Always love heading over to Mega Replay to see what kind of new things they have in stock! For the month of April they had a 50% promo going on if youre brought in your old controllers or games. I asked the employee there with that meant and he just meant that you get 50% more back than you normally would for trade-ins. I always enjoy walking around and seeing the new statues and pops that they have. Even though I think their prices are a little bit high for used games I still continue coming back. Always nice looking at the classic consoles as well!

One of my favorite stores to go to. Their wide selection of video games, comics, records, electronics, and movies is CRAZY. They seem to have fun helpful staff members and if youre trying to sell they give you a fair knowledgeable price.!

They had all kinds of things there! I am so excited to have found this total easter egg of a store! All kinds of movies that I hadnt heard of, Manga, FunkoPop Figures, Action figures, & Games from every tech era giving me some *serious nostalgia* for the actually good parts of my childhood ♡♡♡They were out of stock on the thing that I came hunting for, and thats okay. That means that Im not the only one who thinks theyre so awesome!!!!!

Mega Replay Peoría had great prices, many retro systems such as Atari, Sega Genesis, Vinyl, Record Players and many other collectors items. The store is clean and the staff are always super friendly. I highly recommend this store.

Sold me a wired PS2 controller for $16.43 and only the analog stick toggle button worked. No other buttons worked. Also, 1 of the 9 prongs in the plug was missing. I thought they tested to make sure their stuff worked. Someone had to have intentionally sold something broken. Amazon is better.

I want to start off by saying I used to love coming to this store, but after my last two experiences I can say Mega Replay in Peoria has officially lost my business. I traded in my Xbox One X and they only gave me $88 because I didn’t include an HDMI cord. Then today I bought a PS4 Pro with Ghost of Tushima and I can’t sign on or even boot the system. Says it can’t recognize system storage. Highly don’t recommend buying any electronics from here ever.

The prices are so reasonable and they have such a wide selection. NES to Ps4 and everything in between. I bought 2 games and a season of the Office all for under $30. Cant beat this place!

I just went in here looking for a specific game. One of the guys Josiah, looked through all the game boy advance games with me in a big bin. We couldn’t find the game. So he gave me buy 3 get 2 free but I could only spend $5 cuz I didn’t have a lot to spend. And he gave me 5games for $5 but 3 were free. I am not telling anyone to go here for this. But what such good customer service. Thank you so much for the good service. So so nice.

I purchased a sega genesis and 2 controllers and the genesis didnt work so I took it back and got another one it worked then I found out 1 of the controllers didnt work so I took it back was given another one I got it home and its the wrong type of controller so I have to go back again I also purchased a baseball game for the sega and it doesnt work this will be the 3rd time I have to go back i live in pekin and so I was thinking gee I should be compensated for my gas $ LOL! Otherwise a decent place i just think some of the staff get into too much of a hurry and thats why mistakes are made but thats how things go sometimes the staff is curttious and so they are 👌

Hello, so me and my boyfriend have been multiple times and have spent a lot of money at mega replay, but after today we will no longer be going. They had us wait two hours to tell us they will give us under 180 for the Xbox and 7 games, they’d could of told us before we waited two hours what they would give us for the Xbox so we could have said no and left. We brought in our Xbox 1x to see how much we could get/get store credit for. They wanted under 180 for the Xbox, controller and 7 games. The Xbox was even in the original box and packing. You can go to gamestop and get more money off than that for trading in to get the new one. The older woman with the face shield also needs to learn manners and stop barking orders at the employees.

Purchased a used 3DS a while back from Mega Replay. Didnt realize until I got home that the screen was scratched, but hardly so. Played it two times and let it sit in a box.Went to sell back same 3DS in exact same condition and they cant buy it back because of the slight scratches on the screen then proceeded to attempt to rip me off on a Pokemon strategy guide and two Pokemon games.0/10. Absolute scam.

All your electronic needs in one place! Good selection, pricing, and availability. Staff is pretty efficient for the most part but not much help on the floor usually have to chase someone down or wait in line at the counter to get a question answered.

Always like to stop in and give a look around when Im near the metro center. Usually dont end up buying anything but if nothing else theyve got a lot of cool things. Probably got a little something for anyone and everyone

Some of their items can be over-priced and they will pretty much always give you less than eBay prices for everything. HOWEVER, they do sometimes have _awesome_ deals on retro stuff because they dont update their prices that often. The staff has also always been super friendly and helpful.

Great stuff in the store but unfortunately the management and some staff bring this place down with rude manors and no knowledge on certain products. They treat you like a delinquent if they have a premeditated opinion of you before reach them in line. Spent a ton of money here before but after 2 bad experiences I will never go back.

I just got a game and it was extremely scratched. This disappointed me, being that I have gotten many games from there and had this never happen. On another note, It has good quality and nice people.

Place is huge I was like a kid in a candy store seeing some of the older game systems and games The guy that helped me was very knowledgeable on all the games there he also pointed out and new which game would be suitable for my eight-year-old son and even made a couple suggestions on what was hot and fun to play. I dont remember the guys name but he was awesome if you do go in there just ask the Mexican he knew everything.

Ive bought an Xbox One and numerous games and accessories here at prices even Amazon cant match. The customer service is top-shelf, and the return policies (on USED items, mind you) are phenomenal. They buy stolen goods so anybody who steal stuff take it here someone stole my Pokemon cards I had proof that they were mine and they still wouldnt do anything about it so everybody brings stolen goods to make a replay

You can find great stuff that has been previously used for cheap prices. They are new items are really expensive. They do have things that are not always easy to find. Have great sales. Worth looking into.

Service was good. Was not impressed with the 12$ difference in price on something I sold them. When I asked about the drop in price the response I received was ; sorry our prices change daily. I had called for a value less then 24 hrs prior to taking my items in. Price went from 33 to 19 in less then 12 hrs. Highly doubtful.Edit 6/15/19: Was contacted by mega replay. They were more then happy to correct the issue. Great customer support as I have been a customer for a few years both buyer and seller.

This place has tons of hard to find things. I took off a star because even the things they do have can be hard to spot-- titles are only vaguely organized alphabetically. But a good chunk of their inventory has competitive pricing, so the wait in line and the hunting around can be very worth it.

Large unorganized selection of used media and hardware, great Staff willing to go out of the way to find something showing in stock. There stock rotates so much organization is a problem but they honestly are doing there best you can see it in all staff. Great place

Mega Replay became a home away from home for me for quite some time & a HUGE majority of my collection has been purchased at that place. They are still the place to go for everything retro video games, movies, & much more. I was, however, recently soured on them when inquiring about selling certain video game systems to them, as their cash offer was far less than the actual worth of the system itself. I do understand some of the buy, sell, trade business & why they sometimes offer what they do, but $45 for a top loading NES that I paid a little over $100 for (at the exact same place) is still a pretty lowball offer. Definitely make your purchases there (especially if youre a gamer) but be careful trying to sell and/or trade there.
