Love Baskin Robins cappuccino blast, its all I ever order. Its like an 8$drink. The girl didnt make enough to fool the cup then gave me attitude about it when I asked her to fill it up. She said its at the fill line.... Ummm that little ridge about a cm from the top... OK well its not even filled to there. I politely asked her to fill it up being I would like to get what I paid for. Didnt start to see her attitude until this point. She clearly was upset she didnt make the proper amount the first time and had to make some more. The body language said it all. Hands me the drink and says here. I say ty and she turned around and walked away. Asked for her name so I could complain and she didnt feel confidante giving it out. Well if you see this girl working at this Baskins save yourself the rudeness and incompetence.Update the manager (Bri) offered me a free drink, just to ask for her. Well the issue is she is never there or is only there for a few hours around open and of course doesnt tell any workers or anything. I ask but theyve no idea what Im taking about... I work nights and dont show up until later afternoon lol. This place is a joke and she had the balls to call me up all ask me to change my yelp review! Will the real manager of this place please stand up?! SmhUPDATE : I received a compliment on yelp I was told by Bri the manager because I wont change my review Im now being told I cant come to the store and Im being denied service. Lol

I have ordered delivery of a fresh packed quart of ice cream..... twice! Both times they have sent me a pre-packed quart. Yes, there is a difference. They are either lazy or too stupid to know the difference.

Love the ice cream 🍦 at this place! My favorite is pineapple 🍍 and coconut 🥥 I usually go at this particular place with my hubby and kids, its quiet and nice. We all got our favorite flavor, I recommend this place to go and have yourself a delicious ice cream! Staff is nice. Lots of seats inside. Can get busy from time to time but well worth the wait. Lots of selections for ice cream choices. Have ice cream cakes for sale on the side. Can get servings in cup or cone.Recently have ice cream of the month.

This baskin robins is pathetic. My wife placed an order for a polar pizza made with jamoca almond ice cream. My wife called the store before to confirm and the guy working when we called said that pizza was being made at another location. We called the store he referred us to and they said that he lied and the the pizza was going to be made where we were supposed to pick it up. We called this location back and the guy claimed he didnt have any info on our order. He said he would make the pizza and it would be ready for our scheduled pick up time. I showed up and he gave me my order, as i was walking out i checked my pizza and it was a disgrace!! It was LITERALLY MELTED ICE CREAM on a big cookie. It RUINED my sons little birthday party he had with his buddies. Jomoca almond is LITERALLY my sons favorite ice cream. He was super disappointed. He had to settle for cookie dough(which neither one of us is a fan of) because it was all they had in the pre made case. The pictures i posted are what they tried to send me home with.. Then when i try to get info from the guy working, like his name or a corporate number or email he was really defensive saying it wasnt his fault that he didnt make it.. yet he said he was the only one that had been there all day, but remember i said when we called earlier the guy that answered the phone said he was gonna make it? Funny right.

If youre close at 10 dont lock the freaking doors at 9:55 all it takes is a couple Scoops to get some freaking ice cream out of your bucket wont be ever back

If I could give no stars, I would!! I ordered a cake for my sons 13th birthday on February 2nd for pickup February 6th at 4pm and when my husband got to the location, THERE WAS NO ONE THERE AND IT WAS CLOSED!!! I was charged and left without a cake for one of the biggest birthdays to celebrate in a kids life. To make it even worse, when we called a different location, they said that theyve heard this is happening and they think its new management. Im sorry. But if this is new management, Id hate to see what the old management was like!

8pm store is closed, Cold Stone around the corner has a line out the door..hhhmmm.

I just went to baskin robbins and before going i made sure it was open, it said it was open until 10 pm and when i went it was 9:20. when i arrived the doors were locked and all of the people were in the back, very disappointed.and they walked up and just stared at us through the glass. i was really wanting some cotton candy ice cream but i guess not.

I called this location at 9:44 asking them if they closed at 10, they said yes & I told them I would be right there, they said okay. I got there by 9:50 & they had already locked the doors & started cleaning. Why didn’t they just tell me they were already closed? I drove there with the knowledge that they would be open. I don’t normally leave bad reviews but I called ahead before driving down to the location to make sure they’d be open.

I will not return to this location again. After numerous visits over the last year, the same issues are consistent; store is filthy dirty, the pre-packed selection is never stocked, the ice cream in the cases are either half melted or their out of most flavors.

They are still masked behind the counter, they are not doing samples but they do not require masks while entering.

Theyre all veiled behind the counter; theyre not doing samples, so they dont need to wear masks to enter.

