Cant tell you if they are any good or not. Rescheduled for the 4th or 5th time the day before an appointment. Told them dont worry about it. Hopefully you have better luck than I.

Stopped in for a four month check up and actually had a issue with a hearing aid and Krystal took care of the software update and cleaned my hearing aids! They were prompt and on time and I was in and out! Great service! They care about your hearing and love helping you hear what you are missing!

I recently was fitted for Beltone Imagine hearing aids by Krystal. I have worn hearing aids for 5 years from another office and brand. Krystal took the time to explain the features and most importantly made certain the hearing aids fit properly. These new hearing aids fit comfortably, provide better functions, and significantly improved my hearing. A friend recently commented how much better I hear.
