Love the ice cream. Also refilled my 5 gal bottle with alkaline water. The guy at the counter knew nothing about it, but asked if I was sure I wanted it . It was more costly. Come to find out that the very next day it was 50% off. When I told him about the ad he said I asked if you were sure . You could have told me about the sale before hand not just, are you sure?RUDE! The 2 stars is for the ice cream. Not going there for water anymore...... above

Great place to get good water! Staff are good people and willing to help or answer any questions. Ice cream is great and so are the protein shakes. Definitely deserves 5 stars, its a water place and I guess some people that give a review of anything less then 5 stars need a big hug or maybe a pancake to cheer those unhappy customers up.

Adrian was very nice and helpful. He was knowledgeable about added benefits of this specific water. Wednesdays are cheaper (0.75) today was full price at 1.25 for the alkaline water to my understanding. The water tastes great and has added health benefits upon reading the info they have posted. Will be back soon 😊

Thrifty ice cream!!

I really like this place but they are not making customer wear a mask.

The guy that works here is extremely rude and lazy. All I ever see him do is be on the computer or his phone until its time to charge me for water. Every other Water & Ice place I go to offers to help me load my 15 gallons of water to the car when they see me with my 4 kids in there. This guy literally stares at you while you struggle as he goes back to doing nothing. I keep going out of pure convenience that it is the nearest one. I rather just make the drive to another one with better customer service.

The owner is the best guy ever! Delicious ice cream and snow cones. I would recommend it 10/10!

Great price for alkaline water on Wednesdays.

I love the owner but he needs new workers. I have many other disappointments but the worst is going on Wednesdays when water is at a nice discount and the store is closed for hours. I kept going back up till 11a and gave up and went elsewhere. I go in the morning because they actually run out of water but it is a waste of my time and gas when they should be open and are closed with no sign as to when they will return.

If I could give it a negative star I would. Owners nephew (he works there) is very rude and called us a thief and liar - all because they added a new water fountain and he accused us of getting water from it. I explained we used the same ones we used every week. He said we owed him an extra $1. I told my husband and he went back inside and explained we didn’t know they had changed that fountain and paid the extra dollar. He called us liars and thieves. Next visit (against my wishes but it was closer to our home) we gave them another try. My husband went in. As soon as he walked in he started calling him a thief and liar. My husband purchased our water and ask his name. He started yelling at him and told my husband to leave the store and not return. He also told him he couldn’t use the cart to load our water! Owner came to hear what was happening and my husband explained how we had been treated. He said it was his nephew and he would “talk to him”. We have been buying there weekly for almost a year. We won’t be back. This guy has a hot temper and doesn’t need to work in a public place. We are seniors and have never experienced such a bad experience. DON’T GO TO THAT LOCATION!!!

Love this place because its so clean! Friendly staff and super clean space make for a wonderful experience. There are stores in North Phoenix who have jumped on the Thrifty bandwagon that need to learn from establishments like these. One Ive visited even had their employees, who were hot from holding signs outside in the 115 degree weather, come in and scoop the ice cream and actually were SWEATING in the ice cream! Ewww is all I can say, girls. Just come here, at least you wont be at risk for getting sick...

Adrian Gonzales, first of all seemed to be more into what was on the TV than assisting guests. 2ndly he didnt inform us the sugar cones were out and he didnt tell us it would cost more until we had the first order. In which if I didnt ask, he wouldve cheated us by telling us afterwards. I said, since youre out are you going to charge us for the upgrade? He said yes. I said he shouldve told us before and we wouldnt have ordered. You guys shouldnt make your customers pay for your lack of stock. Inform your customers before they order, if you cant compensate for your lack of ordering.

A very clean store and very friendly owners. They currently have a special on Wednesdays only 20 cents a gallon. I would recommend it for water ice and Thrifty Ice Cream :-)
