Tried to buy a garage door they told me he was 6 months back order I was going to pay cash right then act like they didnt want to help me so I didnt buy it I went to Lowes

I visited this location at the end of March for security doors.The first front door was installed by modifying my the door way without asking and it was not the door that was ordered.The back doors were manufactured the wrong size 3 times and took until September to finally be installed and the seal kit was left off.What upsets me is I never even got an apology for all the mishaps. I tried to complain and was told there is no one to complain to.When I visited store I was treated like I did something wrong.

Friendly courteous staff. When you can find someone . Staff from other departments helped. Two had a vast knowledge of the store . A bit pricey.

Pro desk is always quick and efficient. Johnny the staple of that store is always quick to help get you loaded.
