I will shout your praises from the roof tops!

Whoever they use to tow for accidents is a joke of a company. Not only was the towing guy rude but so was the person at the automotive collision on the phone. My boyfriend was recently involved in a motor vehicle accident, thankfully he is okay. We had my boyfriends car towed to automotive collision (I guess for storage) and was scheduled to be shipped out to another, closer shop. Unfortunately while trying to the get an update, the worker from AC didnt know if the car was there or not. ( Like cant you guys go outside and look or something) he said he would call back if it comes, never calls back. Then we tried calling them again and he told us to call back in 10 we tried that and we got sent to a voicemail to a different phone number....repeatedly. The phone number stated in the voicemail was different than the number for the company... This company is a joke and I highly do not recommend to my peers or family.

I was involved in an accident. My 2014 lexus was hit on the right front fender and bumper. To me the damages we bad. But automotive collisions put my mind at ease.. My wife was in an accident this morning at 9:50am. Automotive Collision was called to tow her car by our insurance company. After multiple calls to them by both us and the insurance company, with consistent reassurances that they were on their way, they never showed. It’s now 3 hours and 15 minutes later and our insurance provider had to contact another towing service. I wouldn’t bother contacting this company unless you want a bad situation to become worse.

Vito and Tony at Automotive Collision are simply awesome. I dont even have a car anymore as I commute to work daily from Germantown to Eastwick. The designated bike trail that leads me by Automotive Collision everyday was serendipitous this morning as the glass and metal debris strewn trail finally won out with a much FLAT TIRE. I walked my bike into the shop and was quickly greeted by Tony who offered assistance. All i needed was a specific tool which they had and offered for my use. They even assisted with the labor--helping me complete my tire repair. I could not have gotten to work--only five minutes late-without them. Mind you I rolled in on a bicycle - this kind of service is rare today--there was no profit other than the feeling one derives from helping fellow man.

Amazing place20 min to do inspection!!!

Last week they were contracted to tow my car through Chevy Roadside Assistance. It took them over 2 hours to get my car to a destination that was only 45 minutes away. Once they got my car to the Chevy dealer they parked it and never informed the staff at Chevy that it was on the lot. They then left my car unlocked open with the key in the ignition. Totally unprofessional. I would never use them again.

Rell the apparent owner of this establishment approached my husband after an auto accident(wreck chasing). They exchanged information and our car was taken to his shop for repairs. An agreement was made for a price of $1000.00 cash to fix as we did not carry collision coverage for the 2009 Kia. Rell offered to come to my home and accepted $700.00 cash for the repairs and supplied me with a receipt. We trusted this man to make the repairs and weeks later it became increasingly tough to get in contact with him. Message after message has been left with no response finally through text he stated that his roof caved in from water damage and as a result he transferred my car to another shop and assured me the repairs would be completed. A week later (today) I get a knock at the door from another auto mechanic who found my information in the glove compartment and decided to come by. He stated my car had been in his possession all along and he had not received payment to make any repairs, that he was going to put my car on the street unless he received storage fees or the payment to perform the repairs. I called Rell from a number he did not know and to my surprise he answered advising me to look at the receipt at the bottom when I reviewed the receipt I noticed that the signature was not his name but the name of the auto body shop Auto Collision was signed where his name as the receiver should have been. Rell intentionally defrauded me and showed up to my house with ill intentions I would never use this auto body shop for anything else, he is nothing more than a scam artist taking advantage of people and looking to make a quick buck for doing nothing.I planned to file a complaint with the BBB only to find that they do not recognized this business name, address or phone number. I will be pursuing legal action against this man for what he has done. If you value your car go somewhere else I have no doubt he will scam you too!!!!!!!! HE SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS

The guy who help us was the best, we were stuck in a Garage at Temple University our insurance send a miltiple people yo been towing but nobody did because their truck didnt fit in the garage.This amazingbguy out my car in neutral and took my car out of the garagebthe he did the jump start and my car was working!!!!THANKS SO MUCH!!!!!

I requested roadside assistance because I needed my car towed after getting a flat tire. I received a call from Steve who was unnecessarily sarcastic, rude and downright rude. I didn’t deserve that type of treatment, especially on a Sunday evening when I was concerned about getting ready for work the next day. Don’t use this company!!!!!
