My daughter in law and I went into the Verizon store because both our phones were neither receiving calls or being able to make calls. The manager at the Stone Hill Verizon did some checking and found out it was some sort of Google problem that affected our phones. She was able to fix the problem for us in just a short amount of time. We were very appreciative of having full functioning phones again, kudos.

We came into the store and a girl named Katherine helped us. She was so nice! Super sweet and funny! She answered all our questions and was very informational. The overall custom service at this location was on point. It seems as if everyone were friendly and happy. They all said bye and smiled at us when leaving. The experience could not have been better thanks to everyone at this location:)

Customer service is slow...slow...slow! Recently purchased two new phones, left the store with them. A few days later, I received a new phone in the mail along with a ton of accessories...4 phones cases, etc. I had to make a trip back to the store to return the items sent to me. Again, waiting for the slow customer service team to assist me. I have been with Verizon for over 20 years, no issues with coverage...just the customer service.

I’m went into the store last month around 7/13 and tried to upgrade my phone a man named Cisco helped me well long story short he attempted to upgrade my phone which caused it to change the insurance on my plan to once he realized I could not upgrade due to my current buy one get one plan that I was on my account was supposed to go back to the way it was since I was not able to do any changes. Cisco gave me his number and advised me that if my bill did not go back to the way it was since I was not able to upgrade to call him and he would make sure it was taken care of that I would not have to even go back to the store. Well guess what my billIncreased so I called him and he rush me of the phone and told me I would have to go back in the store and talk to a manager. So I called customer service they were supposed to fix it and my bill is still higher than it was before Cisco made the changes. The level of service is poor I’m very upset and will not upgrade my phones with them as EVER! Unfortunately I have to pay the phones off before I can switch providers. So far my experience with them has been horrible and I’ve been lied to at least 3 times and now my bill is higher and it should not be but because a Verizon employee made i mistake I have to pay for it …LITERALLY. If I could give zero stars I would!

I called customer service about a not so great experience upgrading to my iphone 12 with an in store rep, they put notes on my file, then i went back into the store to exchange my phone and the employee that previously did my upgrade decided to get confrontational about the notes she saw on my account and argued with me about it when I had made no mention about the experience and proceeded to ask me to leave. Luckily a competent employee told her to wait in the back while I was helped at the end of the day after being barked at by her. An employee should not be instigating an argument with a customer much less a corporate verizon store especially not about notes on the account even if you disagree with it. You work in customer service not customer arguments. She needs a new job and therapy stat.

To go into the store you have to wait outside until an employee lets you in. Then when I asked to get the tic watch a line I was only given the 80 dollar quote. Once I searched on line I was able to get it a number fo 15 dollars. Do not go to the store

I understand there is a new norm right now. This branch had no signage about wearing a mask but we came prepared. As soon as I stepped in I was told to put it on but my strap broke and I was trying to fix it. The sales person knew I was. But a very pushy loud woman from the back told me to get out side to fix it. “This was for my protection”. They lost new service. First off proper signage needs to be up. Second off the loud lady yelling from the back, when she had no clue what was going, made our decision to go elsewhere.

Warning!!!Do not go to this branch, about 2 months ago I went to here to change my plan to business plan,Usually I paid each month 160$ for 4 lines, but they told me if you move to business plan you will pay same amount with unlimited data, and after that month, I got a bill 450$!!!!! I went here to see whats going on, they told me this month only you paid this, after that only 165$ again today I got a bill 230$!!!!! I went there to see why? she told me that is true I told to the costumer service your manager told me165$ each month and after that the manager of this branch move to different room because she lied thats why she moved and she didnt stay to fix my bill very dishonest branch, never go here any more

I went in tonight (1/10) at 7:45, Leah, and Lupe were super great about us walking in last minute. Leah was quick and efficient with helping us. My phone burned up. And this was somewhat of an emergency for me. She got us set up with the phone we wanted, and out the door by 8. The service could not have been better. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

Ok so Efficiency has a name “Gerry”.This “Solutions Specialist” agent at the store really did the job, he did all he could, and took the time to dedicate to me (1st time visiting that store) to resolve my super hard account issue, my account was basically a mess and block almost, because I made an order online, I made a mistake on the right product, canceled and re order the right thing, so fraud department freaked out and yes, my account and order wasn’t going anywhere.Gerry notice how hard was going to be for me to help myself with customer service on the phone and did about 4 calls to finally unblock everything and cancel all, so I could go home with my product and work. I strongly recommend you look for Gerry, at the time to solve real big issues, he is kind, professional and solve all. He cares for VERIZON customers, honestly because he is efficient and love his JOB. Thanks Verizon to have people like Gerry on direct customer service. Today I will bring Round Rock Donuts at least! To thank him for his time and dedication yesterday.

