As soon as we walked in an employee yelled at us that they had no phones. Its a t-mobile store.. they don’t have phones? I mean we understood but there was absolutely no reason to be rude and raise your voice. A nice ”hi, just to let you know we’re currently out of phones right now” would have done the job. Absolutely unprofessional. Will not be going back there.

Brandon was awesome with his customer service. The time I was there I saw him handle multiple customers as quick as he could. He also had a lot of patience explaining the billing for an older couple who didnt understand the billing at first. Very attentive.

So far I’ve spent upward of 5 hours transferring from Sprint to T-Mobile in what was supposed to be a simple transaction. The associates at this store are very unknowledgeable and untrained. It should not take that many hours, three visits, and this time five associates standing around clueless about how to return a phone I was told to return to this store. Try harder.

Never helpful- not an ounce of excitement there. Not an ounce of actual customer service. Makes me hate T-Mobile. I’ve had chargers break, and they don’t care, don’t fix it. The service here acts like they are underpaid and forced to be there. Go to Limestone.

**masks required**Went in with my mom to get added on to her line. The whole process from when we entered the store to when we left took about 3 hours. When we first got there, a couple of associates looked at us and one said itd be just a few minutes for us to get help. It was fine, until we were waiting a while. It took another costumer coming in for them to finally get us checked in.A woman who was helping another couple asked for a name to sign us in and walked to a back room area. We didnt see her again for a while.Eventually, Cody, the associate who assisted us with the whole process said he could help. About 40 minutes into everything another associate called my moms name and asked if we were being helped. We nodded but then it dawned on me that if Cody hadnt come to help us we would have probably been waiting another 40 minutes.A lot of the time spent there was just waiting. Ive been to this location prior and they did have a kiosk where you could sign in but it wasnt there during this visit. This maybe to prevent the spread of Covid-19.All in all the biggest downside was the waiting.Huge thank you to Cody though, he was extremely helpful and humorous so it lightened the mood!

Thank you Jamiie for being helpful and kind with us the other day. You took a problem my mother had with her phone for months and remedied it within minutes. You displayed a great attitude and were patient with us, while helping other customers, as well. Excellent customer service. :)

Hate to leave a bad review but i asked two employees to help me find the iphone 12 mini cases and they kept pointing to the wall they were supposed to be on even though i told them they were out and it was just 12 pro cases. waste of time.

I go to this place once every very months and i never get any help!!! I end up leaving angry and going down to the Hutto store and they are able to fix my problem or purchase in less than an hour!!! The redheaded boy treated and talked to me like I was a toddler when I was able to answer questions the previous customer he had that he couldn’t answer!! Annoying

Although EXTREMELY let down by set expectations of TMobile warranty replacement the femal manager on duty took care of me. It bothered me so much that she spent money out of her own pocket that I called corporate to complain about the fact that sh shouldnt have to take care of me out of her own pocket. Terry my local expert said he will make it right for her.

Michael and his manager provided us excellent customer service during our visit last week. Had a small minor issue with an accessory. But they took care of it when I came back to visit them. Top notch management and knowledgeable team members. Highly recommend.

We moved from another carrier to T-Mobil. After receiving the new XR phones, we came to T-Mobile at StoneHill store to be sure to have the smooth transition. Michael Williams helped us out and he really made it simple and smooth. There were a few problems here and there but he helped us to blast through those pretty fast. Always with a big smile on his face, he made us felt very welcome. We all left that store very happy and satisfied. Thanks Michael for your excellent service.

Worst customer service Ive ever seen in any service industry, even fast food restaurant got better customer service than their employee her . We can in with water damage phone to see if they got anything go transfer data and want to buy new phone. Before they let me finish why were here for, he throw me some third party company for repair. I told him I do not need repair, just ask for data transfer and buy a new phone. He said ok, they wont take water damage phones. I told him, if you wait and hear why Im here for, you will know and not jump on before I finished. He got bad attitude and no knowledge at all even when we purchase a new phone, he bring it up wrong and we have to wait 30 minutes for his system to reset.REPLIED To your answer: Its not the system update, its your employee input in the wrong payment info and have to wait until it can drop out of the system for us to rerun since the phone we purchased was the last phone on your store.

Had been trying to cancel a line for months, that was added without permission at a store in Portland Ore. Also wanted to switch plan and added a tablet. Talked to JD. The man was great, not only did he get everything taken care of in a very short time frame, but did it all with a sense of humor and very professional manner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE.

I went in on July 1st and purchased a new phone as well as another line to my account. We had excellent customer service from Gabi, but one of the other sales associate was completely rude. Her name was Elizabeth, and she kept trying to rush Gabi with our transaction. I recommend Gabi to anyone looking for some assistance at T-Mobile, but I really think Elizabeth should be held accountable for her rudeness!

Tmobile had Note8 promo. Buy 1 get 1 free. Wrong. They had me run around. No one knows anything. I used my jump! On-demand to upgrade my s8+ to Note8, instead the kid put in my other phone so when I went to drop off my s8+, they said its a wrong device. I had to call customer care to clear it up. Now I have to return my Note8 and wait to get another one so this mess could be fixed. Dont go there!

On May 3, wife and I went to get some new service for two new cell phones; served by Elizabeth. We ended up buying three new SIM cards, transferred two phone numbers, installed sims and checked phones to insure they worked, activated three new lines and upgraded a fourth, AND saved some money along the way which equaled excellent customer service. Ten stars for Elizabeth and 5 for TMobile for hiring such a knowledgeable manager. For superior cell and data service and ten star customer service, this is the place to go.

Went to t-mobile on a friends suggestion. I needed a reliable internet back-up for my business and he said t-mobile had been good for him in the past. Unlimited plans for the hotspot were unavailable so I signed up for the next highest option and was told I could get a discount for letting them draft it from my card every month. Mistake! Two months later I have paid over a $100 more than I agreed to and customer support only refunded my last payment, still putting me out money. This was my first experience with T-mobile and I would never recommend this company to anyone. If this is how a business makes money, with such shady practices, I want nothing to do with it. This was simply for an internet backup option which I dont think I ever even used. I will never consider T-mobile when I need future internet or phones for my business or personal needs. It was totally disappointing, as the original sales person was beyond helpful when making the sale, but I guess thats easy when you know you can make make a profit by promising one thing and then just charging your customers cards for whatever you feel like later.

Ten stars for Aby and her manager at this store - in error TMobile had opened two accounts for me instead of one I was with customer care over the phone for more than four hours no one was able to find and solve the problem when I went to this store I dont remember the store manager name but Aby and the store manager together Guided me properly on how to solve my problem and what to say to the customer service line - thank you so much again

I had an issue with trying to pay off the remaining balance on my account after my account had been closed. Long story short, I had visited other T Mobile branches and been unhappy with how they handled the problem (as of yet, still unsolved). However, Carla and Miguel had me all sorted out within 10 minutes of walking in the door. Should I ever need something from T Mobile again, I will be returning to this store.

They lied to my wife about various services and accessories that are free. When I confronted them about it, the sales woman tried to tell me a lie about how it was somehow illegal to buy a generic phone case, and that the police would arrest me. Her co-workers had to intervene and tell her to stop the lies and give us our money back.
