When I first called and spoke with someone, they were very nice and made it seem like my order was no problem at all. They were late getting back to me with an estimate that was just an absurd price. I called 10 days before I needed to pick up my order of 14 tshirts, that’s it. They charged me a rush order on top of a total bill of $900 for just 14 tshirts, yes you read that correctly. I immediately did not continue with them, however, it’s disappointing that my order was priced like that. Clearly my small order was not worth their time or volume. Would not recommend this business at all.

Penny Royal? More like Petty Royal. Save yourself the trouble. We placed a company order and they messed up the order and couldnt hold themselves accountable. Head over to AlphaGraphics for better customer service.

I feel bamboozled. If you have any “cents” don’t use penny.

The staff and products are top notch. They can get you anything from banners to pens to clothing etc and anything you can think of. If you want your name, logo or team on it, they can do it. The staff will go up and beyond for you and stand behind their work. Very professional and great to work with.

They done goofed up.

I work for a company and they said we would get our orders in one month.. now its two months.. like is it going to soon be three months? We put our order in, didnt get any response for 18 days and then when we did get our estimate, it was incorrect. Choose another company so maybe I can get my order quicker lol
