Great store but yal need to carry some merchandise with Smiths Station Alabama on it

I truly wish that I could rate this store a 0, I went in the store 1/1/20 about 14:00 hrs and the cashier totally ecnored me, when I was trying to ask where some charcoal was. This is totally arrogant and rude!

Rude

This store sucks and the employees are rude as hell!!! The manager is NEVER there and the regular employees always try to pose as if they are the manager. Its junky and never clean. The shelves are almost always empty and they just don’t seem to care just there for a paycheck not t mention them being on the phones talking bad about the manager while completing transactions. I hate that this is the only family dollar that’s close and convenient. They need to fire every single person in that store and get some ppl in there who really wants to work with less attitude.

This is a good store.I always find whatt i need here.The associates are very friendly and helpful.The only thing about this store that i dont like is when you go at night its right by a bar.Some really strange hwy 80 types here.I make sure i shop in the day.They do need to repair driveway.Its a hot mess.

This store is under poor management The women in there that is the manger is either outside smoking or inside on the phone and very rude While box’s of merchandise is still stacked in box’s the store is a mess and during this virus going on You ask them if they have particular items no we don’t how do you know tho they might be in these box’s if you would stock and clean the place cashiers on there cell phone when they ring you up I wouldn’t give 1 star but you have to This place is always last option for me very rundown

The employees are very friendly. Usually when you enter, they say hello, welcome to Family Dollar. Im on a first name basis with the employees.
