Well, I have a lot to say about this specific location, most likely too much for this review so Ill just sum it up, I bought a bluetooth speaker (25 bucks) unboxed it and realized only one speaker (out of two) was working, so I decided to try and return it and exchange it for a different one, (mind you, this all happened within 5 hours and I had the receipt) after explaining to the manager what this speaker was not doing (working) she pointed at a sign behind me and said sorry we have a no return policy, I explained I just wanted to exchange it for a different one and I showed receipt, nonetheless, she refused to accept a broken product this store sold me, and said they had a no return policy on everything, so went to another location and with ease after explaining the situation, manager did the exchanged with no issues. So avoid this unprofessional hippocratic people at all cost, they try and screw you at any chance they get. I dont know the manager s name who refused to take back a broken product, but will be finding it and reporting it to corporate and others soon. She was a Hispanic or Chinese lady with glasses. Avoid this store at all costs.

The place was a mess. No public restroom and I couldnt find what I was looking for.

Manager was disrespectful. I purchased 2 pks of wipes, he pulled one from my hand and said I can only get one, then he went and made a sign out of copy paper and said it was company policy. I questioned, well why did you have to make a sign, shouldnt the company provide you with a professional sign to make the 6ft apart and other Covid signs. BS.

Not unlike other Family Dollar does, this location is well stocked, clean, and the staff is friendly. Their prices are very reasonable and quite a few Bargains can be had if you look. Parking areas ample and well-lit. Theyre open early and stay open until late in the evening so its convenient for everybody.

The help is always nice but there was dust on my tobacco so, not the freshest if youre trying to get cancer. An it feels a lil cramped beIN a smaller store. But Everytime I go n there the cashiers are always nice an courteous🙂🙂✌️

How does this place not have a bathroom for customers to use???!!! i will never stop here again. i stopped there hoping to use a restroom facility as well as get snacks and refreshments for my drive. also the cashier could probably do a better job at explaining the bathroom situation more clearly. she said they do not have a public restroom!? so they have one? or only if i purchase an item first? either you have one or you dont. just tell me they only have a bathroom for employees only. or that i have to buy something. -_- i also see there is another complaint on here about the bathroom and the attitude from the staff members.

It is convenient and have a lot of the items I need, keeping me from driving a distance to get to the larger stores.

I went into family dollar to find the bathroom and I politely asked where it was, and the lady working, (I dont remember her name) but she was an African American lady and it was 11 a.m. She was eating while she was at the front counter....and was so incredibly rude. She looked at me as if I had asked her the stupidest question shed ever heard and the other employee talking to her started laughing right in my face.... just so unnecessarily rude and thank god I was only passing through on my trip.

Clean and organized. Friendly also helpful on saving money.
