I do deliveries and get the opportunity to visit different locations all over the valley. This Starbucks excels in speed, quality, and professionalism. Personally I would drive 10 minutes out of my way to come to this location just because of the excellent customer service alone. The coffee is good too !

Staff is amazing and always friendly, and drinks are delicious!! Only concern that stops a 5 star review is the Drive thru lane gets so long at the popular times, and cars are stopped on Happy Valley road which is not safe. They need to figure out a way to direct traffic so it does not back up onto Happy Valley.

Sues Tone in the drive thru was so rude throughout the entire order process. Then to have the drive thru window slammed after leaving my card in atm out side.The manager didnt seem to care. $11 for 2 coffees. One was good & one was not.Usually Im treated so nice. Wont be going back. It was my treat today, that I couldnt afford but did. Lesson learned.

My kids did a challenge where they order whatever, no questions asked, what the person before us ordered! The staff was so friendly and fun and were happy to participate! Thank you for the great service and the mystery cold drinks were delish!

Literally always forget my order and give me some random substitute - last time I ended up with a plain drip coffee instead of my oat milk latte. Today forgotten again, just asked for a refund and left.

Baristas are super rude and don’t even welcome you or thank you. I work in food and I know how important it is to put on a good face for customers.

Wow, this was easily the most friendly Starbucks Ive ever been to! I actually asked one of the employees if someone from corporate was visiting because they were way super friendly! He said nope we always have this much fun! I love seeing folks who love their job!

With COVID-19 they’re supposed to wipe the tables after each customer leaves, I had to call someone from inside to do that! When she came to clean up, she said “ oH iT jUsT gOt dIrTy FrOm ThE wInD” If you want business take care of your customers health. Masks 😷 are 50% effective from COVID-19 please do the other half...

Drive thru moves fast at this location and quality and service top notch, you will not be disappointed if you go. Lines can be long and this is a busy location but they know how to handle it.

I only visit this location in the morning and they can get super busy on some days. The line usually moves fast and service is okay.

Finally got a night out to spend time with my kids. Store says it’s open till 10:30pm. We got kicked out of the lobby at 10:00 and then kicked out of the outside seating area at 10:05. I was so mad and it ruined an important conversation we needed to have. We will find a new place to hang out and it won’t be a Starbucks!

Don’t get treated with respect just because I’m on a bike. Just go to dunkin right down the street much cheaper and the people are actually nice and show respect.

Undoubtedly the best Starbucks in the area. They have a couch area with plenty of charging ports. I come here often when I want to get work done. It does get a bit busy in the middle of the day, but never uncomfortably crowded. In terms of location, they are a bit inconvenient with only one direct entrance, but it isn’t too much of a hassle.

Love ordering ahead. Staff always very nice and very fast and efficient. Even the customers are nice.

Charbucks!!!I’m not sure it’s me or not, but Starbucks coffee seems to be getting more and more bitter. Correct me if I’m wrong, bitter coffee is an indication of over roasted beans...I’ve also noticed the beans they use are VERY oily... I have read an oily bean is a over roasted bean. Maybe that’s why Starbucks coffee tastes burnt and bitter... I wonder if other people are experiencing the same problem.

Amazing coffee. Starbucks never fails to amaze me. I really recommend the Iced Lemon Pound Cake, and their Blonde Coffee. These guys are amazing.

Morning drive thru is super quick regardless of the line

Sorry Starbucks. Every location I have visited in the last 3 years has been a disappointment. The coffee tastes like burnt tobacco residue. Something is off with your roasting since all the locations have this problem. Covering it up with syrup, sugar, flavoring, and whipped cream isnt going to make it go away. Time to get back to what made you famous so many years ago, good coffee. Id rather have a Kirkland brand Breakfast blend kcup than a Starbucks Americano. At least the kcup doesnt taste like it was just poured out of a fresh spittoon.

Today was aweful. Not only a long delay thru drve through but the staff dealing with the drive through couldnt remember order and required several reviews. Dont put folks on drive through window that dont listen.... frustrating.

Didnt enjoy the customer service, and overall I typically make my own small batch espresso at home and anyone who drinks it typically says goodbye Starbucks. Better choices out there for coffee for sure.

I hit this Starbucks every morning on my way to work. Everyone is always kind and friendly. This morning my car battery died in the parking lot, and one of the employees took her break so she could lend me her jumper cables! Above and Beyond 💕
