Very helpful staff that goes above and beyond. Called the store 15 minutes before closing about a battery installation on a watch, and was assured they would do it if I arrived by 5pm. When I got to the store, the watch my promptly worked on by the person whom I spoke with over the phone. While I waited, I was offered a cold beverage (much appreciated, with it being hot outside!) and drank it while lounging in a comfy armchair. The watch was ready in no time, and the staff even took out a link in the band when I put it on and commented how it fit looser than I preferred. Excellent service and very affordable! I have done a lot of business with Bremers but this was the most specialist one that Ive ever had done. My husband passed away 2 years ago and my son just got married a year ago I have a new family. So I took my wedding band and I had them melt it down and me and my daughter-in-law and my mother mother-in-law went and had our noses pierced. I had my wedding band melted down into three nose rings for a bonding moment and Bremers AJ as always did a fantastic job.
