DO NOT BRING YOUR MOTOROLA DEVICE HERE!!! These guys are amateurs at best. I had a screen replacement done and when I got my device back my flash for my camera and my flashlight doesnt work. the LED is not connected it does not work. They try to blame it on the manufacturer and say its a chip or a motherboard issue. But Im 100% certain my flash worked prior to bring my phone to them.Also my speaker is not connected any longer or doesnt work since they did the screen replacement. Same run around. Theyre not going to fix it unless I pay money. But theyre the ones that broke it!!

If you dont want to wear a mask dont go to this place. I had previously spoken to an employee. They never said anything about masks being mandatory. It took me 30 minutes in traffic to get there. Upon my arrival, I was informed that I had to wear a mask or not be served.

There was only one small hiccup with communication, but it was sorted quickly and professionally. Alex, the main individual who served me and repaired my computer was able to answer all my questions and got the work done as soon as he could. For what looked like a small business, this may be a place that I return to if I have any other troubles with any of my tech. I very much recommend them.

I mean it was great screen looks amazing and all but I brought it in Saturday afternoon to be told I can pick up Sunday to call 5 mins before closing Sunday and they say they put a defective screen in and had to replace it so Monday afternoon the latest. So I waited for the call wasn’t until Thursday morning I call back and they tell me I can come pick it up.. well now my IPad lock button is stuck and volume buttons one side of the screen isn’t glued down right and I took it back they fixed it kinda but I wasn’t expecting to have to go back same day to fix little problems. I’m glad it’s fixed and I have it in a case so the little things down show. But for how much I paid I expected it to be better...

I was harassed and verbally assaulted by an employee that caused me so much distress I will never visit one of these computer repair shops ever again.

When I walked in the employees were in the office behind a wall, so I wasnt sure how to let them know of my prescence, but between the time of me walking into the building and wondering where to go, someone was already stepping up front. He was so polite, friendly and informative with regards to my concerns. Would definitely recommend a visit for broken, or virus containing electronics.

I don’t know how much this shop pays Google, but I’ve never been there never searched for them but whenever I open Google Maps it’s the first result. If I look for food gas grocery stores, etc. It’s always this business. Even when I am looking at the area it’s the only icon that shows up no matter how far I scroll out. It’s not saved it’s not favor did I’ve never interacted with this on Google or in real life. But I do dislike them for shoving their business in my face and egregious amount when I’ve never asked for it.

I brought iPhone X to them on Thursday that the speaker wasn’t working on they said no problem they could fix it and was told I could pick it up Monday at the latest. They even sent an email where you can track the progress of your repair. One problem nobody updates that so you have no idea when your repair will be done I called them finally Tuesday and they told me Wednesday morning. Also that they could not replace the speaker even though when I drop it off they said no problem. They told me it was fixed but gave me a phone with a dead battery so there was no way to actually check it, guess what problem was not fixed. Even after picking it up there a little progress tracker still shows it has not been diagnosed. Although they really tried hard to hustle me into signing up for Experian insurance and then waiting 30 days and filing a false claim to get my phone fixed. Basically they want to charge the insurance company big bucks to replace it, so they walk you through how to file a false claim, dude tried super hard to defense me to do it I’m assuming there’s some type of points system or commission for how many insurance plans they sell. I called another company that was mobile they came and replace the speaker clean my phone at my house took less than an hour and cost me 99 bucks

I was in there yesterday trying to get my phone repaired. Not only did everyone have to stand outside, but they werent able to fix my phone.. no big deal it happens. however they charged me for a service they didnt perform and are not helpful in trying to get me my money back.

Smashed my phone screen. Glass broken and LCD screen black. They had my phone fixed within a few short hours. These folks are amazing. My wife had her phone fixed there about a year ago too. I cannot believe how great they are. Fast and friendly. You dont see friendly too much these days. In fact, the statement of their service being friendly falls dramatically short of how great their service is. If you need it fixed, you need to visit this shop! I could write for hours how happy I am with everything thanks to them!

