We met with John at the Peoria location and were extremely pleased with the exam, explanation of hearing test/loss and helping with the selection of a hearing device. John was extremely thorough and professional throughout the entire experience.

I had gone to a few other hearing aid places to see what they had to help me with my hearing loss. I was not comfortable with their recommendations. Friends from the Deaf Community told me to see John and Cindy at Heart of Illinois Hearing. John tested my hearing and told me I did not need the expensive hearing aids that were recommended at other places for my hearing loss. A few years later I needed to replace my hearing aids. Again, John knew exactly what I needed and at a better cost. Cindy always calls to remind me of my appointments to have my hearing aids cleaned and checked. Cindy is so nice and friendly that I look forward to going in and seeing her. She programmed my new hearing aids to my iphone so I didnt have to try to figure that out myself. This is a professional office that works with you to have the best hearing aids for your needs and are so nice to work with at the same time.

The man the runs this place is fantastic. He is very helpful regarding your hearing aids and takes time to explain things, fix things, make sure your hearing aids are up-to-date with software, if you need a part fixed he will usually do it free of charge, it’s the best hearing aid place I’ve been able to find. With the best price.
