I sold Gold to London Gold to help pay for my last semester in college for my associates degree. Most was broken gold chains, things I wasnt using. A friend gave me a gold diamond ring she had for a long time from one of her xhusbands and told me she found it in the street. The buyer took it and ignored paying me for it. I was spoke to poorly. Guess I let him give me a bad deal so I could still pay for my two college classes. I graduated with honors. Anyways, It was mostly Gold my xhusband gave me before I married him in 1986. My xhusband owed me an education since broke his promise. Overall, I would not trust London Gold!

I came in for a jewelry repair on a sterling silver clip earring not knowing they normally do not work on sterling silver. I ended up with an earring repaired while I waited and walked out with a homemade chocolate chip cookie from Mary Jo. Because it was a minor appear they didnt even charge me. Its certainly makes you optimistic about Humanity in these trying times.

I dont know how long London Gold has been in business, but there was no London Gold store in the small town in Idaho where we were raised, so the ring was not purchased from London Gold.Even though we purchased the ring at another jewelry store all those years ago, Mary Jo was very kind and provided excellent customer service. She was able to get it re-sized while I waited for only about 15 minutes, and did it at no cost to me. The ring fits perfectly again, and I left very grateful for the excellent customer service.

My Husband and I came to London Gold because one prong on my wedding ring was catching and pulling threads out of my sweaters.Mary Jo greeted us, and gave the repair man my ring. While waiting in the showroom for my ring to be repaired, my Husband came across a covered dish of chocolate chip cookies on the glass counter. Mary Jo at the West Bell Rd, Peoria, Az location could not have been more helpful. She explained to me the options of a repair on my puffed heart necklace and that there was a possibility it would shatter during repair. She was very patient with me while I was trying to make my decision to take the chance. Went into London Gold to find out how much it would cost to get my new watch sized appropriately. I was dressed like a bum but they treated me very nice answered multiple questions about jewelry that I had with me as well. Gave me an appraisal on my jewelry and adjusted my watch for me and they didnt charge me anything. It was refreshing to receive such good service and quite the surprise to get it for free!

She understand how important my ring is to me — it’s not just my wedding ring, it is an exact copy of my late Mother’s ring. When she passed away, London Gold built the ring for me. Shannon greeted us as we walked in and was a pleasure to work with. She was patient, allowing me to try on several different types of rings because I wasnt sure what I wanted. My original wedding ring had broke and I wanted to use my solitaire in something that would work with an anniversary band my husband had recently bought me. She immediately picked up on my style and worked with several pieces to incorporate my diamond. Our budget ruled out some of my favorites and that is when she called Mary Jo over to see what she thought. Mary Jo took one look at what I loved and had the perfect solution to my requirements. Best of all it ended up coming in below budget! Neither of the ladies were pressuring me to go outside our budget like all the other jewelry stores we had been to which was a breathe of fresh air. I spent 3 months looking for the perfect setting and these two ladies made it happen with a little tweaking of a diamond band they had. Shannon suggested replacing one of the smaller stones with my solitaire in the middle and not one other store even offered that as a suggestion, everyone else only wanted to show my bigger and better and more expensive. This ring is perfect and our experience here was truly 5 star!

Needed to get the battery on my watch changed after pulling it out of storage . Was expecting to have it dropped off and pick it up at another time but Mary Jo was able to get it gone within 15 minutes. It was a pleasant surprise to get the whole problem solved in a single trip. The renovation andthe exterior also doesnt look that bad. Ill be coming back next time I want to surprise my wife with a necklace.
