We are very impressed with Winston, the store manager for listening to us, and for making sure that the issue is resolved. He was polite, and professional, and did not make us feel bad about the compliant.On the evening of 10/21/21, we bought salmon fillets and requested the fish monger at the seafood counter to de-scale (or scale) the fish. He told us that the fillets were already scaled when they arrived at HEB. We asked him a few times to make sure as we had our fillets scaled at HEB before by other fish mongers. Repeatedly, he told us the fillets were scaled. We discovered that the fillets were not scaled after we got home. Then, we returned to HEB, and spoke to the store manager. We initially spoke to Frank, one of the store managers, and he later asked Winston, the other store manager, to assist us.Winston spent time going over with the fish monger, teaching and observing him when he scaled the fillets. This is the same fish monger who insisted that the fillets were already scaled when they arrived at HEB.We thank Winston for his diligent, he got the fish monger to scale the fillets very nicely, and even gave us a gift voucher for the gas we spent going back to HEB the second time in the evening.HEB is lucky to have such a diligent employee. We hope HEB management will treasure and support good employee such as Winston.We have been shopping at this HEB for 15 years, and we are very happy shopping here, and hope that good employees will outshine the bad employees.

This particular HEB I have always found to be clean. There were a lot of things missing off the shelves which I guess thats to be expected but all in all its a very nice HEB

This is a great HEB. I always find what I need and more. This one doesnt have a restaurant, boutique, or clothes, but its still awesome. There is also a pharmacy. Its full of kind and helpful associates.

At check out I was greeted by a polite man named Jorge, he saw that I had my hands full with my almost 1 year old son and he offered to help me push my cart. Very friendly, he also helped me to put my groceries in my vehicle while I put my baby in his car seat. As a stay at home mom I really appreciate little details like these! Great customer service!!

The computer dont get the in store coupons,. I had a coupon for $5.00 off, even though l had bought the items required and the date was still valid. My total didnt show any discounts. I did notice and mentioned to the cashier, who didnt know why l couldnt get the discount. I wonder how many customers didnt notice they were not getting the discount offered with the coupon.

Like shopping there with the exception that they tend to cut down space for popular brand name products and replace with their store brand. They also just up and drop items that have been popular in their stores for years. We at one time only went to HEB . We now have to go to Walmart, Randalls and Target to get everything we did get at HEB.Many of our friends say they have the same experience.

H-E-B is tops! Great selection of quality groceries, with helpful employees & clean stores. Curbside is super convenient, though you don’t always get the best fresh fruits & vegetables than if you picked them yourself, but I’m not gonna hold that against them 🤠

Bought bright beginnings soy drink from discount section on 6/8/2021. I got home and checked exp date. It said exp 2021mr25k.Label said it should be consumed before expiration date. I tried to interpret exp date on label. As far as i know, exp 2021mr25k means expiration date is March 25 2021.Are they selling expired toddler soy milk?I called this store and confirmed that it was expired in March. Please check your baby foods before you feed.

I love the store but the pharmacy could use some help. They are normally comforting, understanding, and easy to talk to. Today they were standoffish and the guy at the counter knew nothing about anything! If I wasnt already tired from working all day and driving, I may have been a little more patient and understanding but it was 2hrs

There was a gentleman in the bakery (who wears glasses) who you can tell goes above and beyond. I asked him about any type of characters for my sons birthday cupcakes. He couldve taken the easy route and just asked me to come in but he was patient and did what he could for me over the phone. Somehow he coordinated spongebob images on the cupcakes and they came out GREAT! It sounds so silly but me and my son have had a rough year. 6 months ago I came out of an abusive relationship so the kindness and willingness to make these cupcakes special meant the world to me. Even though I couldnt do a lot for my son this year Ill always remember that I was able to atleast get him something unique thanks to the help of this one kind person. I only wish everyone would take pride in what they do like this gentleman does. Thank you from Jordan and I.

Prefer this H‑E‑B to compared to many others in the Austin area. The smaller stores makes it much easier to be in and out quickly. Only issue is that it can be super packed on weekends. So avoid Saturday or Sunday.

One of your H.E.B employees were on there break in the front this morning and threw a cigarette at us and when we asked why they did that. They just laughed. The managers need to have a talk to the two guys. Sadly I cant describe which employees because they were wearing hats and mask. But do better heb. Your employees shouldnt be disrespectful to customers as they leave the store and bully them. They were both male, around 511, wore red heb shirts, had knee pads on, wearing blue hospital mask, black and or grey caps, skinny, and black Vans shoes. This was around 8:15-20 am.

