I only go to Walmart early in the morning. Any other time you fight the aisles not only with other customers but also with employees pushing those huge carts preparing to go orders. Many of the employees make you feel like you are in their way when they are doing this.

I was able to get all my guinea pig food. The prices were great.

Absolutely fabulous. Great finds and very nice slightly used furniture. The store is clean and well organized, just enough mystery to keep your interest!

What can I say I just love Walmart. Although during rush hour there can be a bit of a line but I mean its rush hour. Most buyers go shopping at about that time. I buy most food from Walmart and most of the time I get everything I came in for. I love the selection of graphic tees they have and socks. A great place to get all of your household needs. Just be weary cause it may be packed.

Walmart gets a ton of hate but Ill continue shopping here. Their clothes have gotten tons better, everything is typically cheaper, butttt I truly love most of the workers I come in contact with.

This place was once really nice. I know the pandemic came along but they really didnt try to keep this location up. Having to wait 30 mins or longer to checkout is such a inconvenience. I know and understand people dont want to work now, but Walmart has the ability to pay more, or just convert the store to complete self checkout. Also restocking the shelves would be a plus.

Although this store is the biggest retailer in this area, it is the worse with customer service. Not only do they expect you to work for them for free (self check lanes) the associates always seem disgruntled. The self check lanes used to be for a couple of items now you have people with absolutely no training trying to ring up a full cart of groceries. It takes forever cause when they do something wrong they have to wait for that one disgruntled employee to come and help them. It seems that this retailer has gone down by the year and prices going up. I had an appointment to get tires on my truck today. The service is supposed to be an hour long. There is absolutely NOWHERE for the patrons to sit while they are doing the vehicles. I guess you are supposed to walk around the store for an hour...and spend more money. I just went and got a chair from home goods and sat right in front of the checkout counter. All around horrible experience damn near everytime I go in this store. I hope that they seriously take the complaints into consideration and not ignore them because they feel they have no competition because of what they offer. I will shop at Piggly Wiggly anyday compared to Walmart just for the service. Its a danggone shame.

I went in there so the pharmacy could fill my prescription and this old woman named Tara Queen who is the pharmacist refused to do my prescription because she said she didnt feel comfortable obviously someone much smarter than her who is a doctor prescribed me my medication why do some people have hard times understanding their role in life this old b**** is simply a Walmart pharmacist not a doctor nothing else

Stock had been put on the shelves as I didnt notice any empty places like I had been seeing. They were really stocked up on Great Value products. Its nice to get all you need at just one stop.

Got in early morning. Able to shop and find everything I needed. Needed assistance and I was assisted in a timely manner. I stay in GEORGIA and I make the extra few miles to ALABAMA just to stop. Thanks. Keep up the GREAT WORK TEAM

The black gentleman Dexter who works in the TV section was very helpful & knowledgeable with the TV he was also very patient with my father in-law who has Dementia. I was satisfied.

Walmart is always good and convenient with good prices. They have lots of great food to choose from. Neighborhood store. Get my medicines there too.

I am handicaped. Went in the pharmacy end there were three rider carts. Two were unpluged and dead and one was plugged in and dead. I cant shop without these, whom ever is responsible for keeping them running is not doing a very good job. This is not the first time this has happened. I had to leave. When i got back to my car i called to speak to a manager. Couldnt reach anyone. Guess when you get so big customer service is not important.

Customer service is poor. Cashiers are few.Have to wait in long lines to give Walmart my money. More employees filling on lines orders than are able to help in store customers. Sam Walton would not like where his legacy has gone!

Grocery Pickup is extremely slow. I pulled up at 2:40 pm for a reservation between the hours of 2-3pm. It is now 3:25 and Im still waiting. Ive seen one employee come out every 10 minutes or so. All the reserve spots are full even the backup reserve spaces. This is ridiculous...Bright side is all my items were in stock!

Not the same place when MR. SAM WALTON was alive. Although prices are reasonable friendly atmosphere N shopping pleasure have disappeared. Zone defense(those that work there) know what that is has also disappeared.

Selection is always top levelbut checkout associates could use a bit of customerinteraction training.

