My tail light went out in my Volvo XC60 the day before I was supposed to leave on a road trip up North. My husband called Sonoma Autowerks in the morning and they told him to have me come in anytime that worked for me that day. I went over in the morning with a toddler in tow and they immediately looked at it. They were out of the bulb but had it driven over from Napa. My taillight was fixed and I was back in my car 30 minutes later. I can’t say enough about these guys. Wonderful all the way around. I highly recommend and we will be back!

Thankful that Sonoma Autowerks expanded the list of cars that they accept to work on aside from VWs and Audis. Its reassuring to have a shop that does quality work and will not take you to the cleaners.

Quoted $170 for a Audi oil change and was charged $260 upon checkout (had no other work done). Not the end of the world but when I asked about the increase in price they said Audi changed to a new oil spec for my model recently which is false (unless they were referring to several years ago). Either way 0w-20 spec 508 oil is not $22+ a liter... not even if you sprinkle gold dust on it and you should have got the quote right the first time considering that is not a new standard oil for Audi. Yep they got the job done (and quickly) but you should be more aware when youre doing work for a car enthusiast that owns several imports and is part of local car clubs. Youre basically robbing people considering a certified Audi dealer will do the same job for almost $100 less. Live in learn- I wont be back and my fellow car enthusiast wont either.

Amazing service ! Brought my older Volkswagen here for new motor mounts and some general maintenance, service was completed within the day and done at a very reasonable cost. Will definitely be coming back here for any future repairs and maintenance. Thank You !

Very honest, nice and fair staff. Reasonable prices. Eric took a look at my 2014 Audi A4 prior to purchase and Richard changed the battery for me after. Richard also helped clear error codes as part of smog check done elsewhere. Will definitely continue to go there for service and oil changes moving forward.

Ive had my Passat serviced here for over 15 years. They do a great job, are quick, and fair in their pricing. All the guys are personable and knowledgeable.

Professional and excellent work. Ive tried numerous mechanics to fix my VW Jetta and Sonoma Autowerks has been the best at diagnosing problem and fixing it. Others seemed to be a guessing game as to what was wrong

I was out for a country drive (Im based on the Peninsula) in a borrowed classic Porsche when my driveline failed. I literally rolled the car down the hill with gravity right into Sonoma Autowerks at 4:30pm on a Friday in the middle of COVID-19. I gave them the keys and took a Lyft home. They found the problem, fixed it, found an additional problem, called me, and fixed that, all for a great price which a mechanic friend of mine verified after the fact. I couldnt have been a more vulnerable customer and these guys took super good care of me. I highly recommend Sonoma Autowerks. I was proud to give the Porsche back to my friend better than I found it!

Great service from a really straight forward and transparent group of guys. They diagnosed a couple of issues on my GTI, recommended parts that I needed but let me decided if I wanted to get them new or used, and then fitted them when I took them in. They even ordered something I was missing for same day delivery to ensure I got what I needed done. Also helped get me prepped and ready for the smog test. Will go back there for sure.

Could not be more satisfied with the service I received. They took the time to explain all the findings with my Audi and price was very reasonable. Will continue to bring my car here for all future services.

Man! These guys rock. My only regret at this point... I have a Ford. I wish I could bring MY car to them. Every time my boyfriend has needed anything done on his Volkswagen they are super accommodating. From a simple dash light/sensor reset to a timing belt, they do it all in a timely manner AND without breaking the bank.If you have a VW or Audi, do yourself and your car a favor by paying them a visit.

Have owned my Audi for almost 20 years, and happily take it here for service. Thery are reputable and honest. Plan to finally retire the car, and continue taking its replacement here. Its hard to find honst places like this to work on your car.

No Secretary so trying to reach them is like winning the lottery, but its because there working in the shop so.. Overall the work is bar none. Super laid back, loved it. Did a window reg job on Audi A4 no problems.

Took my Gti in for oil and brakes. They did what needed to be done: They fixed the problem. No jerking me around and taking advantage of my ignorance. These guys do this for a living. They are passionate about their work and stand by it as a badge of honor. Their shop is immaculate, too. Incidentally, they have as much disdain for dealerships as you or I,and welcome the opportunity to show their dedication to our purchases. Absolutely recommend them with no reservations what so ever. I drive from Sonoma....they are that worth it.

I highly recommend this shop, great service and attitude, at a great price!I am from northern BC, Canada and was on a roadtrip in California when my engine light came on. I first went to a VW dealer in Santa Rosa, I had diagnosed the problem myself, but the dealer would not simply do the work on the car I wanted, they wanted to charge me $155 for a diagnosis, then an additional ~$200 to clean the throttle valve (2011 VW Jetta TDI)I went to Sonoma Autowerks and even with their busy schedule they fit me in that very afternoon to get the car fixed, as I wanted to head further south that day. The owner listened to my diagnosis, and cleaned the throttle valve in 25 minutes and charged me $50. He also let me watch him do the repair, which is very important to me as I usually do all my own maintenance and repairs.Cheaper, faster, and more friendly than the dealer!

Best place for your Audi. Will be back again.
