Completely happy with our new hardwood floors. We received 3 bids and Peoria Flooring was the middle bid but we immediately felt comfortable with their knowledge of the products available and design suggestions. Overall a great job and the only reason not 5 stars is that we had to wait a little longer than we wanted for the product to arrive.

We needed to get rid of the old stinky carpet in our of the rooms and replace it with something scratch and water resistant. Michelle came to our house and brought us samples to look at. Explained what need to be done and how long it would take. We got quote from a few other venders to compare before we hired Peoria Flooring because they have the best price, no fuzz, and got the work done really really fast and thoroughly. I was really impressed by their customer services and responsiveness to my inquiries. Two days after I put down my deposit they were able to start the job. Two guys came in the morning and worked for a good 8-9 hours. They did a fine job and now I have brand new flooring that I love love love. Our house needs a lot of updates. I will definitely use their services again in the future.