The employees are always extremely rude. Never a nice shopping experience. Taking my business elsewhere.

When I first came to Texas I fell in love with their fresh produce section!! Id never seen that before in Kansas!! 😁. Now so love them more because their employees are part owners of the successful business!!! I applaud that business style that invests back into their employees!!!

Lazy workers they stand around talking not working nor helping customers and texting on their phones....etc!!!! Must be nice to stand around and talk and text on your phone and get a paycheck. Customer service is at the window at the store people dont act like they like their job they just there for the check because they dont like helping the customers at all.... ETC!!!

The stock here is terrible. I had better luck finding things during the snowpocalypse than I did today at Pf HEB. It’s pretty sad when I’m walking through the aisles pining for the Tech Ridge location. Love HEB. HATE this location. Won’t be back even tho it’s directly on the way to work. Sns

Ok I have been a fan of My HEB for quite a while. But they have been disappointing after repeatedly asking for all my items to be in PAPER BAGS when I pickup curbside. I mention it in ALL CAPS in my notes to them and I get usually just a few items in one paper bag and the rest in lots of plastic bags. This is truly a mess. We spend easily $100 a week, I really want an explanation. I will have to see if other stores will accommodate me in my quest to lower my plastic footprint in life. I hope others would agree.

It was Thanksgiving and there was 15min. Left to close, I walk in they didnt say anything, but I needed to get only 3 things to make our turkey dinner, but the worker there kicked me out. I understand that he was trying to get home to his family and have a good time but so was I. I went work and got off late to and went rushing to the store and to get kicked out. Well that was messed up for me and my family thanks giving dinner. I will never go to that HEB again.

The store was clean and organized. The associates were helpful even though it was busy. I wish there was someone monitoring the parking lot. I saw two different people almost hit. I could say this about most parking lots. Associates were all wearing masks properly. I would shop here again.

Gotta love your local HEB!! I just went in tonight for two things and left with a cart full. While browsing I found an entire section, top to bottom, of gluten free pastas. I am very happy to have seen this and look forward to trying them all.

This HEB was remodeled right before March 2020 and has a really nice bakery and meats section. Its smaller and suits quick trips and neighborhood shopping easily.

I love HEB. This particular location is always very well stocked. My only complaint is the parking lot. Other than that, its a pleasure to shop here

Almost everything I needed was in stock. I had a person at the checkout that was handling my food like she was pushing it into a dumpster. I was trying to get it bagged and she kept running the conveyer piling the food on top of each other and some landing on the floor. Has anyone ever told her that bananas bruise? I had a totally bad experience today. I spent around $150.00 and had to bag it all myself.

Line to get in but moved fast. Mostly empty due to winter storms, but was able to get enough staples to get through the next few days for a family of 5.

This HEB is usually pretty busy, but well staffed with friendly and helpful people

If you like subs are customer service, a store that is less than cleanly, restrooms that stink, and potential slip and fall hazards that remain unattended or generally ignored for the most part then this is the HEB for you. I guess the only thing that might be useful about it is theres a liquor store nearby so you can get your booze and maybe swig a little bit so youll enjoy the shopping experience.

It’s entry was controlled to ensure spacing between customers, the store was so clean and shelves were well stocked up with healthy essentials at just In time levels, and most noticeably, all the employees were so courteous, and made it a very pleasant experience shopping in this pandemic. This is the best Mexican food in Pflugerville, at least for my taste. We order from them when we had family in town and they were so impressed they wanted to get food from them again in the same trip. It is good even as take out, and thats saying something. I cant wait till we get to eat in the restaurant. Everyone has enjoyed everything so far, but if youve got someone sensitive to spice, maybe ask for the sauce on the side. The queso is great.

I normally shop at a different HEB because the location for me is closer to home.The day i went to this HEB, it was BUSY! I mean BUSY with shoppers like a black friday sale was happening.As chaotic as it seemed, i was able to get the groceries i needed in a good time.. locating the products were easy because of the signs (since the layout of the store was a little bit differentfrom the HEB im used to).I only needed to ask where the cream was from an employee who was pulling items for the app. She was polite and gave precise directions.The check out was fast, cashier and bagger were friendly and polite.Overall was a shopping trip i liked.. in and out, DONE..