Just came in the store to see if I’m able to get a hotspot. So disappointed that the staff kept looking at their phones and smart watches and as I was looking at the iPhones I heard them state “just give her the cheapest one to get her out of the store.” Seriously?? Very disappointed

One of the people that works at this location doinked up my account which put me in collections.How can it be Im not paying my bill when its on autodraft? Very questionable shenanigans!It took hours and hours and hours on the telephone to straighten it out. This was in large part because the people that messed it up, which are these people, flatly refused to help.The manager and staff treated me like it was something I did. I finally put my phone on speaker with the corporate person I was speaking to share the experience. They couldnt believe it either and escalated the issue to senior managers to fix it.I like Verizon, but stay away from this location. Terrible, terrible service (understatement).The upside? Im a pro at Verizon business processes and telephone support.

Three lovely staff members greeted me when I entered their store today as it opened. Chris asked how he could help me and we were off to the iPhones. My old flip phone expired just before Thanksgiving and I was able to donate it to be used as an emergency phone. I was provided a place to sit (not too many chairs available in the usual Verizon stores) and was given great service and training. I strongly recommend this location where the staff seems to enjoy working and were supportive of each other as well as the customer. Very pleasant experience.Yesterday, January 16, 2021, I decided to purchase a new I-phone from Verizon. I have enjoyed excellent service at the Pflugerville store in the past and I looked forward to similar service now. I was not disappointed. A young man opened the door for me and immediately introduced me to Matthew who would be my specialist. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the store and everyone was wearing a mask. There was a limit to the number of shoppers allowed in the store and I was lucky to be allowed in. Matthew asked key questions to determine which new phone was right for me. He did not select the most expensive one which pleased me. I am happy with my purchase and the ease with which I was able to transfer data from my old phone to my new one.

After having lots of phone issues and buying a second phone, for both people on my account, i left Verizon because the employees at this store were rude and extremely unhelpful. If the 5 visits, 4 were almost the worst customer service you could imagine. Almost.Turns out the Round Rock store is a different atmosphere and employs awesome people, so i concluded my service with Verizon through that store. Live and learn.

Switched from Sprint to Verizon due to data coverage issues with Sprint.Update - After about a week of really heavy data usage all of the data dark spots I experienced with Sprint are confirmed not apparent wit Verizon. As far as I am concerned Verizon is indeed the carrier with the best data coverage in Austin and the surrounding areas.

Right when we entered the store we were greated by a very unwelcoming employee. He did not seem interested in helping us at all. My fiance wanted to know about upgrading his phone and the guy was uninterested and had a terrible attitude. So of course we arent going to want to give this store our business. So good job buddie. I noticed that these bad reviews were from 2 years ago, and I wouldve agreed with them at that time. Theyve been MUCH better in the last year or so. I have an issue with a phone this morning and this store doesnt open until 10, whereas several in Austin open at 9, but Id prefer to go to this store that Ive learned to trust before going to Austin an hour earlier.

Went in with a problem because my text-to-talk stopped working they looked at the phone couldnt figure it out but they said that I couldnt swap phones even though their technicians didnt know how to fix it. Got home started playing with it found out that during the last update the language went from English us to English Netherlands. When I switched it back to English US everything worked again why couldnt their technicians figure that out?

The manager and the employees at this store lie or are incompetent. I went in on mothers day to buy my wife a phone. The sales person told me i could get a free tablet for $10/month. I said yes and it took 2 weeks for me to get the table in mail. Once i get the bill it says $30/month on the bill. I call the acting manager at the store and she tells me that there is nothing they can do for me. If i return the tablet, I get charged a $70 re-stocking fee because his employees made a mistake or plainly lied to get commision.I called verizon custimer service and they called the store. The store still would not budge on the re-stocking fee. I spoke to a manage at customer service that was able to reduce my bill to offset the $70. I truly appreciate Verizon for stepping up and taking care of an incompetent store and their managers. Its sad that a few dishonest people and cheaters.give Verizon a bad name.All in all...This store has incompetent managers and employees..Please STAY AWAY!!
