Three customers in the store. Only two employees noted. Just needed to add a line to a phone. Was told it would be at least a two hour wait because there were people “in line in front of me”. But I can leave my name and come back, but if my spot comes faster than two hours I forfeit my spot. “Feel free to wander around the shopping center and keep checking in so you can be here when we call you”. Then told me to call Verizon. I’m here because I want them to do it and show me how they do it. Because I’ve been a Verizon customer for over 16 years. I think I’ve earned that level of service. I guess not……

Great experience! We left At&T (Thank God!) and came to Verizon. Luke took great care of us and the staff was wonderful. Meeting and dealing with Rodney was our highlight. What a nice person. Thanks Verizon for the great service.

Too many details to share but, in summary, I paid $175 to pay off the contract and fix the screen of an iPhone 8 b4 trading it in for a $440 credit on a new iPhone 12. They made an error during the sale and when I got the bill the credit was only $100. I went into store to get it corrected. Despite having a quote in writing, Matthew the sales rep and the Manager said they could not fix the error but would allow me to return the iPhone 12, I lose the $100 credit, and THEY KEEP THE iPhone 8. Whatttt????I called VZN Customer Service Billing and they fixed it. Thank u Abdul for listening.To the Verizon(owner) that responds to negative reviews: Think about this, over two days of discussion, the best your experienced sales rep and manager would do is cancel the sale and keep my iPhone 8 I traded in? Plz do better

Way overboard on the whole Covid BS. You have to wait outside and the call you and let one person in at a time. They told me 1 hr ETA. They lost my sale. Ill buy a phone from a 3rd party and get it activated and spend a lit less. Unbelievable

I am here at Verizon with my wife to upgrade her phone. I am not permitted to enter the store with her to make a selection yet they have allowed multiple customers in the store. It seems they want only one paying customer at a time.. i would be taking that other paying persons place. Well, my upgrade will be soon, wont be with Verizon. Ive been a Verizon customer for 16 years and they lost me.

I’ve visited and made purchases at this store over last several years with pleasant helpful service. SOMETHING HAS CHANGED. Been in twice this fall. Met with unfriendly expressions, and in one instance after quickly helping me with one question, when I asked for help with a second I was told they didn’t have time. Rumor has it staff is supposed to make an $80+ purchase from each visitor. We pay Verizon nearly $300 per month for equipment and services. Will not darken their door again.

Purchased a new phone on Black Friday and came back later in the day because I couldnt get it activated. Turns out I needed to have my data turned on to finish the set up. The staff member explained it without belittling me. Great service and very helpful!

Went in this evening due to the fact that we were victims of a fraudulent phone purchase using our account at a different store (with a long call to corporate which the fraud department was able to sort out as we could verify that I was at work as a pharmacist in the hospital at the time the phone was purchased earlier today in a different state) to pick up a replacement phone as the legitimate one we had (the one we had for four years) was not retrievable to the VZW network. Corporate and the store had quite the discussion, and could not issue a phone replacement. Fairly cold treatment after a long day of dealing with a fraud issue that another physical store created for us. We intend to switch, but I certainly would not go here for service, they are more interested in sales. We were treated very shabbily.

Probably the best store in phoenix area, I drive out of my way past 4 other Verizon stores to go here. Brandon the business sales rep rocks!! Knowing your stuff is key, he does. This store follows up and calls you after the sale. Lake pleasant happy valley is great.

Went in for data upgrade. They suggested unlimited data plan based on how much I was currently paying. Was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Great service, and its in a shopping center that has plenty of good places to eat. My favorite Verizon in town.

Ive been to a few different stores and so greatful this is the one closest to me. The staff here is super friendly and helpful. We recently switched all of our phones over to a business plan and it was painless. I will say Verizon is slight more expensive compared to other carriers but there are no hidden fees, no surprises. You get what u pay for

Would give negative if I could. Won’t be shopping this store. Helped me to package a phone and send it back when I upgraded. Phone was received back to warehouse w a small crack in upper corner. Online rep called store and asked to notate on account phone was in good condition when they packaged it so they can credit the $400 damage fee. Rodney store manager refused to notate. I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years and the store won’t just make a note so the phone rep can credit this fee? She even called three times and stated if this was notated she can immediately credit. He still refuses.Unfortunate because the staff was really friendly. Just a shame they couldn’t help a long time customer by noting the simple fact that it was indeed in undamaged condition when packaged.

I was not satisfied with the answer I got. It was blamed on my service as to why I was missing calls...but sitting next to me was my husband and he received the call. Damon was the rep that tried to help me but he was more interested in who was walking into the store.... someone younger then my self....just didnt feel like he was interested in my problem!!

I went in to get a new case for my phone! The customer service was great but they did not have my case in stock, the customer service representative then did a search in the valley there were still no cases in the valley, he the checked the warehouse they were out of stock! Went on Amazon there was my case for $12.00! Thank you to the customer service representative who helped me! But thank you to Amazon for having my case in stock

Very nice store. Armando helped us today. It was the first time I’d been in a Verizon store since iPhones came out in ‘08 and switching to at&t. He made the entire process painless. Very knowledgeable and kind. The store is run very efficiently. Glad to be back with VZW.

The employees here are wonderful! I am always greeted immediately and have never felt pressured to buy something I wasnt interested in. They are patient to explain things untill Im comfortable as well. It tends to be a busy store, so a wait time is expected.

