Some how my cell phone became disconnected from my hearing aids over the long Labor Day weekend. Tuesday I called and got a quick appointment to get this fixed. I got a call back and they had an opening if I could get there right away. Carlos met me at the door and found the problem in the app, fixed it and I was on my way. Great job and I was happy.

Went in for ear wax removal and retuning of hearing aids.Didnt do either and also didnt have audiologist onsite.What a waste of time!
