Went in looking for vinyl plank flooring. 2 workers just stood there and talked as if my fiancé and I werent there. Stood there waiting for the conversation to end, it never did. Found a backroom worker, approached about vinyl flooring, he just pointed to where they (flooring) were located and kept walking. Terrible customer service

This is a great place to buy cabinets, countertops, sinks, and hardware from (among many more home supplies). I used them, and so did my neighbor. We both appreciated the quality of their products for fair prices! I always recommend them!

The wife and I went out looking for lawn furniture in April 2017 and I came home with a monster DIY project instead: remodel the kitchen and living room at the same time. I used Builders Warehouse for everything in the kitchen remodel. I thought the staff was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable when it came to helping me and my wife complete this odyssey into the DIY world. Bottom line is this place is cheap with quality stuff. It took me almost a year to finally get the house back in order. Thanks Builders Warehouse.

Great products and great prices, will return

Sales person was very professional yet personable. Not pushy at all. I was in there looking at kitchen cabinets, I want to get what I absolutely love, yet stay within a budget. He was thorough and honest. I also went to the 3 home stores. One I did not like the quality. Second Ive had problems with before on a recent appliance order, the third just seemed a little overly eager to get me to spend my money there. But the third has a line of Thomasville cabinetry I absolutely fell in love with. She did do her best to tell me what I could and couldnt do to stay within my budgetThinking Im going with builders warehouse tho. They have good service, selection and good quality for the price. Upgrades are of course available. Im sure I can put together something I love and will be happy with and get more for my money. Builders warehouse is an asset to the Peoria area, offering quality at a great price and the sales people leave you alone to browse yet are right there with you if you have any questions. Please dont waste your money, if youre on a budget like I am, give builders warehouse a look see. The hats line of kitchen cabinets has all the upgrades Im looking for at a great price. Also, quartz counter tops are much less expensive. Bottom line is you get more for you money, quality and options as the other home stores. Im also going to check into their appliances. If I get an invite to review again after my next visit, Ill definitely do it. Happy remodeling or building, what ever your project, for stone and kitchens, even tile floors and faucets, i will continue to builders warehouse.

They also have odd & end hardware that is extremely hard to find!Thank you so much for the brackets you dont even know how much I appreciate you today!! High prices for a warehouse store. Sparse selection. Disappointing experience.

We had high expectations after seeing and hearing so many ads. We were hoping for prices more affordable than big box store prices. Specifically, we were looking for kitchen cabinets and a bathroom vanity. The bathroom vanity selection was very disappointing. All the same style and only a few colors to choose from. The cabinets seemed reasonably priced, but not much cheaper than anything you can find at big box stores. Not once did any employees approach us to see if we needed anything, either.Nothing in their stock really stood out as unique or better than other places.The best part was seeing the old building though. Unfortunate they dont seem to take pride in their space however... things were filthy/dusty and a mess.

I recently stopped in to check out Builders Warehouse. Nothing fancy but I got granite countertops for my kitchen. It was measured and installed in a short time. Jeff Kelly did a great job on the install. Professional and neat. I liked it so much that I decided to get the same granite for my bathroom vanity. Thank you Jeff!My first trip in, the salesman was great. The second wasnt so good. A lot of waiting & misinformation. (It wasntbusy) But overall, it was a good experience. Id give a 5 star rating if the sales staff were better the second time. Id give them my business again!

Prices on granite are the best around but the service sucks. Can’t get ahold of them by phone easily and hard to do business with their shop.

Drove 3 hours to get there because we had been there previously & the customer service was great (employee Eric was very friendly & helpful!). On this trip Eric helped us & was again very friendly & helpful. This trip, however, we also encountered the manager/owner. In addition to our almost $2K purchase in other items we needed one cabinet door (they have tons of them for less than $10 but nothing in the size we needed). We found a cabinet that was severely damaged with the size door we needed on it (this was the only one we could find in this size in the whole place, of course...). Asked the owner if we could buy the door since the cabinet was severely damaged anyway. We were told we would have to buy the entire (broken/severely damaged!) cabinet just to get the door. Horrible customer relations - spent almost $2k this trip and the owner wouldnt work with us on a $10 cabinet door....5 stars for Eric, 0 for the owner/manager.

Nice locally owned business changing all the time with new produces. Have relocated now @ 2115 sw Washington st. 1 floor no more stairs with heat and air . pick up is also relocated and is a drive thru pick up much nicer inside loading
