Love this store! Would highly recommend it. Have been going to this Verizon store for some time and the customer service has always been excellent! Frank and others Ive worked with there have always taken the time to explain things thoroughly and made switching to a new phone painless, quick and easy!

I expect professional help when I come to a Verizon store, and I found it today. But Cody was patient and kind with me, didnt push me to buy a new phone out of my budget. Instead, he showed me a better fit, and answered all my questions. Hes a keeper.

I went to this store this week and Eric greeted me and my grandson at the door. I told him what I wanted to pay a month. He first quoted me $200 a month for two phones. I told him that was too much, so we negotiates down to $160. Imagine my surprise when I called about the bill and they said it would be $300 end of this month. Eric did not inform me of additional activations fees or taxes. I wouldnt have even have purchased the phone. Do not go to him for your phone because he will say anything for your money. Im very disappointed! Theyll screw u!
These people were real good at selling me this phone but then when it was time to fix it they couldnt fix it for me I had to go to another Verizon to get it fixed.
I purchased two iPhone SE second generation just yesterday- one as Father’s Day present and other for myself. They were replacing our 6yr old iPhone 6 . Ryan assisted me and answered my many questions professionally. We went back next day just prior to store closure and he and colleague helped us get phone info transferred. I appreciated all the assistance. I recommend this store to anyone shopping for smart phone.

Went to get a new a new iphone, mine was barely able to function, couldn’t even open the lock screen sometimes but they still got everything transferred over perfectly. All the employees were very helpful, good choice to shop for a phone.

I just bought a new phone from this store and couldn’t be happier! Their customer service was excellent! I appreciated them taking time to review my account to find discounts that I was eligible for but had never been mentioned to me in other stores. They were also very helpful in setting up my new phone and transferring the data from my old phone onto the new one. I live out of town and have never had such great customer service at the Verizon stores in the city where I live. I will return to this store to do my business whenever I can!
I always went to the one in Pioneer Park. I thought their service was great! Yesterday I went to the Digital Store and their service was even better. A gentleman named Rodrigo Mendez helped me. He was so awesome! Ill be going there from now on!

They were very helpful getting me a new phone as quickly as possible with also ensuring everything was transferred to my new phone. They also made suggestions that helped me cut my fees on my cell phone bill! Kudos to Ed at the War Memorial location who saved my data from my old phone and got my new one up and running, plus found some additional savings for me. Kudos to Cayl at the North Knoxville location for helping me choose a phone, lower my bill AND take advantage of some specials to upgrade my equipment! Job well done!
What a great experience during the sale and afterwords for questions about my data plan! These employees are the real deal...truly professional, helpful and patient. I worked with Ray at the time of purchase, what an asset to the company. This guy had multiple people there, asking for him by name and even more impressively he was able to recall his customers names as well. That shows a level of care that is found less and less.When I called and asked for Ray he was off work but Nick was equally awesome to work with over the phone. I said okay, Ill call Ray tomorrow. Plenty of sales people would dismiss the burden of helping another sales persons customer, but Nick offered immediately to help. He looked up my data plan and was able to save me a few bucks a month by switching to the unlimited data plan. I have been a customer of the Digital Store for 5 plus years, and will continue to be their customer.Shop with confidence, they will take great care of you. Matt from the digital store in Peoria was awesome. Super patient with us having a pretty big order and a lot of things to do with getting our phones switched over and a new one, even running into some problems with our account as well as us coming in almost past minute, Matthew was super nice and professional. We had a great conversation and helped so much. Seriously one of the best customer service representatives my husband and I have ever met. Verizon usually has great people who work for them, but Matt was by far the best. He deserves more than a raise, he deserves a promotion!! I had an unfortunate experience when I got to the laundromat next door and could not make change. I ran into Verizon and politely asked if they could part with $3 in quarters in exchange for singles. The gentleman who welcomed me promptly rolled his eyes and all but shooed me out of the store like a homeless person. We dont make change. No apology, just annoyance.Not to be that guy but like... I spend $200/month on my Verizon plan and up to now exclusively at that branch. You guys cant break a couple dolla dolla bills? And you cant even be polite about it?Ill be visiting a different branch in the future. Enjoy your 12 quarters.

Customer service was horrible absolutely awful loud and belligerent I take care of my customers yelled the gentleman who helped me obviously trying to rile up his coworkers ended up screwing me over with a phone upgrade and promises that he said later he was sorry about; not good do not go to the store on 150 the digital store, go to a company store they are faster and they are more consistent with getting you what you want, not what they want to give you. Very disappointing, I will never go back, I will tell everyone of the horrible experiences I have had since They went through and remodelled it is no longer friendly. 🤨

Overall it was a very good visit. The two guys instore were really nice and not only understood what they were talking about they also took time to explain it to me.I really wanted a different device than I got but they did their best to get me the best deal.

They were upfront with my options and spelled them out clear for me (even going so far as to print out the different situations for me). I wish all Verizon experiences could be like this store! Horrible service. They only care about your money not about each individual needs. I have health issues and they treated me like a dog and told me to step out. While I JUST been to another Verizon store and they treated me like a human being.

I purchased my phone at this site and have been back several times for advice and questions.talking with the head manager on the shift i believe was the most helpful.he was very informative and knowledgeable of his job.

These guys are deceitful scammers. They speak in circle as to confuse the customer. They do not verbally fully disclose costs or extended plans. When I called to rectify the situation, they put me off claiming they had to speak with a manager and will get back to me the next day. They never took the initiative to call me back. They sold me a faulty product. I went back to exchange it and they exchanged it for a lower quality product. I didnt question it until I left the store. UGH! Now I have to back again. Due to them not fully disclosing what changing my plan to a lesser monthly fee really means, I now am stuck paying an extra $1000 for the next 2 years that I wouldnt have had to pay if they were honest and upfront from the start. They use terms like free and fail to mention activation fees, buyout fees, 2 years extended payments on their Edge plan and had me as the customer sign and initial the agreements quickly before I could think to raise any questions. Then when I realized what I actually had just signed up for, they have calculated avoidance techniques of needing to run this by the district manger first and then delaying action on my complaints until I no longer can wait or I have gone past the deadline for action. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS!

I was looking for a good deal but criket and boost have there prepaid at 100 all unlimited well Verizon wanted me to pay 110 for two prepaid phone plan just two phones unlimited and if I added two more lines it would be 260 a month not 100 a month like IAM paying now so to me why would I pay more when my service is good enough for me and not pay almost 200 for each phone plus the start up fee in Wich is a ripe off