Five times. And its still not in good working order.In January of 2021, my phones mic stopped working - a Pixel 3 XL. uBiF is the authorized repair company for Pixel devices. So they know how to work on these, I thought. Oh boy, was I in for a ride. Dropped the phone off for diagnostics (spoiler alert: the mic had indeed failed!). Repair attempt was made, fixed, come pick it up. Grab the phone, pay, leave. Mic doesnt work. I guess checking that the device actually works before notifying the customer isnt part of their usual procedures. Go back in the store, am told oh we will have to order that part then. Fine, as long as its fixed.A week later, hey it is ready come pick it up. Pick up phone, immediately check mic. Hey, it works! Go home. A few days later, the back of the phone starts separating from the rest of the phone. Okay, an adhesive issue. Ugh, whatever. Return to uBiF.This is a reoccurring theme.3 times Ive returned for the back of the phone coming separate, on top of the initial 2, which itself should have been a single visit, because of this issue. They cannot remedy this issue, apparently. The only chain that is authorized to handle Pixel repairs. And this store in particular was recommended by another uBiF location for their knowledge and experience with Pixel devices.Let that sink in for a second. Recommended for their knowledge and experience. Yet they cant seem to fix a problem they themselves caused while repairing the initial issue I brought the device to them for. Thats like going to a mechanic for new brakes and on the way home a door falls off. *And they were recommended by another location!* Think what would have occurred if I went to that location, closest to me. Eek.Im on the fence about issuing a chargeback; they did fix the microphone issue, and I asked for a battery replacement since its right there, which I verified they performed. But I just had to order a Pixel 5 because the phone that I have now (P3XL) is very visibly open to dust, dirt, water, etc and could fail at any time - making the repairs moot! So my ~$225 repair became a day of downtime to transfer to a new phone and the cost of $700 + tax + uBiF repair costs mean Im out about a grand, because I trusted a company and that companies employees to be competent.The cherry on top? When I started the phone for the 5th time, it complained about having an emergency thermal shutdown. And since this location is air-conditioned, that would mean the next logical cause is that they used a heat gun on a device that was powered on. Are you seeing a pattern of not following procedures and basic common sense? And as an IT professional, Im just appalled. Some of us take pride in our work and dont return devices incomplete to customers, we check our work, and we dont cut corners. I guess we are a dying breed. At least I have job security.I will not be bringing any more devices I care about to this company. If I wanted to waste time, money, and get stress in return, I would do something like take advice from /r/wallstreetbets. But I wanted none of that, yet got it all anyway. And a phone in worse condition than it arrived.

Very fast and trusted place, I had to take my game console to this store since it’s the only one that repairs consoles to get what I thought was it’s fan replaced. It was making a very weird and loud noise and it turns out it was just the housing of the console was dented onto the fan that was causing the noise, since they didn’t replace anything or take out anything it was completely free of charge and fixed the housing and cleaned everything inside the console! For free! Would definitely recommend this place for any of your guys gaming consoles or pc’s to get fixed! Very nice and hard working staff too! :)

HORRIBLE!!!! Worst Experience Ever!!! Do not go here with our device.I have been their silver customer member since 2 years and fixed few items before however, on 11/21/2020 I took my wifes phone cracked screen for repair, and once repaired they broke the battery and it wouldnt charge. So again I went next day and then they took 2 days to find what they screwed up on a working phone except to fix my screen. And now they are telling me it will take 2 weeks for iPhone to fix. I tried calling their store many times and would get same scripted answer. How you would feel if your phone is taken away for 2 weeks. And again, they broke it and dont even acknowledge they broke it. WORST EVER!!!!!!

I went in to get my front screen re-glued back down. Paid $50 for the job and upon getting the phone back I noticed there was still a gap at the top between the screen and body they said it’s because there was a slight bend in the frame and also said if it starts to come off to bring it in (Even though it was coming off). The adhesive they used lasted about 2 week until it came undone and damaged the ribbons going to the screen. Now the phone is destroyed and they want to charge me another $180 to replace the screen. Don’t take your phone here. They’ll just upcharge without taking responsibility for their mistakes.

I took my girlfriends phone in to have the back glass repaired. When we called in the day before they said they had the part, when we walked in at open the next morning they said they didn’t. Fast forward a few days after the part has come in and we dropped off the phone it’s not working when they give it to us. It restarts every three minutes, has no cellular or wifi, and the volume down button doesn’t work. We take it in for diagnostic and they tell us it’s the antenna that must’ve been bent during the last repair. Also they smudged the camera lens internally so it was super blurry. Order the part and it got here yesterday after five days, we dropped it off today and when she went to pick it up literally 20 minutes ago it’s still restarting every 3 minutes. This has been going on for well over a week and my girlfriend has been without her phone because they keep breaking it or not fixing the problem every time they touch it.

