Rude staff. Also I had a guy with his mask not covering his nose tell me I couldn’t coke in because I wasn’t wearing one. WTH

Not sure if this is just a racial thing (I’m white) but every time I go into this store or see another white person walk into this store, none of the employees acknowledge is they just stare like we’re from another planet, not to mention most of the workers are nonwhite, just to add on I see other people of (a) different ethnicity, one specific, gets major help from the employees, they are nice to them they do there orders there asked like simply one time I asked for a size 12 for a few pairs of shoes they told me they don’t have any of the shoes I asked for in 12 so I said 11.5 they said nope so I looked for another pair same thing while this was happening several other people getting shoes were brought out what they asked for size and everything these people were not white I can tell the employees don’t like helping whites who knows why but my friend who was shopping with us asked for the same Jordan’s in a 12 they brought them right out, also no refunds only I store credits and no changing room so you either get an item and have to sell it or just keep it because you get nothing back major scam do not recommend and most the clothes are fake or third party brands don’t rip yourself off

I ordered shoes online. Tried them on and realized I needed a half size bigger. Took the shoes off and returned them. I made 7 attempts to contact customer service with two different ways of contacting them. No answer, no reply nothing. Then 4 weeks from time of return, I get the shoes back stating they will not exchange the.. No reason why or anything. The shoes were in off the shelf conditioner. Beware buyers!!

Never been so disrespected in my life and I think it’s cause I’m white I went in there and no one said anything to me didn’t ask if I needed help or nothing just stared at me. Then I went to go ask if they had a shoe in a different color and he just looked at me and went “nah” I was like ok then so I went around the mall and came back to see what else I could find found nothing I like so I went back there and ask for two different shoes in my size they looked at the shoes looked at me and said they don’t have it but another customer had all their attention did everything he asked for asked for the same shoes in the same size and they had it for him and it was the same size as me and they all over and it was just so disrespectful and it was no good I do not recommend going here.

Store policy is unfair. There raffling system is not right. They do their raffles Weds and a tall male that works their gets payed under the table RED FLAG. We never win. Called corp and left a message about this place. Workers are alright, but that old ass Amy I assume correctly (store manager) is mostly unfair and rude!! Seems shes not up to date with her store meaning, Peoria it self. Dont want to bring her age in this but its not her speed, let it go hunny. They need a crew thats fair and know his or her workers too. Over all, not going there again, hopefully Corp gets on it asap!

Horrible customer service. When you walk in everybody is standing around on the phone or talking to each other and nobody greets you. When you ask for help it seems like its bothering them to assist you

Bought the shoes, wanted to return next day, didn’t realize they only allow exchanges. Still returned it for a credit, once I use up the credit, will not buy here even if offers free shoes.

Worst customer service ever, No one comes to assist you, they dont greet you, they never even acknowledge your presence. I walked in the store a the young man stood staring out the door, the girl behind the register was very unpleasant, I will not be shopping there
