I needed a plush blanket embroidered with my grandsons name on it, something I didnt know how to do. I found the Tiny Soldier and am so glad I did! They were friendly, professional, and did a wonderful job! I was so impressed with how quickly they were able complete this, and their prices are so reasonable. They get 5 stars from me. After having a bad experience with not getting our material from another store we contacted Janell and she gave 110% to help us get what we needed right away. The products we received from her were high quality and looked amazing! She really took the time to talk to us and show us different shirt materials so we could choose exactly what we wanted for our company. You can tell she truly loves what she does and takes pride in her products. She stays in constant contact throughout the process sending updates and photos of what the products look like which means so much to me. We will forever go to her for all our embroidery and printing needs. I cannot recommend her enough!

Her patience is boundless she helped me through the design process twicked a few things to create a patch that reflects the dignity, honor and oneness of our unit. She worked diligently to get our patch on her website so the people from our unit could order their shirts and be assured of getting more than they expected. Ordered 2 shorts 1 black other maroon, women’s yoga pants, a men’s shirt and women’s shirt. I was told maroon shorts not in stock and I would get them later, never got them! Never received any correspondence after I picked up the merchandise. Quality is on lower side, shorts don’t have pockets but, wife was happy with the yoga pants

She didnt follow directions very well and embroidered the logo in the lumbar area of shirt back. We concluded add a image above to fill the space. She suddenly wanted 300$ more to fix her mistake funny thing I I live 8 blocks donmwn and video chat, etc.no excuse for the mistake... Everyones pointing the mistake out but shes trying to get 300$ on top of 1700$ we already paid her.We were gonna return and do more business but when she wanted 300$ for her mess upon 12 button up shirts . Nah shes not getting our money anymore. Please till a fix of her mistake was gonna be billed to our company.