Puppy stole my Ipad & bit a hole in it! It was just as much my fault as it was his... I left it where he could reach it and he’s still a puppy and well... that’s what they do.With high hopes, I took it in for possible repair. To my surprise, the guy acted like it was a common occurrence & without showing any doubts, told me it would be about four hours and a nominal fee.Still skeptical, I kept my fingers crossed.No word after four hours so I called. It was done but would be an additional thirty minutes for glue or something. I showed up about an hour later, paid the bill & walked out with it!It looks and works just like new!Yes, the puppy survived too. Of course I scolded him but all he heard was “Blah blah, blah blah blah.” Tail wagging the entire time. (His tail, not mine!)Anyway, they did a great job at a very fair price! I’m happy! Hopefully I won’t need to go back.So... no matter how bad it looks, at least let them look at it! They just might surprise you too.5 stars! They earned every one!

I came to replace the battery in my iPhone 7. They check the battery first. He came back and told me my battery was still at 84% capacity which was normal for a phone this age. I appreciated his honesty. He was fine with us deciding to wait. He even told us they will match prices with other store front repair shops.

I had a warranty claim on my Samsung Galaxy S9 plus for a broken screen.UbreakIFix called me within 15 minutes of my claim being approved and told me they had received the information on my insurance claim and the replacement screen for my S9+ was in stock to to complete the repair. I was also pleasantly suprised to hear that if I dropped my phone off by 5pm that day they would have the repair complete the same day.I dropped my phone off at 4:30 and they had the screen repair done and the phone back in my hands in less than 90 minutes.My S9+ is as good as new.Great customer service, fantastic job on the repair. Highly recommend.

I was there like 5 minutes waiting told him wanted a screen protector on my new phone. Waited in my car for 10 minutes he came out side and everything was done. I gave thanks for everything he was doing during this time. Overall really good experience.

Expensive. Not always same day service. Was better when they first opened. They do get the job done. Unfortunately, i couldnt take this phone to Batteries & bulbs to fix this time or I would have gone there instead.

E key came off on my work laptop. I worked for 30 minutes to try to get it back on without success and did not want to ship it back to the home office in Miami. Took it into uBreak and they were able to get it glued back on with no charge. Dont know if it will last, but I do know that Ill be using these guys for my computer needs moving forward !

Excellent service by this store, where my phone was repaired for free under warranty unlike the other store at Happy Valley who refused to repair even though the device was under warranty, and the approval to repair was already received.I interacted with 2 staffs in this store and both were excellent and very cordial. I will recommend this store for being helpful and going way above expectation and taking care of my device issues.

Have questions about your device thats broken? They are honest about what could be wrong and whether or not they can help you. Theyll even tell you if its more cost effective to buy a new device rather than trying to fix what you have. Very knowledgeable.

I was having charging port issue with my note 8. I went to the At&t store and they referred me to this location. Where i was able to have my charging port cleaned at no charge. Would definitely go back to these guys. Thanks again Junior.

UbreakIFix was a lifesaver. My phone was notholding a charge and I had been quoted $150 from another cell phone repair store to have it fixed. UbreakIFix was able to fix my phone in a little over an hour and the charge was way less than the other location. They were professional, and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this business.

I walked in the store at opening, was greeted well, my earpiece speaker wasnt working at all, with extremely low volume. They cleaned the earpiece speaker for FREE! and installed it back in my otterbox case! Highly recommended! Great customer service!

My phone is about 2 months old - worked flawlessly. I cracked my screen and they fixed the screen and it looked great. I went into my car and tested everything to ensure it worked and noticed the top speaker sound was terrible - rattled and very distorted. Bottom speaker was fine. I use my phone for music and videos daily and it never sounded like that even after my screen cracked so I knew that wasnt the issue. It was only after the screen was replaced. I went back in the store to advise of the issue and gentlemen advised that because they only replaced the screen, in order to fix the speaker, they would need to charge me $79. I declined because I was under the impression they ensured their work but apparently not. Now my new phone has a busted speaker :(Edit - issue has been cleared up. Just wish staff was more informative about their warranty during my visit.
