2 weeks ago I opened a line at this location and I was very impressed with their customer service. Vanessa was informative, quick and friendly and made my experience there hassle free. Thanks guys keep up the good work!

While trying to return an unused gift phone purchased at this store, we were 3 minutes till 7p.m.(stated closing time, we had tried another store but were turned away due to policy. ) and were greeted at door with employee waving hands in a were closed dont attempt to open the door signal. Not a pleasant experience, thought Id share.

I went yesterday to purchase a new I phone 7. I ended up spending almost 300 on the phone, I phone case and upgrade fee. I was giving this phone to my fiancé as a gift but that night he inform me that his daughter had giving him a new phone. So the next day I tried to return the unopened phone still in its original box. They told me I couldn’t return it that they had to talk to the manager of the store first. I called them back 20 minutes later to see what the manager had said and the guy that answered said that the manager was sick and couldn’t be reached to call back on Monday. So what I’m seeing that they are giving me the round around so more time will pass and then they will say it’s to late to return it. I’m not happy anymore with cricket, I’m definitely switching.

Luis spent a lot of time trying to resolve an issue on my phone with the hotspot. I received more time than I think I would have from most locations. Issue still isnt resolved, but I feel like he tried al lb he could to resolve it.

I have been a long time Cricket customer along with the friend described below and that ended forever today.A friend of mine had gone into this store last night for a very specific reason, to get a specific phone with a mobile hotspot for work. Without realizing it she was sold the completely wrong phone (a cheaper one) and the hotspot was not added to her account.I happened to accompany her to the store to remedy this situation. The staff, once they realized that we were even in the store (no one bothers to acknowledge you entering) was completely unhelpful. The clerk, a bearded gentleman whos name I failed to obtain, was not only unhelpful but extremely difficult.When my friend asked to simply upgrade to the correct phone, that is the one she told the previous nights rep, she wanted, she was informed that she would have to pay a $25 restocking free. FOR THEIR MISTAKE.When the full situation was further explained, the rep implied that my friend was lying by saying, rather snottily That seems like a rather large mistake. My friend attempted repeatedly to explain that all she wanted was to give Cricket MORE money for the phone that she had asked for originally.She was informed that the rep said something else and he couldnt do anything about it. Being further told that in addition to a $25 restocking fee she would have to pay an additional activation fee of $25. Basically they wanted her to pay to activate the correct phone that she had not been sold to begin with.We both told him that we were going to Verizon and that for not being able to work this out, they had lost far more money in monthly fees. He very passively aggressively made sure to open the front door for us. The first attempt at customer service he had attempted the entire time.At this point we left, went to Verizon down the street and she got rid of her previous line, the phone she had been mistakenly sold and I switched to. I am happy to pay Verizon slightly more money for a better phone, actual customer service and employees who actively want to help rather than screw over their customers.Cricket will never get another penny from me.

I suspect they are not staffed to handle an onslaught of customers but my wife and I didnt need to wait long and Abi was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.

Walked in there about 9 months ago and got service for a new phone, with the new service the cashier decided to sign me up and start my free trial of deezer without informing me. Im already paying for spotify premium and soundcloud go... why on earth would I ever get deezer when I have two other options? I called cricket 1800 # to get it cancelled and then told for possible compensation I need to call the store. While on the phone with this store Im told they sign everyone up automatically when they get service and its up to me to cancel... so I paid around 54$ for deezer and my account has probably never had 1mb of data used through it.PLEASE stop pulling this sneaky, sly games with new customers, thats wrong. I would never say yes to signing up for deezer(even a free trial).

Eatoy may be annoyed Yesterday I went to buy a phone and two screen protectors, the person who attended me is called Anahi, she was giving me a broken protector and when I told her that it was broken, let her change it.She told me that that was not her problem because I said why not, because I am paying her for something Well She did not want to change it if I wanted another Well I had to pay for another as I saw that she was not going to give me another Well then I asked to speak to her manager she did not want to pass it on to me Since she was not there at that time, I returned to my house, I checked the other protector that Avia bought because it was for another phone and she was not going with me. I returned to the place where I bought it and it was already closed the next day I called the office to return for it and I was able to talk to the manager but this person attended me rudely haughty yelling at me that I was not going to deliver anything that if I arrived at the door of the office she would call to the police and then I hang up the phone I do not understand why these types of people work in places like these if they are not going to serve the client well they would have to take care of another thing
