Dont bother going there for hot tea. Their jars are empty, so selection is down to 2 caffeinated teas. However they have plenty of variety in the boxes of tea for sale. I guess product sales are more important than customer satisfaction at this store.

Very clean and friendly staff. Coffee was outstanding. Much better than Starbucks. I would have given them 5 🌟 but they were slow and didnt make the coffee drinks very quick. I guess since we were there at 1100 AM we must not have any place to go. We did and I hope they read this review for future customers.

Obsessed is not the word.HOWEVER..the hazelnut ice blended will have you coming back forever.And staff is ALWAYS friendly and kind .The app ordering service gives you tiers where you can get free drinks.It’s through the app plus if you save your coupons from in store purchases or wether you grab the coupon that’s up front by the register.It’ll give you a $1-$2 discount on future drinks.It’s a highly recommended must daily.As well it’s awesome inside because it is an old style coffee bean designed store .So it’s all wooden and Cozy inside .They’ll keep you coming back.

Love this place! The employees are very friendly and they have the BEST blended pumpkin coffee that tastes more like pie instead of nutmeg.

This coffee shop is very cozy, beautiful, and comfy. This is really my favorite place of all time. One of the unique and hidden gems in the area. I enjoyed their latte which was very smooth and foamy. Their wi-fi connection also was very fast and strong which I appreciated so much. Great place with great service. Highly recommended!

Good coffee.They have a drive thru at this location.I got the vanilla iced coffee. My brother got the blended caramel and my sister the Oreo cookie blended drink.The vanilla iced tasted different but definitely good. Like almost a mocha.I got a coupon for 10% off when you sign up but that’s for retail. Apparently retail is for the coffee or tea that you can make home in a box or bag.Download the app to start getting points. Also when you sign you through email after your first purchase you get a free drink.

The employees were friendly and helpful, I wasnt sure what to order and they were able to suggest something for me, and it was delicious. The shop was super clean. The patio was open for seating (indoor seating is not available right now) but you can order inside and take drinks to go. ALSO. THEY HAVE THE BEST ICE EVER.

This location is not good. Owner is grouchy. Barista refused to give me light whip cream. Lol. Their ice blended drinks are not blended well. There is always chunks of ice in my blended drinks. They got rid of their pomegranate blended drink and pumpkin-chai ice blended so I had to go to their competitor, Starbucks, instead. Also, they were out of chai during Autumn of last year. I like the Scottsdale location instead.

Yes, its affordable and tastes good...(mostly)...but you guys NEED more flavors. Oh my god its so annoying to go there and see the same drinks that have been there since last year maybe 2 years ago. Cmon people its not that hard

This is one of my favorite coffee shops. I get the blended iced White Chocolate Mocha and it does not disappoint!

I’ve gone three times to this location and only once was it okay. The staff is cold and not friendly. The manager or owner is awful. He acts as if everything is an inconvenience and that I was a bother to him. I used to work in food service so I’m always extra friendly but he’s been rude each time I’ve gone in. Will not return or recommend.

What the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf does best is their customer service. From the moment I was greeted until the time I left, it was a great experience. Elias (sp?) even took the time to introduce himself to me. You dont get that at very many places these days and I think its important for local businesses to do that.

Ashlynn does not belong in management!I accumulated a free beverage and went through the drive through and ordered a 32 oz and a regular size blended iced mocha, and I got charged for the more expensive one, I asked for a manager(Ashlynn), she told me (it’s in the fine print)I decided-to go get gas and a car wash, then went back to Coffeebean, went inside the store to talk to her about there being no fine print on the app smh!Turns out they had a promo for Mother’s Day for a free regular size beverage, So it was a misunderstanding I said, but before I finished my sentence she just walked away from me at the register smhSo first she didn’t get to the root cause of the problem and made it worse by saying (It’s in the fine print) instead of defusing the situation, and when I went back to the store there was no I’m sorry or I apologize, simply just rude and didn’t even let me finish my sentence before she walked off! Smh

No matter the location I always experience great customer service, the employees genuinely seem to want to be there and are always offering service with a smile. The are quick and efficient no matter how busy the shop is. I always enjoy the amount of options they have for creating a unique drink that I enjoy. They have so many different type of flavors, both powder and liquid. There isnt a combination that I have tried that I dont love! The employees also have great recommendations if you are in the mood to try something new! Overall Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf is always a great experience and their coffee is delicious. You can tell that it comes from quality locations and is brewed just right every time. I have never had burnt or watery coffee anytime I have gone here. I would recommend Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf to anyone who enjoys coffee and tea!

My daughter used to work here. Great friendly staff and the manager is good people. They remember us and out order and make sure we are happy. Good teas and ice blended drinks for the non coffee drinkers. I drink the Americano woth 2 extra shots and the coffee is smokey not bitter.

Definitely not worth $5 for a cold brew latte. Yet another proof of the benefit of brewing @ home.Maybe I made a mistake when I was ordering. Maybe I actually asked for a cup full of ice with a miniscule amount of coffee added.Or maybe this place is just highway robbery.By the way that comes out to a gallon of 20 hour cold brew pitcher being worth like $75Asked how much for refill, since the cup was 90% ice, was told itll be another $5. No thanks.

