This business was listed as a preferred business for printing for ordering from a supplier. We ordered and called the business and was told that they are not taking new orders and they would refuse the order. Calling the tshirt warehouse, they had to cancel the order, over 62 pieces were cancelled and needed to be reordered. Pro 5 Design is to update the information on the site so people dont have to cancel the order. And they were rude and not willing to help us. Horrible company!

I’ve dealt with so many screen printers over the years and I can honestly tell you this company is the best in Arizona, and the best in the west coast. I haven’t shopped around in the Midwest or east coast and don’t plan to because Pro5 has won my business forever. They take care of their customers like no one else, and regardless of the 500 phone calls I have to make to Jessica sometimes because I’m a little OCD, she always answers in the most professional manner and always gets me the answer I’m looking for. The owner, Mark, knows how to run a business, everytime I’ve been into the shop I’m nothing but beyond impressed by the workflow and productivity of his team. He even was kind enough to give me a run down of the entire screen printing process so I could better understand what I was doing on my end. Every other screen printer in the valley has its pros and cons, but there are 0 cons fro Pro5, I don’t even mind driving 35 minutes to get my shirts because I know everytime the quality is perfect.
