I never knew this place existed. My iPhone screen shattered and Verizon recommended this place which was across the street from the Verizon store I was at. Ran over there around 530 and had my screen replaced in 45 minutes. I was thrilled to have it back the next day but speechless when they did it so fast and had it back 45 minutes later Works great and a tenth of the cost of a new phone. I highly recommend this place for your phone and computer needs.

I dropped and cracked my phone screen so I brought it here to have them replace it. I have a water proof Samsung S9+ that Ive literally submerged in water before. I SPECIFICALLY asked the guy behind the counter if it would keep its water proofing once they replaced the damaged screen because I read online that it doesnt. He assured me it would. I went to the gym and sat the sauna and then both front and back cameras became full of moisture. I returned to the store to inform them of this and they told me there was nothing that could be done under the 90 day warranty. The only way moisture could get into a water proof phone is if the seal is broken or replaced improperly. So dont waste your money and take it here. Dont trust a place if they arent willing to honor their own warranty.

Feared I broke the screen on my Samsung S10e, but Scott discovered the screen wasnt broken at all! The protective film I had on top of the screen was cracked & broken. I know this is a story of an actual repair but I feel as though Scott saved me a $200 repair. Yea! Thanks!

I was told they are, “too busy” to help. Even though they are open until 7pm, they won’t help you with even answering questions after 3pm. Really frustrating because I work nights as a nurse and really just needed questions answered so I could get my sons phone fixed so that he had it for emergencies while I’m at work

The ubreakifix on Lake pleasant parkway is awesome. The one in surprise is horrible. Twice I showed up to the one in Surprise with scheduled appointments. The first time I showed up on time and they were closed! Second time they said they couldnt fix my phone.So I went to the store on Lake Pleasant Parkway OMG what a difference. Friendly helpful and They attempted to solve my problem with my phone and at their recommendation I sent it back to the manufacturer who is replacing it.5 stars for Lake Plesant. Zero for Surprise AZ store.

I really enjoyed my interaction with Eric and his knowledge of my iPad. I knew my Ipad was going to be alright within the first 5 minutes of me walking. Definitely recommend.

Quite honestly, who would bring their phone into a sauna and not expect it be damaged. Saunas create very high temperatures and very high humidity in the closed room. Those two elements are the worst things you can put your phone through or any electronic device. It’s common sense, Taylor Mohr.

Great phone repair place!

I brought my phone in to have the headphone jack replaced when it stopped working. Before replacing the jack they suggested they just clean it out to see if that would resolve the issue. Sure enough, it did! Didnt charge me anything and was very knowledgeable. I will definitely come back next time I need repairs done on my phone. A+ business!

I lost a couple of special screws for my Beat Studio Headphones and called this UBreakiFix they said they did not have them but directed me to where I could get the required special screws. something that I had been looking all over for... My computer popped up a very alarming error message having to do with one of the internal fans, and basically not to use the computer or risk data loss or permanent system failure. This is my work computer. I work from home in an events related business so I need access to my computer 24/7. I called uBreakiFix and Wyatt was awesome on the phone. I dropped my computer off around 4:30 and asked if I could pick it back up around 6:30. He said it was normally a 1-2 day turn around time, but he understood it was my work computer and would look at it right away. I returned at 615 and he said that the fan had just gotten disconnected so all he had to do was screw it back in. He handed me my receipt and there was no charge. Im telling you, this place is awesome. After a really rough week, this definitely put a smile back on my face and restored my faith that there are still some good people and good businesses out there. Thank you Wyatt!

I came in with less than an hour before closing and Kurtise greeted me right away. I briefly explained what was wrong with my iPhone and what Apple took 3 hours to tell me. Kurtice was able to take my iPhone in the back and do what I asked within 15 minutes! After hearing what a rough time I had, he even gave me a discount to try and make my day better! My advice is to not even waste your time at Apple and just come see the friendly faces at uBreakiFix! They will tell you straight up what can or cant be done and arent trying to upsell you!

Terrible customer service. I made an appointment through my cell phone provider to get a phone fixed at 2:30. I arrived a few minutes early and found a note on the door that said “On Lunch 2:20 to 3:20”. The employee was still there, unlocked the door and said she was going to lunch. I explained that I had made an appointment for 2:30 through my service provider. She said that they never called them. So I asked if she was able to fix my phone right now. Her reply was, “Yeah, at 3:20 when I get back from lunch.” Appointments are made for a reason. Incredibly frustrated with them.