My husband and I go to this location because its close. We already know before we walk in the door they will be out of at least 6 ice cream flavors. Today we went around 5 pm. They were out of all kinds of ice cream, no hot fudge and no multi color sprinkles. You would think you would at least get a dollar or two off. I was so disappointed!!!

Great staff, always welcoming AND their 1/2 gallon/to go size is priced better than the BR on Lake Pleasant Pkwy and Happy Valley, by $2.00!! Even though this one is further it is the one that has my loyalty.

Yummy! I tried the new Stranger Things flavors. They have Elevens Heaven and Upside Down Pralines. Elevens Heaven is inspired by Eleven’s favorite food (you know the one). This waffle cone flavored ice cream is filled with sugar cone pieces in a chocolate flavored coating, and tied together with a chocolate icing flavored ribbon. Called and asked if they had a birthday cake flavor. They said yes. We headed there and there is not. There is a flavor that says surprise party, it is very colorful and looks like a sherbert, not like a birthday cake flavor. We ask for sample, they said no samples. So My daughter gets it in a milk shake, they employee doesnt measure milk she just free pours and we get it and it so runny and literally just taste like milk and could be poured out like water. My boyfriend and i get 2 scoops in a cup and his looks like 2 scoops mine looks like only 1. I joke and just say they knew i was trying to keep to my diet. My other kids get 1 kids size scoop each at. So it cost 25.00 for 2x 2 scoops in a cup, 1 small milk shake and 2x 1 kids scoop.

We do not go to Baskin-Robbins that often, but when we do, I look forward to my favorite flavor. Unfortunately, this location seems to always be out of peanut butter and chocolate. The service has been good, and the store has been clean. I just havent been able to get my flavor choice.

2-7-2019 This store out of VANILLA for a week. Out of root beer ( root beer float ) for last 3 weeks. ( I stop by 1/wk). Manager is out to lunch, big time, but staff always super friendly so back up to 2 stars.Revised: 1-14-2020 from two up to five stars.They got vanilla and root beer back again and are as good as ever. Staff still excellent. They have Sr. discount and on the 31st ( if there is one that month) they have a big discount,... I think it is 1/2 off scoops and pre-packed quarts. Enjoy!!

The only reason why I would go back is because of the girl that helped me. She was so sweet and apologetic. No bananas for the banana split wanted vanilla strawberry and chocolate ice cream. No chocolate ice cream no bananas.then for my order I wanted chocolate peanut butter and coffee ice cream. No coffee ice cream. But that girl was so sweet and willing to help to make up for not having the product. I will give this Baskin-Robbins another try it was my first time there.

I love the ice cream and the service here was really good as they were about to close. Only downside is that they were out of several ice creams. Id recommend it if youre looking for some nice cold ice cream on a hot summer day.

Came in tonight ordered two Oreo shakes the girl told me they only had enough for one large so I called my husband changed the order as she’s making it she informs me they only have enough for a medium. What’s more disgusting is she wasn’t wearing a hair net and as she was scooping the ice. Team her hair was all in it and touching the glass ..... very unsanitary - won’t come here again

So glad you can still find real icecream! All the great time tested flavors plus some new spins to tempt you. The location is convenient, and the store is clean. The young staff was very friendly and helpful. 5 stars for them. The store needs some style, it was the only tasteless palate there.

He was not very friendly. He needs to smile if youre going to work with the public. Just talk no enthusiasm. I guess he must have been having a bad day. Ice cream was good though.

Came in for one of their blasts. A sign was advertising any small blast for $2.99. After my wife ordered the drink she was told the price was almost double that. I went in and asked why and was only told that was an old special. Did not even offer to honor the special, apologize, nothing. Asked for a refund and was told he doesnt know how to give a refund. After I asked for his managers number and left a message did he finally give me my money back. Well, he threw the change on the counter. Will never go to this location again.

Overall we had an awesome experience with the family here! Customer service was great and they were very nice to the kids. We will be back soon!

I used to love this location but in the past month I have been there 4 times to try and buy milkshakes. Every time they were out of the flavors I wanted. Did not even matter what time of day I went. So they were either out or someone didn’t want to get a new container out. Always the same two flavors “Out”. Will not go back to this location again.

We went here for the first time tonight. The girl that made our selections was great. Her coworker not so much as she served customers that cut us off in line. They just got up from a table, grabbed a cake and went straight to the register, as well as gave a dirty look to another customer that made a comment about it. According to the receipt this person is the manager which makes this even worse.

