Mirage is great and Trust company. I did the Granite for my kitchen and 3 bathrooms. The workers do excellent jobs ( Orgaization, Clean and Neat). They come right away if I have their helping.

Overall a great experience. Chip handled my job from the free initial appointment to measure through completion. I was able to get my bathroom counters (single sink and double sinks) and my kitchen counters made from remnants which saved me $$. If you go that route, dont take in their location/fabrication site as an indicator of their work. Yes it is rustic but their work is awesome! They also provide recommendations for other material suppliers.The entire process was so simple. Sinks were included and there were a couple of choices offered plus they have a plumber they work with that they coordinated to install 5 new faucets and an RO system I had purchased and reinstall my garbage disposal. I did have to pay extra to change out supply lines from old Accor FlowTite stop valves but I expected this.Installation was timely, quick, clean and efficient. His staff was pleasant to work with. Added bonus, they were so friendly with my playful puppy who was trying not to be too curious. Highly recommend!

Scheduled for 1:30-2:30 they arrived at 1:20 took the mirrors down, the tops off and did a nice install of both tops and back splash. I bought my own stone sinks to set on top, they did the measuring and drilled the holes. The caulk job was excellent. Nice job guys!

Even though we experienced multiple vendor delays getting the kitchen sink delivered, Mirage Marble & Granite was very accommodating moving our demo and installation out multiple times. I am sure they were juggling their schedule to work around our issues. When the sink arrived, Mirage Marble & Granite arrived on schedule, demoed the kitchen and master bath with no damage to the cabinetry, cleaned up, and returned the next day for the counter top install. The counter tops and edging were finished to perfection. To my amazement, an old counter top L section that had been installed in 3 pieces was replaced with a SINGLE PIECE. It was large, heavy, and awkward to manage, but fit beautifully. Mirage Marble & Granite also provided the necessary plumbing and tile contractors to complete the remodel job. Mirage Marble & Granites attention to detail and the skill of their installers resulted for us in an easy renovation with beautiful results. I will use them for any future work, and I recommend them to anyone thinking of a remodel project.

We liked Mirage so much we hired them again. BJ and crew did our secondary bathrooms in 2015. In 2021 they did our kitchen, laundry room, Fireplace and currently working on our master bath.We really enjoy their attention to detail. We picked granite with a LOT of movement and wanted to showcase that movement when we went from slab to countertops. Sergio sent me samples of the granite on the cutting table and was very helpful and patient as I asked for different views to highlight the movement I wanted. Look at the pictures, it turned out fantastic.Billy was part of the crew that did our 2015 job and this time he did our stacked stone backsplash. Again, attention to detail is a hallmark of Mirage. Billy was cutting individual pieces of the stacked stone to make sure the transition around the corners was flawless, and it was.Then there is Chip and crew on the installation of the granite. To say chip is meticulous is a huge understatement. He was seeing and correcting small problems that no one else would have ever seen. We are VERY happy with the work Chip and crew did on installation. Chip even came back a few times to work on things that I think other people would have just blown off. So make sure Chip is doing your install, you will be very happy.Again the most important thing? We liked the quality of the work so much we hired them again even though their bid was higher. Kind of hard not to hire them when youve been bragging about their work since our 2015 secondary bathroom job.

Super easy from start to finish. BJ was out a couple times to confirm measurements and schedule the install. He even went and looked at the slabs I picked out due to the supplier requiring review from fabricator. On installation day, Chip and his crew showed up right on time and were in and out in under 90minutes. I love my counters and couldn’t be happier! Thank you!!

The installation was so smooth and professional. We absolutely LOVE our new countertops. From receiving our quote for work to the job being completed, the team made it so easy for us.

I use them to replace my countertops in my kitchen and bathrooms, I felt their price was pretty reasonable so it was the only quote I got. BJ was responsive when I would text him questions and the crew showed up on the day and time that they had told me in the plumber showed up shortly after they left as planned. They used a vacuum to suck up dust while they worked so I did not feel like I was breathing anything potentially hazardous while they were working.

These guys did excellent work. This is not the first granite job I have had done and I have had some less than positive experiences in the past with other companies but Mirage did wonderfully. Every time they scheduled to come they showed up, their communication with excellent and their work was top notch. I would highly recommend that you choose Mirage marble and granite for your project.