Ive been in worse W-M supercenters but Ive also been in better. Pretty much what you expect. Lots of choices, large volume of most things and low prices. Some of the aisles are so narrow you cant pass another cart with your cart (ex. supplements section)

Best experience ever got everthing you need

There were only 2 cashiers and the lines were horrible. There were two different self check outs and finally had to go there so I could leave. Had been in line before this for about 20 minutes with only 6 items. Two were gift cards for Mothers Day that had to be activated. I along with others, ask where were other cashiers and were told I dont know . I am sure thats what they were told if ask. Their shelves on most of the aisles were barely stocked. Could it be, we dont work, if we can stay home and draw more money, even if we dont have benefits? If this is reason, tell us. At least we can make more sense of it. We dont need to be treated like a child. We are your customers spending our money at a place we thought appreciated us!

There needs to be another Walmart in the area. This Walmart is always understocked. But the staff is usually more friendly than most Wal-Marts.

For some reason everytime I go to Walmart. They never have steak 🍟 fries. From surrounding stores in Columbus, Ga., Phenix city and Opelika area. What is going on with? Is it a shortage on potatoes now? I can never find a manager or anyone in the dept to ask about the issue. Everyone seemed so busy to assist the customers now. The stores used to be more friendly, concern about customers finding everything ok and had great customer service. People lets get back to the basic!!! It works everytime...

Any Walmart that Ive been to in Columbus, Ga.... All I can say is good luck. The service is horrible. Thats if you can find anyone to help you. Good luck with that. I hate going there but sometimes I have to. Ugh

Fairly clean and organized store, but the checkout situation is a joke. There are over 20 checkout lanes and only 2 were open at peak hours on Sunday. Self checkout lines were down the main aisle and it was confusing as to whether people were waiting in the line or just waiting to get around them.What is the purpose of 20+ checkout lanes if you never have more than a few open at once?

I relocated from Washington state to Alabama. I would say this walmart is just as well stocked with everything i would find in Washington and maybe even a bit more😉 I would definitely recommend this location!

Went to the garden center this morning around 10:00am looking for okra plants. Not many shoppers out. Went to the clerk standing in the middle of the garden center and asked do you have any okra plants; answer was I have no idea, they put me out here to watch the gate (ie. Theft). After my search I couldnt find any. I had called Walmart yesterday and asked about the plants and was transferred to the garden center. Do you think anyone answer the phone? You know they didnt. Thus a wasted trip and my time.

Inventory counts are way off and employees are rude.For fun I suggest you arrive 5 minutes before 11pm, walk to the very back corner of the store and stay there until closing time. Then slowly make your way to the front and see how many employees interrupt your exit to tell you the store is closed. 🤣 My score was 3, including the dummy at the door who barked were closed as I was literally walking out the door.Corporate should clean house here starting with management. A mass firing is the only hope. Either that or just bulldoze this location.

Employee said they werent allowed to help us in self checkout. Meanwhile she and three other employees were standing around, laughing and carrying on while there were no registers open for us to check out. No help from them and she had a very bad attitude with us.

Glad they are almost done with the remodel. Still learning where things moved to. Overall a one stop shopping trip.

Walmart pickup is pure garbage especially This location!!! We order our items and didn’t get them until 4pm.. we didn’t get a conformation they our items were ready until along 8 when they closed for the evening… when i got there and called 5 people pulled up after me and got there items before me.. they’re was no sorry for the wait no explanation to why they were late. we finally got our items after waiting 15 minutes. We had over 20 missing items!!! And over 10 items that was not even ours!!!! We call back and they hung up in my face!!! We had half rotten zucchini, our grapes were mixed up with some cherries we didn’t order… when you call the 1800 number they are zero help as well!!! All they offer is a refund that takes 10days or you have to wait until the next day to get your items!! This was my 1st time using them a for sure will be my VERY LAST!!!

Then you could not even choose to check out by the door where you parked. If you are not paying a employee to check me out why are you closing self check out registers? Due to the holiday July 4th the store was low on product but I was still very satisfied with the service and what I needed was available somewhat but the store was well organized very clean and friendly service

I really hate going to Walmart, it takes long checking out as it did to going go through there and find all your groceries. Although on this trip I didnt go to self check out, which surprised me was actually working right. And I got in and out of their fast.

