Kinda disappointed. Went yesterday to buy a pair of earrings. $500+ and go to put them on I car not even 10 mins out of the store and it broke just trying to put the back on! Took them back in and now to wait a few days for new pair. I hope they are able to use the same stones since they are opal and opals can look much different from stone to stone.

Very quick to get my fiancé and my needs! I had an idea of what I wanted, and they worked with us fast. They were also very personable, and did not stop until I was happy. I highly recommend them. For all the people saying zales is more superior... they are owned by the same company as Kay. I’m so happy I can take my ring to anywhere to get serviced as well! That is a perk, it does not even have to be Peoria. They also gave us discounts and sized me that day. Very happy with the service. I had two wonderful ladies helping me! It’s also not easy working during covid, so I give them props for sales during this pandemic.

I took my ring in for a repair Dec 11th with a pickup date of 2 weeks. I received a call approximately 2 and a half weeks later telling me that My ring was back and I could come pick it up. Within 10 minutes I received another call informing me that my ring was not ready for pickup because it had been sent to the wrong place and they were sending it back out to the correct place. I waited and waited for weeks and heard nothing. I finally called the mall Kays and felt as though I was getting the run around. I then called the Corporate Kays and spoke with a gentleman who was very nice to me. I was put on hold while he called to speak with the Store Manager Liz. When he got back on the phone he was very apologetic. He explained that quite simply they screwed up and he was so sorry. He said that I would be receiving a call back from the Local Store Manager Liz and that she would give me more of a concrete date on my ring. Needless to say I never received that call. Finally today I went to pick up my ring after waiting for over 2 and a half months. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. There were no apologies whatsoever. They were more interested in me having a mask. I will NEVER buy anything else from them and I canceled my Kays credit card.

Original salesperson was fine and the ring is beautiful, however the pickup experience was not so great. Store opened half an hour late and staff was not very pleasant nor seemed to value customer service basics. No apologies were offered, simply told to have a nice day in an insincere tone.

Worst repair experience. My ring was dropped off in March for repair and I was told 2 weeks for repair and return. Due to the Corona virus the store shut down and I received an email letting me know there would be a delay. I have waited 12 weeks and sent an email asking the status. Ive received no reply back so I called corporate a week later and was told that theyve had it over a week and have not contacted me. I was told I would need to setup a phone appointment to set an actual appointment time to get the ring. I have one day off a week and there is no way to schedule an actual appointment to pickup the ring. Ill have to wait an additional week to talk to the store on the phone and then another 2 weeks to get my ring. Do not recommend this place to anyone!!!;;

Thank you for helping me make my custom engagement ring. Allie made our experience wonderful. We had been looking for rings for about 2 years and I couldnt find what I liked. She sat with us pulled books out and knows what she is doing. She made the whole thing fun and painless. We will be back for the wedding band.

Wish I could remember the associates name I was there for a wedding rings being soldered together. It was a horrible morning I am sure I was rude! She said very calm and pleasant! So, I spent some more money!!

I went to Kays to buy a new gold necklace chain to replace three hopelessly knotted chains. The young clerk, Tiffany, proceeded to undo the knots. One took about fifteen minutes and considerable effort and skill. She declined my repeated offers to pay for the service. The store lost a sale but gained an appreciative customer who will be sure to shop at Kays in the future. Thank you, Tiffany!

My fiancé and I have been to this location about 3 times recently looking at necklaces and wedding rings. Each time we wait and wait and no service, not even someone saying hello or they will be with us shortly (maybe because we look young but we are frequent jewelry buyers- at least 4 pieces in the past 2 years). Well we were in there yesterday looking at wedding bands with no acknowledgment by staff for quite some time so we went across the hall and made our purchase there. Wouldnt even consider going to Kay in the future, Zales and Rogers and Hollands are far superior, at least we receive good service. Even piercing pagoda is better, we have recently made a purchase there too.

I bought an engagement ring for my wife,we have only been married for two years the diamond came out (we found it) so we went to have it repaired,at a different Kays than we bought it at,and when they looked at the wedding ring and engagement ring werent a matching set they gave us the runaround about getting it fixed we finally got fixed after three or four weeks (that was about a year ago) and then tonight it came out again and since we cant find it this time they will have to replace the diamond and it better not be with a cubic zicron (cz),I nave heard of them doing that I would suggest that nobody buy from them unless they dont Care about the quality of their merchandise or of their customer services

If you want to be screwed with no lube go to this store manager is absolutely useless. They will sign your name on your papers, lie to you and change things in the computer.This is the worst service ever they think Im dumb because Im young. If you love getting the run around this is the store for you.

I bought a mens watch here and paid $608.00 a couple years ago it was only wore one time the box got lost and I went into the store to get another box so I could sell it....I was told I could not get another box they didnt have extra boxes they didnt even offer to contact the watch company to get me another box I told them I would even pay for a extra box but no luck....I will NEVER spend another dollar in this store.....