I am so sad that right before Christmas they closed. My favorite location! They always go above and beyond when making drink recommendations and even gave me a sample! Their Scottish breakfast tea is amazing with steamed milk and a shot of vanilla.

Comfty environment, people were doing their work. i’ve been waiting to try coffee beans coffee for sooo long and finally did but was disappointed with my drink :/ there was no flavor, my friend and i used the syrup sugar in the back and vanilla powder and it kinda helped but then i ordered expresso shots to add to give it flavor which didn’t really help. next time i go i will try a different drink. i got an ice blended half vanilla, half white chocolate large

Absolutely appalling how these people treat new customers. Just went to this location to have the manager Ashlynn be absolutely rude to my husband while ordering at the drive thru. He brushed it off like maybe she’s having a bad day, but when we got to the drive up window she asked if he had a mask(which he had no problem putting on) and as he was doing so her eyes couldn’t have rolled further back into her head as if she was completely in-convinced by our visit. Bad day or not she’s disgusting and to think that type of demeanor is OK by a manager is mind blowing.

My Black Forest iced blended drink was delicious in every sense of the word. It was the right amount of dark chocolate with the right amount of cherry flavoring. I specifically asked the cashier if my drink that I wanted had dairy she informed me that it did not have dairy so I purchased a drink. I drank it half way and I’m currently having the worst stomach ache of my life. I have celiac disease and I am extremely allergic to dairy. Ruined my whole day and now I have to go to the hospital. This is very serious for people with my condition, I asked her multiple times and she confirmed that it did not have dairy. Why would she tell me it didn’t have dairy when it does? It is truly important that you are educating your staff. This is extremely unacceptable. This is not something that should be taken lightly. I am fuming right now and Now my whole day is ruined. Now that I have ingested dairy I must get my stomach pumped and fast to get the dairy out of my system. Extremely disappointed.

One of our favorite places to stop when we are in the valley. I recently discovered the order from the app feature. Amazing! Our order was ready to go when we got there. Our favorite is the vanilla blended with chocolate espresso beans.

Quick in-store pickup. Conveniently located with plenty of parking.

We waited about 5 minutes without as much as a glance in our direction while 3 people served and made coffee for drive thru customers. We left even before being greeted.

All the coffees are made from a powder, and none of them can be made sugar-free. They have a sign on the door announcing that all their drinks can be made Lighten to make them healthier. When I asked what it is, the cashier said they just use half the normal portion of mix in the drink. Ooooohhhhkayyy... Not sure how this makes sense to anyone who is an avid coffee drinker,since all this would do is make it taste like water and still have a ton of sugar. Cashier didnt offer any other suggestions for someone who cant have sugar, and they do not have cream. So I got an Americano and took it home to add cream. Ridiculous at those prices.

LOVE their lattes!! The caramel latte is to die for. Wish they had more stores with drive-thrus though. They NEED more stores in Central Phoenix. We drive 30 mins EVERY DAY just to get their coffee. Move in closer to the heart of Phoenix!!!

This location has been off its game lately. Today my ice blended vanilla with coconut milk tastes way too coconut-y and barely could taste vanilla. The other day my Malibu dream did not taste like it was supposed to. It tasted like a raspberry drink. I am very disappointed. I go to this location because it has a drive thru but I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location anytime soon. I don’t even want to try to finish today’s drink....and that is a waste of money.

This is the second time I came I went Into the shop and since I was The only one at the counter at the moment I was Kinda standing there for a couple minutes with no one attending the counter. I’m in the coffee business my self and I never Leave the counter unattended for too long since I know how restless people can get. I got The maple latte again and it didn’t taste as good as the first time, something about it was off but I drank It anyways. Then later I went Up to buy a water and again .. stood there for awhile. The girls manning the drive through could see me and looked at me and were all laughing together but didn’t tell the girl working the counter that hey .. you have a customer ? She said hi how are you but it was kinda forced and it’s not like I had a bad attitude or anything ? when I asked If I could buy a water she just said they had a self serve water station and then I asked about water cups? Since I kinda Wanted one with ice . She just said there were cups there and walked away from the counter again and it was just a little water cup which is fine but I kinda Wanted a larger water with ice but I was too afraid to go back and ask since they weren’t being very friendly. No one was really friendly, Maybe they weren’t happy to be working on a Saturday in the afternoon but I’ve been working in the same industry for awhile and you kinda just gotta get over it and put a smile on your face. So I wasn’t happy with the second experience. Though The first time I came here through the drive through, I really enjoyed the maple latte I got And the mango tea, I accidentally got the tea too small since I’d never seen their sizes before so I asked how much it would cost to just get a medium like the size of the coffee I had And she just gave it to me :,) it was really nice And she was helpful.

Cozy and warm atmosphere make this small coffee shop worthwhile. Its much more inviting than other competitors which treat you like a number. Also has a drive through for extra convenience.