Wish I could have given a Minus Rating! I spent over an hour in this store, first employee was very helpful ( Brent), needed my phone looked at (Samsung Galaxy 7) wasnt receiving my voicemail! Brent went out of his way to help and found one my apps was corrupting my system. So I decided to see about a new phone even though mine was Fixed. Brent was Now helping another customer. His Job! I was researching whether to get a phone in store, or online. Cheaper online! So I had to use the restroom. (61 year old bladder on a Harley!) Talked to two other employees that didnt even look up from texting and whatever else on thier phones to respond to me, Female Told me I couldnt use the bathroom there(Too much expensive merchandise back there) but I could walk down to the Jimmy-Johns and use thier. Couldnt waste thier valuable time playing with thier phones to even treat me like a Human, l went to Jimmy-Johns, did what I had to, ride my Bike up on the sidewalk next to the doors, Revved my (Open exhaust) till the windows almost shattered, gave the One Finger salute, and wrote this review! Plus called Verizon personally and also told about the services provided by this store!

Didnt even have a screen protector for my Galaxy S7. Go to Autozone for parts for my 20 year old truck? No problem. Accessories at Home Depot for my 10 year old tools? Plenty of them. Go to Verizon for a screen protector for my 3 year old phone? No can do! Could try to order it. Forget that. I can order it myself on Amazon for a third the price. Im tired of the cell phone shenanigans...

Watch out for this store! I went in to cancel my service and asked what i needed to pay. The gentleman that helped me said that I would only owe the remaining balance of my one phone. I asked if he was certain, and he said yes. Then, he offered to put a 30% discount on all my lines (5) to keep me with Verizon. I said no thank you because I did not want a new contract. He ASSURED me that it was not a new contract and that it would just appear on my next bill if we stayed. Well, low and behold, I got my bill from cancelling and sure enough, almost $1000 for cancelling early. His Free and no-contract deal he so happily gave me was a new contract! VERY CROOKED! Luckily the lady at Verizon saw my footsteps of going in, the salesperson adding the discount, and then my lines being ported to the new company. WATCH OUT and DO NOT trust this store!

Very bad experience. Went in with a new phone trying to get my existing line switched onto it. I went in the morning right when the store opened when they werent too busy. The guy who was supposed to help me out walked around for awhile seemingly trying to find any customer but myself to help. After a few minutes he finally approached me and immediately I could feel the condescension. I told him my problem and what I came in for and he looked around confused as if he couldnt help me. After patronizing me repeatedly I decided to leave and take my money to a different verizon store. Never had this bad of an experience with verizon

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Saved me a lot of money when I was going to get a new phone because I broke mine. Got a replacement of the same one for free. Got a great discount on the new tablet we bought AND they took 20$ off our 10gb plan :) The person who helped us was Ty, and he was awesome. I lived about 30 mins from this store but would definitely go back for their customer service. Not sure what all the bad reviews are about.

Place is full of liars. I bought a brand new note 5 and the headphone jack didnt work as soon as I bought it. I took it back within 14 days. The plan that I bought it from (I couldnt get an upgrade so I used my friends upgrade) was passed due so I couldnt return it. They apparently put it in my notes that I could bring it back when the account is current and they would extend the return policy. So I took it back and they couldnt do anything for me. Its not in your notes. Sorry so now I have a note 5 that doesnt work and they wont do anything and they LIED to me! Do not go here!

The sales staff was very standoffish. We ask the sales lady question about a phone and all we got was one word answers. We had to prompt her three time to find out where the memory card was located on a phone. We are going to buy from Verizon but not at this store for sure. As we were leaving the store we saw the saleswoman leaning up on the front counter doing nothing with a store full of people. Hope she isnt on commission if she is dreaming of a new car.

Went in to sign a new 2yr contract, they had a deal if you bring in a smartphone you get 100$ of a new one. long story short the phone I brought in, was not good enough so I went home to get a different one, this was at night and the employee helping me knew I was coming right back, so I left and was back 15min later 758pm, they had the doors locked while the employee who was helping me smiled (not in a good way) from behind the locked door, it was just a horrible experience and it sucks because I live down the street, this is not my first time being let down by this location.. i have no ideal how the manger who looks like a small man with a flat top but is a women got to that position, she is rude and the worst

Very unprofessional and unethical staff. First, if you do not show interest in any accessories to the device you may be purchasing, you will not receive any customer care. I felt as if I was at a car dealership, in which the saleswomen was doing me a favor, instead of quality customer service. Next, Im fairly certain my device was dropped (not sure if it was intentional or not) on the way to the counter, due to a corner of the box was completely caved in, and subsequently I now must get a replacement from the Apple store. As a most courteous and kind individual myself, this is the first review I have felt disturbed and compelled enough to write. If you are in the market for a new or upgraded device, please go to a store (or online) where you wont have to worry about unprofessional attitudes and possible unethical or spiteful deliberate damage to your new device, and reward a location which truly acts as if the customer still matters.Customer service still sucks!!!!! Go somewhere else!

Do not go here! They have mistreated my parents and had them pay way more for phones then needed. After they went to another verizon store, they couldnt believe how they were charged and taken advantage of. Jeremy was completely rude and unable to help my mother in need. The manager Rudy was kind but decided to also become rude. A smile would go a long way in here or perhaps not taking advantage of older people. Go to another verizon!

Long wait. The employees were all on their phones and only 2 people were actually working. Waited 45 minutes just to return a device that took 5 minutes to do. The manager of the store just stood by and looked at all the people waiting. When I asked can you help me he said no. And went back to his spot and back on his phone.