Awful. My wait time was over 3 hrs. Time was 10 to 11. Finally got near 1. The workers were overwhelmed. It was so hot. Is there anything can be done. I waited over 45 min last week but this one was 3hrs.

Good place to find just about anything Im looking for.

A substituted item - pork chops - was listed as $852.92 on my order total. I tried to edit the order when I got the substituted items email, but it didnt work. I tried calling multiple times, with no answer.Tori was in the store when I got notice and said shed try to take it off, but would meet me at pickup. She was gone 30 minutes later and another associate took it off and it was finally taken off my total. This was harrowing, and getting in touch was a nightmare. I had to go into the store and have someone look for help. I have never had an experience like this with Wal☆Mart pickup before.And another thing...does everything HAVE to be in separate bags? This is wasteful and makes the job of bringing in and putting away groceries, etc. This was a $250.00 order and took forever to unload.

Im a older gentleman and as much as I hate to say it I have to use one of those battery power carts which was fully charged and in good condition. They had 95 % of what I wanted and with this virus thing I consider that a plus. The staff was very friendly and helpful which I appreciated. My only negative thing I can say about the reason I only gave a 4 star is because their selection of can dog food was very limited and I dont like playing as a Walmart employee by having to check myself out, to me thats is a no no but they did offer to help me check out. Other then that my experience was great, the store was clean and the employees were pleasant and helpful.

Be for Covid-19 a lot of the Wal-Mart were 24 Hr.Know there is not a 24 Hr. Wal-Mart in the Columbus Georgia or Phenix City Alabama area.So between that and the fact that they have the worst employees at Coustomer Service. If there was a Store that could compete with them in price that is where I would shop.

This super Walmart (and for that matter the one in Columbus) I feel does not provide the excellent customer service we find in the neighborhood Walmarts. The customers at this store frequently dont wear masks and I feel the store should implement encouragements to do so. Many of the store shelves are empty. Many of the employees are unaware of the location of items in the store. Ordering on line for this store is a nightmare. Picking up an order here was a terrible experience. Yet, I ran across one employee who was very helpful and for that I was thankful.

Came here since I was a kid, never had an issue. Did the pickup today, notified at 5, arrived at 5:05, checked in. Others arrived and got theirs, 20 minutes go by, I havent. Yeah, I honked the horn, I have other stuff to do. Some slag came outside and had an issue with it, so I called and got a refund. Will never come back to this Walmart, its gradually gone down hill and become disgusting.

When I asked if the check out back there was open I was told that I had to go all the way I side the store to check out cause she on lunch breakI have bad knees and I was all I could do to walk from the car into there. Wasted trip...sometimes people just dont use common sense. Loved the chair...it was to be a Mothers Day gift.

Omg I dont know what is going on with Wal-Mart. They have all these cash registers and all they have open is like one or maybe two of youre lucky. All the self checkouts were open. I just dont understand that at all.

My friend bought AirPods from here literally a week ago. I was with him, and we have the same exact receipt he got when we bought them, the serial numbers on the box and on the airpod case match. The serial number the receipt is completely different. This is the receipt we got because it has the same location and date we went to this Walmart. There is no way the box and the case can both have the same serial number and not the receipt. These are the same. The AirPods have a number on them too which are both completely different individually than the serial number on the box and case. So we have 4 different numbers here and we haven’t done a thing. They won’t even scan the box or anything for us to return it, they basically just told us we’re screwed. $140 and we cannot return these bought exactly how they were bought. Manager also had an attitude about it and refused to do anything to help, acted like we were lying.

LOL... its a Walmart. But they did have my butter beans this time. So theres that. This one isnt bad honestly. I wonder if theyll get more cashiers if they start offering $15 an hour. 😀

Well stocked, organized and Clean except for front restroom, which I pointed out to customer service. In that minute she notified someone that it needed immediate attention. Angela was our cashier. As busy as they were she greeted us with a smile and as she was scanning she had a lite friendly conversation with my mother. As busy as it was she got us thru without making us feel like she was rushing us out. AAA+++ To Angela I wish more were like you.

I recently shopped for groceries in this superstore ! My shopping was enjoyable and pleasant. I found everything I needed. Some things I didnt expect to purchase? Its things like that in which throws my budget out the window! Im thankful for Walmarts staff . They were steadily stocking the store while shoppers moved about hurriedly shopping .