Were out of 3 of the flavors we asked for, the youngman behind the counter was the perfect example of the sloth in the movie Zootopia. He literally one by one filled cups with ice and took them to the water station came back and forth another 5 times. His ability to multitask answering questions about ice cream and scooping were non existent. When asked about a possible allergy issue he said well just dont order that one, instead of verifying if the allergen was in it. The ice cream we ended up with was wonderful, unfortunately by the time my kids were able to eat it, it was melted quite a bit because service was so slow. To note we were the only people ordering and there was only one other family in the store who had ice cream when we came in so they were in no way busy.

Good ice cream! But almost every table was dirty and floors were nasty. I understand its a ice cream place and things get dirty very quickly but I believe there should of been more effort to keep things clean.

It was amazing! One of my kids loves stranger things so much and it was her birthday so it was amazing!

Inquired about German chocolate cake flavor as every single time I go in they dont have any. Guess what? They still dont have any. This location NEVER EVER has it. You are 31 flavors who never carries one of the flavors! I hate this location.

Not impressed! 30 minutes before close and no hot fudge because they didnt want to heat it up. I wouldnt have been as annoyed but the employee acted like he didnt want to work. I went to Cold Stone at 67th and the 101. They always are courteous. That will teach me because I was closer to Baskin Robbins, but I should have just drove to Cold Stone. Ultimately Baskin Robbins equals no sale and no tip. FYI, you dont close at 9:30pm.

I have never been disappointed with gold medal ribbon ice cream and a sugar cone. The prices are fair. Most other flavors are good as well.

The last few times my wife & I went the ice cream looked no good - this time was no exception, my rainbow sherbert was icey tasting and tasted old. They always seem like they are out of half their selection and do not give much care to their customers and their needs (allergens, etc).

Unbelievable, wouldnt even let a 3 year old child use the restroom as I was going to be a paying customer 20 min to closing time. Lost my business.

Terrible first experience! Soft serve machine broken, so I ordered a chocolate shake. The small size ended up being over $5! My thought this better be a really good shake . It tasted like chocolate milk made by a 5 year old. Will probably not be returnibg

My kids wanted 31 flavors and we were near this location so we thought we’d try it out. The store was so dirty even my kids wanted to leave without getting ice cream. The floors were filthy with trash shoved in corners near the counter, the 4 return vents in the ceiling were black and looked moldy. My kids commented the freezer section with ice cream was dirty and didn’t want to eat here. Disappointed this store was very neglected. We waited for about 5 minutes then decided we were leaving without ice cream.

Dirtiest Baskin Robbins I have ever been to. The windows were beyond gross. The trash can was overflowing. The floors were littered and the tables in need of being wiped off. I do not care how good the ice cream is...it tastes bad knowing your surroundings are gross. I have pics to prove it

Ice cream was great! Customer service was okay. They closed up an hour early and put the chairs up so there was no where to sit we felt rushed out.

Omg I went in the morning on june 12th and ordered a cake for a surprise bday party to be held the next day on the 13th in the evening and a gentleman named Ellie toke my order and then got side tracked by somethind shiny that walked in the door if you know what I mean. So give me my receipt in before I walked out I realized that he had not giving me my $5 coupon off which I pulled up on my phone. So I waited and got his attention and he said he would apply that following day and something just told me before I went to pick the cake up on the 13th for the party to call first so I do this and a very nice man answer the phone his name was Nathan and I gave him the information on my ticket and ask him if my cake was ready. Well Nathan asked if he could call me back. Okay 10 minutes later theres no cake for me I have a surprise party and nobody ordered a cake for me it wasnt put in. I was absolutely floored and astonished by the fact that I had no cake for the surprise party. So I told are you telling me that I do not have a cake for my party? He apologize very sincerely and told me to come in and he would try to find me a cake close to what I had ordered. Without any other options because only a Baskin Robbins ice cream cake would do 4 the surprise birthday man I want on in and Nathan was very very apologetic told me how sorry he was found me a cake that was close to what I wanted and I was very happy. Bottom line does gentleman Nathan has worked for Baskin-Robbins for 2 years and cares very much about the customers of Baskin Robbins. Nathan handled the situation and got me a cake very similar to the one that I ordered let me use my $5 off coupon. But best of all he told me he could not write on the cake as well as it would have been if my order was sent to the decorator which it was not. But when I received the cake in front and paid for it it was beautiful and I was so happy to see that Baskin Robbins had an employee that cared so much about their reputation and trying to please their customers as well as he did. Just want to let you know you have a gem of an employee and I think you have an awesome young man on your team. I will be back again. But I think Id triple check my order instead of double check unless I place my order with Nathan
