This is the worst DG in the area. Its alway dirty inside and out. Ive never had an issue with the employees but I have left without making my purchase a few times because of how gross the store was or how difficult it was to find something. I now avoid this location completely.

The place was not the most clean but they were fully stocked.

Store is ALWAYS so unorganized and cluttered! HOWEVER, That is not even the biggest issue...apparently NO ONE checks the dates on ANYTHING. I go here because it’s convenient on my lunch breaks but i yet again, I’ve purchased expired merchandise. This is not the 1st, or even 10th thing I’ve purchased here that is WAY out of date. CHECK YOUR DATES PEOPLE!!

Hard time moving thru store but not employees fault big multi million dollar co dont give e.ough payroll hours expects management to do most everything cause they are pd salary and work 60 to 70 hrs you cant run a busy store like this on 225 to 250 hrs a wk for all the employees anf thats a good wk sometimes 160 hrs wk payroll step up treat your employees right dg

Today I witnessed how rude and ugly the employees are to one another and the customers, arguing with one another, holding the lines. Hopefully the management hires better employees and improve on customer service.

Too much inventory blocking the aisles. Impossible to push a buggy down 99% of the aisles

Compared to some of the others in this vicinity, this is definitely the least organized and there is ALWAYS racks and carts with items the employees are stocking in the aisles making it hard to get around with a buggy and especially if there is more than one person on thr aisle. I actually ran into something with my buggy, knocked it off the shelf, and broke it because I couldnt turn to get down the aisle from their stuff in the way......and this is always, not just on days they stock. Aside from the store being a mess, the employees are always super helpful and friendly

The aisles are narrow and its difficult to move around when employees are stocking the shelves. Most of the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Convenient store location.

The store on Lee Rd. 240 is very convenient to our home and we are happy to have it but apparently they are understaffed because stock lots of times has not been put on the shelves and aisles can be quite messy.

Parking lot is filthy! Thrash everywhere and vomit left to be washed away by the rain. I no longer shop there because it is discussing!!!

This store is always very cluttered & out of stock on many items. I personally asked the Manager for an item. I was told it was in the store room but she would not get it for me. I asked her to please get it & place behind the counter & I would get it the next time I was in which was the next day. I saw the Manager & asked if she got the item for me. She did not respond & a month later the item is still not available in stock.

Good manager and employees. Always greated at the door coming in.Very friendly pleasant place to shop

This store is completely unorganized with stuff on the floor, a completely mess from just throwing more stock on the floor, all behind to counter products are unlocked at all times. the management should be embarrassed!!!!! think Im lying then i will post pictures of this disaster.

Management sucks and stores always has stock everywhere and you cant move around. Customer service sucks will have a long line. Managers dont help,customers wait patiently.

This store is disgusting. Its filthy. You cant walk down the aisles for boxes and trash. The shelves look like a tornado went down them. This was my first and last time stopping in this store. It was a safety hazard for my granddaughter.

I was able to get what I need at a good price.

It is small and they have goods sitting out making it almost impossible for a handicap peraon in a wheelchair to navigate. So no I would not recommend this Dollar General to anyone !!

Every Dollar General you go to here in the Phenix City/Columbus area looks like a tornado went through thier store. Trash all over the parking lots, boxes of stock sitting in the isles everywhere and half empty shelves. Never can find what Im looking for anymore.