Overall they will do a good job with your countertops if you don’t care about the small details. In our master bathroom they left a decent sized gap and pretty much said they can’t do anything about it and filled it with caulk. When caulking they have a tendency to leave gaps or voids. Some back splash does not line up perfectly with the countertop edge.We got new windows and had them remeasure for the window in the kitchen and they measured long leaving a pretty big a gap. They covered it with back splash and glued a small countertop piece to make it look snug up against the wall.For our big kitchen countertop they left a decent sized gap on one part of the wall so we had to install backsplash to cover the gap there. Some of our walls were not perfectly straight so they used that as an excuse as to why some areas turned out as they did. I spoke with another countertop guy and if you measure correctly this should not be an issue, especially where they did a template for our big kitchen countertop.We encountered an issue with pricing with their plumber. After explaining the situation a few times they agreed to make it right. Their customer service needs some improvement.

First problem day of installation they cut the slab wrong for the sink, no big deal they stood by their work, and ordered a new slab and cut it. Installed it. They caulked it so poorly and were so sloppy that repainting the wall where they caulked was necessary. I paid extra for them to install the faucet. Without even looking at it when I called to tell them that it leaked they told me it was a bad faucet. (Its a brand new MOEN faucet) Mind you they did not even look at it told me it was my problem.

We did a full bathroom remodel and including a new vanity top and a bathtub decking. This being our first remodel, we contacted different fabricators for information. Mirage Marble and Granite didnt send us to all the yards but recommended only 5 and we were able to find the right slab at Arizona Tile (who gave us the end customer price). A remodel is expensive so we thought to get quotes from different companies. EVERY other company wanted to use either 2 slabs or tried to make an additional profit of the slab where Mirage Marble passed on the contractor discount and was able to get all items out of one slab. BJ (the owner came out) after the slab was put on hold and we signed a contract. We loved the honesty and the straightforward approach. There is nothing hidden and they say how it is. WE LOVED IT. Nothing fake, no promises that werent kept. We set a week (with approx date) for the measurement and a fix date for the installation. The company called us in the week for the measurement to confirm and came out with high-end measurement equipment. The installation was a bit difficult but not because of them. Unfortunately, something was not done right on our side and they helped us with recommendations to fix it. They came back and we have a beautiful marble bath now. We highly recommend this company. We find it refreshing to work with this company and the employees who are (again) straightforward and not just saying what we want to hear. Listen to them and you wont have any regrets. This company deserves more than 5 stars!

My old counter tops were part of the original build of the house and had a crack in them. I had checked with a few places to get a quote and time estimate to complete the project. They fit was I was looking for better than anyone else I had talked with. Their pricing for the labor was very reasonable. The pricing for the counter material is up to you. They recommend a few different locations to pick out your material. I chose Aracruz and just by seeing the paper in my hand they knew I was working with BJ (the owner), in a good way. Since my job wasnt a huge project they were able to fit me in an earlier time frame, which was important to me. I am very pleased with the whole process, from the initial consult with BJ to the installation and final product. Everyone that came to my house was very respectful and pleasant to work with. I will definitely recommend them to everyone.

We are remodeling our wore off and outdated kitchen. We have gotten estimates to replace a counter top from few companies. Mirages price and little extras, like stainless steal sink, were unbeatable. An installation crew was incredible. They showed up on time. They cleaned agter finishing the job. No walls were damaged. We didnt have to look for a plumber. Mirage offered us a plumber. I am truly impressed. From start to finish, the process was so flawless. Communication was always great. The install guys - from the counter install to the backsplash install - were amazing and friendly. I really liked how each cost was broken down specifically, and they had no problem with me ordering a sink, cooktop, faucet from wherever I wanted. Backsplash we got at Lowes. And it was fun picking out the exact slab we wanted rather than looking at tiny little samples. 5 stars all around.

I read a lot of reviews about Mirage so we gave Bujor a call and had him come out, Im glad we did! He was very thorough and knowledgeable and explained things very clearly for us. His bid was lower than the other quotes we received and we felt very comfortable going with him. We had them install granite kitchen countertops as well as two bathroom countertops.The installers, Chip, Daniel and Jose were excellent! They did a great job and really cleaned up after themselves. They made sure we were completely satisfied before they left. When they were installing our bathroom backsplash we changed things up a bit and they were very accommodating and went back and changed things for us with no complaints. When the job was done there were no hidden costs or surprise charges, everything was exactly what Bujor quoted us. Bujor also arranged for a plumber to come out when they were done, so that was one less thing for us to have to take care of. We highly recommend Mirage Granite!

I looked at different quartz products for my kitchen countertops. I chose Cambria for the quality and the pattern. Due to the Cambria pattern I wanted to be sure I had a good installer, so I interviewed several quartz installers. I had a wonderful experience with Mirage Marble & Granite. BJ visited promptly and provided a fair quote, they picked up the materials both tile and valves from 2 different locations. Andrei the installer was kind, polite and a pleasure to have around. My renters talked about how hard he worked throughout the project (only taking Christmas Day off!).
